Just passing through again. Yup! It's me again. The little t***h seeker (alias "conspiracy theorist"). Just throwing this out there, so it's up for grabs. Fact or fiction? Pieces of an unsolvable puzzle?

Have to admit that I was an avid fan of Justice Scalia. Really loved this man. I truly mourn his passing and what his loss and his Supreme Court vacancy is going to mean to America if Obama succeeds with his plans and his corrupt antics again. I'm not wagering any bets on this one. Too many Lib Rats and GOP Rhinos will probably be backing Obama and his dictatorship, as usual.

Maybe you have read these articles. Maybe you haven't. Maybe you should. It doesn't take a Sherlock Holmes to see obvious foul play. And it doesn't take a Sherlock Holmes to know the obvious reasons why. Interesting, too. No evidence. Death reported over the phone without viewing the body. No autopsy. Immediate embalming. Any possible evidence zapped and covered.

But who are the key players here? Do we already know in our hearts or do we just suspect it?

John Poindexter (Cibolo Creek ranch owner and last to talk to Scalia and the one to discover his body with a pillow over his head and clothes unruffled) is a friend of Obama's. Poindexter is also a Lib and a heavy Liberal supporter. Fact or fiction??

Interesting to note that when it comes to this N**i/c*******t/Islamic favoring govt. taking property and land, that particular area of Oregon is rich in uranium; it's not just the ranchers' property and water rights the govt. is after! And, yes, you're right. I've decided to spend a little time tonite "back in the saddle" on OPP. Thanks for jumping in here. Good to touch base with you again, and God bless.

With all the rest of the "H" going on in this country, this Oregon "incident" hit me especially hard. If you remember from past postings, I come from a ranching family on my mother's side, and I used to edit national livestock publications standing for the ranchers against the tyranny of the government, even back in the 1990's.

My Dad passed last June very peacefully to the Lord. I had his memorial in Sept. It was a beautiful day, and some of the out-of-state family could come down then. As you know, I'm the only one here; all family out-of-state. It was a beautiful service followed by military honor guard and gun salute at the cemetery. I miss my Dad terribly, and my Mom as well, but life goes on and the Lord continues his callings and his purposes.

Still working, and I've been very involved in my Messianic congregation of late and dancing with their Messianic dance group. Playing the hand-drums for a small Christian church on Wed nights -- pastor and his wife are good friends of mine -- and getting back into my art and writing. Staying on top of what's happening politically, though, and it's not a pretty picture; just like the Bible tells us, it's getting worse every day until His return.

This is the first post I've made on OPP in ages. I was just so enraged, sick, and heartbroken over what happened in Oregon, that I kept searching for the best of video footage and coverage. I can't say that I didn't expect something like this to happen -- the government is Hell-bent on the destruction of all true Americans in one way or another -- but it just hit home so hard.

If you haven't watched the enhanced video yet, you can actually see the gun in the hand of the second gunman quite clearly. You can see the first gunman take off to the right after firing a shot, and you can clearly see the gunman who shot LaVoy from behind and then after he fell. It makes you truly sick to watch it. Strange that I found it on the website I did, but there was also an article in Freedom Outpost tonight concerning the enhanced video which is hitting the Internet now. It makes it pretty darn clear who shot who -- it was cold-blooded murder of an innocent man; typical of our current government's philosophy.

Why don't you take a close look at the enhanced video I posted tonight. LaVoy was gunned down not by one, but three govt. gunmen. The ranchers were set up and ambushed. Not one shot was fired by any of the ranchers. The govt. fired on them. LaVoy was a rancher from Arizona who was there in Oregon primarily as a spokesman for the ranchers and as an advocate for them in their fight for their Constitutional rights. These ranchers had chosen to take a stand. LaVoy was a Constitutional student -- not only did he know the Constitutional rights of property owners and ranchers, but more than likely he knew the real reasons that the govt was trying to literally steal the rancher's land -- uranium and water rights on their own properties.

If you are ignorant enough to believe that this govt is on the side of the people -- of any Americans -- you had better do some serious homework. LaVoy was a rancher like my grandparents. We always carried guns in open holsters visible on our hips, as LaVoy was in the habit of doing, but at this shooting, his guns were in the truck.

He did not reach for a gun in his jacket -- he was reaching for his side where the first shot hit him fired by the first "govt. gunman." He also pointed to the man who had just shot him. At the same time, he was shot by another govt. gunman on the other side. And then he falls to the ground (possibly hit again from the gunman who was behind him), and this third gunman then shoots him while he's on the ground to make sure that he's dead.

