The last time an immigration bill has been passed was in 1986 by Ronald Reagan. Now we had Bush 41 4 years, Bush 43, 8 years with a number of years where the GOPTP had complete control over congress and did nothing.

1986 passed and signed by Reagan called the ( Immigration and Reform Act) as you can see this bill has not worked because it did not address the main talking point by the GOPTP SHUT THE BORDER DOWN. Although there was many great points to this bill Preventing employers from hiring immigrants, but no way to verify by employers. Maybe they left that part out.

But the IRCA. Of 1986 created amnesty for approximately 2.7 million undocumented immigrants. But not a word about impeachment shut down the government no just two parties working together for a solution.

In 1986 the IRAC almost immediately the border crossing went down by 11% but the following year it went right back up and higher numbers crossing the border than ever and this continued for the next 34 years and never got addressed.

S. 744 senate immigration bill passed with a 68 to 32 in the senate proposes significant changes and addresses the failure of the Reagan bill.

But Obama is going to sign that EO and I don't blame him. This senate bill passed 508 days ago and Obama has asked and asked for a house v**e and the GOPTP continues to block. They call the Obama EO on immigration a gross display of P**********l overreach. So let's take a look at past republican presidents that exercised the same EO's and never did the GOPTP threatened with Lawsuits, impeachment, and force government shutdowns.

Man-Turned god Reagan used his EO on immigration. He signed the IRCA in 1986 that granted 2.5 i******s amnesty. And gave them a path to actual citizenship if they lived in the US for 4 years. Nearly identical to Obamas but with a lot more requirements such as 10 years under the RPI program. Tax I'd numbers not phony SS numbers, the E-Varify system. No SS, Medicare, Food stamps, Medicaid, or ACA. But what bothered Reagan the most it did not include spouses and children of the 2.5 million immigrants which created the term split-eligibility families. So one year after passage Reagan took it upon himself and signed an EO to include the Split-Families that covered an additional 500,000 people. Now Reagan responsible for an additional 3 million i******s granted amnesty. But no calls of impeachment, Lawsuits or shut down the government.

There is a larger number of i******s now because of the Reagan EO which at the time were children and they were educated in this country got married had children of there own and these are a big number that Obama is addressing in his EO.

Next Bush 41 took an nearly identical bill to protect even more people. The senate passed it by a v**e of 81 to 17 the house failed to act and blocked the bill. But no problem Bush just pulled out his pen and signed an EO. Does this sound familiar but no calls for impeachment, lawsuits, or shut down the government. After Bush acted with his EO the house finally passed his immigration bill. Wow this really sounds familiar.

What today's GOPTP has to understand is the Obama EO is going to be right along the Reagan/Bush family fairness Act. This precedence was set in place a long time ago by the GOP. But never addressed shutting down the border. There was a reason for that they wanted i******s to come to take care of the corporate elite and the agricultural workers.

Now we got Bush 43 who I classify as the least intelligent singed into law to ( The Human I*********n L*w) To protect even more immigrants from 3 Central American Nations.

So if you look at the Reagan/Bush/Bush way to approach immigration was signing bills, Acts , and EO all about amnesty and never did address shutting down that border 100% except to build a fence under Bush and we know how that worked out. So what your looking at is Obama EO is to protect a large majority of spouses and children that the Reagan/Bush/Bush administration allowed to stay.

I just don't understand the BS by the GOPTP because every American president since and including Eisenhower have all signed EO's on immigration without the threat of law suites, Impeachment, shutdowns.

But fortunately history will portray this GOPTP for exactly what they are , hypocritical, and inhuman, who h**e immigrants.

Can we all remember the man-called-god Reagan and Bush when they both said we are a nation of immigrants.

Now none of the Reagan/Bush/Bush bills, Acts, EO ever addressed shutting down the border completely Obamas S. 744 does and no road to amnesty until the border is secure. So as I researched and found this information I started to wonder that non of those past GOPTP presidents ever got threatened with law suites, impeachment, government shutdowns while Obama is doing the same exact thing they did.

So I ask what is the difference between Reagan/Bush/Bush and Obama
