The "Republic" was lost back in the 1800's when Lincoln forced the southern states to rejoin the Union. Bear with me. My grammar and construction may be a little off, but my point is clear. Keep in mind that these are my opinions based on many years or research, but, as you may know, history has been altered and rewritten to counter and hide the deception of many t*****rs in our government.
Also, look up: the Thesis, the Anti-Thesis and the synthesis. It’s not a title, it’s a diabolical strategy perpetrated by the same people that have destroyed this and many other countries.
So I begin.
Have you ever heard the term “You got the right answer to the wrong question”?
As the above article reads and I paraphrase: A lawfully sitting president cannot be arrested unless all the (real) constitutional mandates are adhered to. It’s very obvious that the above question did not address the issue at hand. So, essentially, “You got the right answer to the wrong question”.
It appears that, by the organic constitutions original intent, none of these quasi-governmental imposters should exist, but, they do. So, now we not only have an unlawfully seated de facto quasi-president, but the entire congress and all the alphabet agencies and extensions, (also de facto) have usurped the people’s original creation, a Representative Republic form of Government, via a c**p de’ tat! The Emperor Has No Clothes!
How else could city, county, state and federal statutory code supersede the common law? Have you ever wondered how the 50 Titles of Federal Statutes could be applicable to the people of the fifty several states? Where’s the nexus? (connection)
There is no disclosed and or obvious nexus. It’s all done by deception; with the help of the legal profession (for money and position), the media, (for money and position) and the higher learning institutions again (for money and position); all of whom have been subverted by these same parasites to cultivate the populations for unjust enrichment, via stolen revenue, rights and property; A.K.A., prize and booty via Piracy!
Under the Common law (the Organic Constitution) there are three elements of a crime. The Intent, the act and the victim. How the hell can they convict anyone criminally with anything less? Yet, the prisons are full of people convicted of victimless statutory offenses. (Not real crimes) But wait… they can if you contract into this despicable scheme, as has been effectuated by stealthy deception with the help of the above mentioned institutions.
I believe the four Reconstruction Acts of 1867 thru 1888 created a military styled “Martial Rule” administrative body that has taken on the illusion of our original (authorized by the people) de jure government, then they created the “1871 Act to Create the Government of the District of Columbia” making it appear as the original United States. There may be a question of whether it is lawful or not, but it certainly was not by the will of the people; hence, void abinitio!
This is why the SCOUS found nothing illegal with Obama Care, it need not be constitutional because again the right answer was given to the wrong question. The question is not “is it legal“, the question is “to whom does it apply“ as with many other cases and quasi-statutes like it.
It assures that anybody, even someone with a f**e Social Security Number and fabricated Birth Certificate can become a quasi-corporate President or a California Governor of the same. There is no need to be a natural born citizen, nor are they bound by the restrictions of the original founding documents. It’s a private company!
He (the pres.)is merely the CEO of this private municipal corporation, whereby, congress are the Board of Directors, and the stockholders are probably the families that own the IMF, the World Bank and the Federal Reserve; (which is private and not Federal) and the currencies known as ‘Federal Reserve Notes” and the ‘Euro‘, etc.) by which they own and control the entire phony fiat monetary system.
This fiat currency is printed out of thin air and loaned into existence with interest! In essence, the 1500 trillion dollar debt (yes, I said, 1.5 quadrillion) is just a fraudulent booking s**m and is not actually owed by us or any one else!
These parasitic bodies impose, by force of arms, (See Lybia for just one example) their phony (printed from thin air) paper money/credit/debt scheme onto the rest of the world which, eventually and stealthily, t***sfers all of the unsuspecting country’s wealth and property to these inhuman bloodlines.
They create wars resulting in the economic downfall of these countries, then come in lend them credit they don’t have and lie to them, telling them to convert to their banking system under the guise of stability, and eventually suck them into their deceptive fair trade treatise, turning those countries into debtor nations and their populations into mere tradeable chattel; along with all of their property, that then becomes the real tangible assets of these thieves in exchange for paper! Hence, the Thesis, the Anti-Thesis and the synthesis.
There are many that call this a conspiracy theory. That is the signal and the buzzword of the elite to deflect the t***h and the real treason perpetrated by these anti-American conspirators; including, and not limited to, all of the willing dupes and useful i***ts that have been and still are, complicit, such as the controlled media and all other progressive infiltrated institutions in America. It is no longer a theory… it’s unfolding before your eyes!
If this is not believable, look around you… is this the country you thought you lived in? Do you think it is just plain bad luck that we’ve sunk to the bottom of every discipline and advantage possible? It has been a well laid plan that is working. We’ve been dumbed down, drugged down and soon to be down and out!
Hold on, it gets worse. Now we are under multi-front attack via biological warfare perpetrated by those same enemies as named above. This government is responsible from the beginning. It may be too late to recover at this point, so just remember the ones that caused it; especially the ones that stood silently by, supported the enemy within, and allowed it.
These are the same people that call Christians, constitutional patriots, average people that claim their unalienable rights and especially armed citizens… they call us terrorists!! By that cry, we certainly know who they are.

I have many middle eastern, and asian muslim friends, to the very last one of them they dispise the Somalians. Because they are nothing but a bunch of welfare handout give us more steaming piles of pig dodo. They give nothing back to the muslim communities only take.

I have great respect for the philosophies of certain religious affiliations like Hebrews and Mormons who ensure that all in the community have an opportunity to better themselves.

Somolian's do not have that type of mindset.