The ranchers did not fire on the govt. The govt. set them up and on their way to a supposedly peaceful meeting to discuss the situation and Constitutional rights, they were ambushed and their vehicles fired on. LaVoy was murdered in cold-blood by govt. gunmen.

Americans need to know the t***h and the t***h needs to get out far and wide. Most people have seen the video which was originally said to have been from a drone, then an FBI plane, and then even a helicopter (who knows??? the Liberal and mainstream media have been frantically trying to cover their asses, change their stories, call it a "shoot-out"-- which it definitely was not --and even call these ranchers "terrorists" when the govt won't apply the word "terrorist" to murders done by Muslim terrorists in this country!)

LaVoy was murdered in cold-blood by govt. representives. The enhanced video clearly shows this. Keep your eyes wide-open when you watch this. I am enraged by this so-called govt. in this country as all true Americans are and should be. This one hit me especially hard as I come from a ranching family on my mother's side. I am both heartsick and nauseated.

Perhaps you have seen this particular video??? LaVoy is first shot by the gunman on the far right who then turns and runs back to the right. When LaVoy grabs for his side where he is shot (and it's obviously painful), LaVoy is shot a second time by the second gunman. The third gunman then comes from behind him and shoots him again while he is down on the ground where he has fallen to make sure that he's dead.

In regard to carrying guns: it would only make common sense that you would carry your guns with you. These ranchers had no intention of shooting anybody, and they were not firing on the govt. --the govt was firing on them. They did not fire back. To be armed for protection makes common sense. Even the Constitution says that we can be armed for protection, even against the government should the government turn against us, which it has.

Gun-free zones, for example, are the most dangerous places in America. Who is going to protect you if you can't defend yourself against an assault, a robber, or an ISIS terrorist? For example, I know a former detective who never goes anywhere without a gun in his car glove compartment and another gun holster-carried. Very smart man.

None of the ranchers fired a shot. They were ambushed and assaulted and LaVoy was murdered in cold-blood. Believe what you want. Ignore the t***h in front of your face. It's you who are so blind to the t***h who are flushing this country right down the toilet and v****g for the garbage Hell-bent on destroying America and all of our Constitutional rights including yours!

Hi, to all of my friends here and to fellow patriots and God-fearing Americans. Haven't been around for awhile. I am both nauseated and heartsick over what has come down in Oregon. Coming from a ranching family myself on my mom's side, my heart is breaking for the ranchers and their families -- particularly LaVoy Finicum's. As a former investigative reporter, I have been searching for the very best of the video footage which shows, cut and dry, the cold-blooded murder of LaVoy. Of course, the Liberal media is scrambling around trying to call it a "shoot-out" (which it definitely was not), and calling the ranchers "terrorists," a word which the rat in the White House refuses to call ISIS terrorists!

Last night at the gym, I watched a run of the video of the shooting supposedly taken by an FBI plane. At one point which flashed by, you could clearly see LaVoy's hands in the air. Yet the media title for the story was "Shoot-out in Oregon."

Shoot-out? Blasted, fu**n liars! And, I don't normally cuss. Not one shot was fired by the ranchers. And, not one, but three different "govt." gunmen gunned LaVoy down. This can be seen very clearly in the video I finally discovered on, of all places, Nesara-Republic Now -- Galactic News. (No, I don't believe the galactic forces are coming to rescue us! But, it's interesting that the best video I've found yet, I found on this website with Judge Anna walking you through it.) You have GOT to see this video. You can even hear her breaking down into tears at the end. There absolutely no question that not one, but three, govt. bastards, literally gunned down LaVoy.

And just of further interest, there is also available a video on this link pertaining to the the uranium that's in the ground in this part of Oregon, and the government wanting to literally "take" (steal) the ranchers' water and mineral rights. There's a lot deeper reasons why these ranchers are being harrassed, assualted, and even murdered by the N**i government. It's lengthy and it's detailed, and it gets into the Constitutional rights of ranchers and property owners concerning their water and their mineral rights.

LaVoy was an Arizona rancher and a Constitutional student. As I'm sure most of you are already aware, he was the spokesman for these Oregon ranchers in their efforts to defend their Constitutional rights. They were standing firm on a statement regarding their Constitutional rights. They were ambushed by the government -- a set-up -- on their way to a peaceful meeting to discuss these issues. Of course the govt. wanted particularly LaVoy and the rest of them dead. I suggest, after viewing the video, that you read the whole blog by Judge Anna. Pretty interesting stuff. Believe it or not. Payne, you truly are obsessed with this stuff. Kennedy was assasinated by our own government -- the government Establishment you might call it. Kennedy planned to bring the troops home from Vietnam and close the Federal Reserve Bank. Didn't set well with the Establishment government, LBJ, or the global big money bankers that like running the global government show and can't stand it when they can't pull all of the puppet strings.

Just 7 days before Kennedy's assassination, he was quoted as saying:

"There's a plot in this country to ens***e every man, woman and child. Before I leave this high and noble office, I intend to expose this plot."

Kennedy should have waited to make this statement and expose the plot on a national television broadcast to the entire nation. Unfortunately, he spoke too soon and in the wrong place.

I don't believe for one minute that Kennedy was talking about a "Z*****t" plot coming from Israel. Nor do I believe that Israel had any part at all in President John Kennedy's assassination. Kennedy was aware of what was going to come upon this country in the future -- a socialist/c*******t g*******t elite takeover which is actually happening now.

And, t***hfully, payne, I don't think you can consider the wh**ever in our White House currently to be much of a Z*****t. In fact, our current White House resident and administration actually h**e Israel, not to mention American citizens. Hey, America Only. You're absolutely right. It is going to take somebody with a set of iron "balls," and I do agree with what you're saying. Still, I just don't trust Trump, although I agree with him wholeheartedly, especially on the immigration mess, securing the border, and the sad state of our American economy -- it's on the verge of crashing. Like I said, I like Trump's anti-establishment stance, the fact he doesn't give a flip about "politically correct" agendas which are, in reality, also destroying America, and I like his ability to hold his own no matter what, although I don't always like his style. Trump is just Trump. It's refreshing to hear someone tell it like it is for a change with no restrictions.

I'm watching and observing Trump closely. I'm praying for wisdom and discernment. I just can't shake this lack of trust. Are we watching another reality TV show play out in this political e******n; are there undercover motives? Or, is Trump truly sincere? I can't put my finger on it, exactly; still doing a lot of investigation. It's not what Trump is saying; it's just that I don't trust him.

There's also a whole lot more critical issues impacting this country than Trump has voiced his stand on, although the immigration mess has got to be stopped cold if America can ever hope to make any headway. Hopefully, these other issues will come up in the near future.

There's no doubt that FOX set Trump up. They also set him up, through Megyn Kelly, to create an avenue the Libs can use to claim that Trump is waging a war on women which the Libs hope they can use to turn more women against Trump. They set Trump up to show that he just might decide to run as an independent if he doesn't get the Republican nomination to run for president, which would, of course, split the Republican v**es and assure a victory for Hillary Clinton, if she still ends up being the Democratic p**********l front-runner. So far Trump is still ahead in the Republican running, so who knows for sure where this is going?

Personally, I do not like the fact at all that Bill Clinton reportedly encouraged Trump to run for the GOP p**********l nomination. This does not set well at all with me. Investigating this further, also.

Like I said, I firmly believe that the "powers that be" in world government are going to make sure that the person they want in the White House, for wh**ever their global and political reasons and agendas, ends up in the White House one way or the other, no matter how dirty or underhanded their methods to do so might be. Deception is always the greatest of tools. It works on the Left; it can also work on the Right.

Interesting times. I have a personal political policy. Don't trust anyone in politics these days until you do a lot of "undercover investigation." No matter what they say. Appearances are often deadly. I also don't trust anyone in politics until I get a steadfast spiritual discernment from the Lord -- an easy, peaceful knowing -- concerning them.

Oh, and about Kelly. She set up Trump to get what she got. And, to tell you the t***h, I believe that was the intention of both Kelly and FOX News. Hi, okie don. Yes, I believe that Rand Paul is primarily backed by grassroots donations. And, believe it or not, he has been able to raise quite a lot of them.

I get around 50-100 e-mails everyday concerning politics. Rand Paul is always putting out petitions to fight for this or that in Congress. This man, like Trey Gowdy, seems absolutely tireless when it comes to any cause he is fighting for, be that cause audit the Feds, the fight against Planned Parenthood, his fight against the big labor unions, or trying to save American 2nd Amendment gun rights.

With each petition is always a place to donate if you choose. And, Rand Paul also puts out a newsletter which I also receive by e-mail.

Actually, I like Rand Paul. He's a gutsy fighter and extremely sincere. He just won't back down.

While I doubt there is a possibility of Paul becoming president, I do believe that for all of his hard and ongoing work for this country and to save the Constitution, Rand Paul gets little credit where big credit is really due.

It's really too bad that more Americans really don't know the Rand Paul who fights tooth and nail for this country. He's always under attack from a large percentage of the Liberal and RINO Republican Congress. But he won't give up or give in.

While I can't say that I agree 100% with Paul on every issue, I do back him in what he is trying to accomplish for America a good deal of the time.

Rand Paul knows more about a lot of issues in the Congress than many other Congress people do. That's one reason that I believe FOX News shut Paul down during the debates. He has some very important things to say. Apparently "somebody" didn't want the American people to hear it.

Agree 100% about the immigration issue, buffalo. I LIVE in a border city. This country is being over-run by i******s and illegal, imported Muslims. In fact, in this city, we had bombs go off at two churches Sunday before last, and the biggest mall in Cruces cleared because of bomb threats last week. I am more than aware of all the problems, health and security threats to Americans, and even deaths (some very gruesome) that these i******s are causing. Not to mention the burden on our economy supporting approximately 88% of them with all the freebies, and the fact that they are now taking a huge number of American jobs away from American citizens. I am also well aware of the Islamic/UN/Obama agenda and the number of Muslim Brotherhood affiliated persons and Muslims now in the Obama administration. I'm far from a happy camper.

I AGREE 100% with Trump that the borders need to be secured (they're wide open now) and the illegal situation reigned in immediately. Personally, though, I just don't trust Trump. Too many ties -- both past and present -- with the Clintons. Too many questions unanswered. Is Trump for real? Is he sincere? Personally, I wouldn't bank on it. And, like I mentioned in the article, if Trump is a liberal in disguise, he's a wolf in a big blast of conservative clothing.

I LIKE TRUMP's ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT STYLE. I like the fact that he gets right in the face of the so-called politically correct agenda. He is pompous and arrogant, but it suits Trumps style. He has the mouth to say it and he has the money to back it. I simply DO NOT TRUST HIM, and I would suggest that anyone backing Trump do a lot of investigation into his liberal and Clinton connections. Why has Bill Clinton been urging Trump to run for the GOP nomination, for example? What do you make of that?

If Trump should end up running as an independent, we're really in mess. Republican v**es will be split assuring that Hillary Clinton hits a home run for the White House.

The point of my article was to really get conservatives thinking and checking out the candidates carefully. I also hope that conservatives will dig out information from a large number of news sources and not only FOX News. Yes, it "appears" that Trump makes the most logical choice given his current stance on i*****l i*********n, and the fact that he does have the ability to finance a strong campaign. Still, I don't trust the man.

When it comes to Trump vs Megyn Kelly, I could care less. She set Trump up and she got what she "expected." Or was it what she and FOX News anticipated to be the outcome? The Liberal media is already making a big deal about how Trump made sexist and politically incorrect comments toward women and Megyn Kelly. Now the Liberal news media is going to bat for Kelly. She's obviously been attacked in that "war on women" the liberals claim that all Republicans have on women. Yeah, right.

What is FOX News up to? They present a good conservative front and do deliver conservative news up to a point. But, considering the fact that FOX gives generously to the Clinton family, you've got to look at the underpinnings.

FOX set up the Republican debates to go exactly as they planned for them to go. Conservatives need to keep their thinking caps on, their eyes wide open, and not take anything at what appears to be face value. It's not always the liberals who are targets of deception. This is supposed to be an e******n in 2016 -- not a reality TV program. This is supposed to be an e******n in 2016 -- not a politically planned facade.

In fact, to tell you the t***h, I believe that whoever the global heirarchy wants in the p**********l office is going to be in the p**********l office. The socialist/c*******t progressive Liberal movement in this country, closely linked to the big g*******t bankers, the UN, and the New World Order has, basically, already taken over this country. The Liberal and mainstream media is a very big tool of these organizations in sustaining the brainwashing of the masses. I seriously doubt that there will ever be another truly honest-to-goodness and above-board e******n in America. Oh sure, they would like us to believe that we live in a democratic nation, that all the v**es will be honestly counted, etc., etc., but I can just about guarantee you that whoever they want in the White House for wh**ever their political reasons is going to be in the White House.

Hi, oldroy. I posted a topic last night that you might be interested in reading. Because of the time I posted it, it quickly got buried before anyone had a chance to even look at it. I believe it's on page 5 now.

Being a former investigative reporter, I thought some of the information I compiled in this topic might be worth some real consideration by patriots and conservatives. I just wanted to get the info out. I have little time for bouncing back and forth with replies these days, and no time for batting heads against a wall with indoctrinated liberals.

This info, however, might be very enlightening to conservatives and worth pondering. The topic is called "Observations Worth 'Plodding' Through: Can You Trust Trump? Rubio? Bush? OR FOX NEWS?"

If you get a chance to read it -- and it's rather lenghty and divided into sections -- let me know what you think; not about the topic but about the things I have discovered that might be worth noting. What are your thoughts and opinions?
