Hell, I watch Fox News. At least they don't spend all of their time talking about a dead lion in Africa or "how brave" Caitlyn (q***r) Jenner is.

Well, I guess we could all make fun of the Chicken Little G****l W*****g nuts who in the winter tell us we're all going to freeze to death and in the summer tell us we're all going to burn up! They haven't figured out that it is called "weather." I heard one claim the other day that if all the sea ice melted the ocean water would rise to the armpits on the Statue of Liberty. My reaction to that was that it would get rid of a lot of Left Wing liberals in one wave and maybe the U.N.
But they will just tell us we're science deniers. And don't forget that once upon a time the world's best "scientists" claimed that the world was flat. Those who doubted this "science" were branded as heretics and were threatened with burning at the stake. Guess we won't have to worry about that threat today since it would contribute to G****l W*****g!

Don't you just love l*****t liberals who are so very tolerant of everyone and anything as long as you agree with them? If you disagree, you are automatically labeled an i***t, a moron, a bigot, a homophobe, a r****t, a science denier, and the list goes on.

My advice: Don't sweat the weather because it will always change. And don't sweat the l*****t liberals who think that they have a lock on intelligence.

Isn't it strange that every time a Muslim with an Arabic name goes on the rampage they have to ponder and investigate intensely before they will say he was radical Muslim terrorist? It is like having an elephant in the living room and not being able to say it is an elephant. Instead they say it is big and grayish brown, but we aren't going to jump to conclusions and say it is an elephant.
Face it, every Muslim who believes the Quran is a potential jihadi terrorist. We have a Fifth Column of Muslims in this country that is growing every day thanks to Obama's program of Muslim refugee immigration.
One day the American people are going to wake up, and there is going to be a backlash against the Muslims in this country.

If you really study the history of climate cycles on the Earth you will find that we have had cycles of warming and cooling since creation. Roman historians recorded more than a millennium ago that when they invaded the British Isles they found lush vineyards. Today the British Isles are generally too cool for good grape cultivation. In the late 1800's and early 1900's "scientists" reported that we were entering another Ice Age which never materialized. Again in the 1960's and early 1970's "scientists" said we were entering another Ice Age. Then just a few years later in the 1970's they started hollering about G****l W*****g. When that proved to be wrong they changed it to C*****e C****e. And repeatedly when statistical data didn't support their computer models, they merely changed the data.
This whole debate isn't about C*****e C****e or the weather. It is about CONTROL to further the agenda of either the "green weenies" or the elitists who think they should decide how the peons should live.

Yes! Al Gore for one who has "conveniently" made a bundle touting G****l W*****g. He is a typical left wing elitist who tells the peasants that they should live in the dark and heat/cold so they can continue to jet around the world and live in palatial mansions that consume more than a hundred "little people" do.
As for the Koch's making money on f****l f**ls, Bill and Hillary make money out of hot air at the rate of 200K to 500K per pop.

I was skeptical as soon as I saw that the article was on msn.com. I had just read an article online that said that the sea ice around the Antartic was increasing significantly.
If sea levels are indeed rising then maybe it is time for the EPA and Gov. Brown to allow the farmers in the San Joaquin Valley to use the water instead of allowing it to flow into the delta in an attempt to save the little delta smelt (which incidentally isn't working) and therefore contributing to rising sea levels. (lol)
And as for the GOP having it's head in the sand, the Democrats and those pushing the C*****e C****e/G****l W*****g Agenda (control, control, control) definitely have their heads up their ass.

Before I replied, I read a bunch of articles about Ft. Sumpter and the start of the Civil War. As a history major I remembered that the firing on Ft. Sumpter was considered the start of the war. Here is a summary of what I found: On Dec. 20, 1860 SC seceded from the Union. On Dec. 26, Union Major Robert Anderson, believing that Fort Moultrie (which he commanded) was indefensible from a land attack, moved his forces to Fort Sumpter in the middle of the mouth of Charleston harbor. Fort Moultrie was on the northern bank of the harbor, and Fort Johnson was on the southern bank of the harbor. Major Anderson wasn't able to take all of his supplies with him when he evacuated Fort Moultrie and sent word that Fort Sumpter needed re-supplied. On Jan. 9, 1861 an unarmed steamer the Star of the West attempted to deliver supplies to Fort Sumpter, but was repelled by fire from Fort Moultrie which was now occupied by SC m*****a. One source said that they were cadets from the Citadel. The standoff continued, and finally on April 11, 1861 the m*****a commander P.G.T. Beauregard demanded that Fort Sumpter surrender. Major Anderson refused. At 4:30 A.M. on April 12 Beauregard opened fire on Fort Sumpter. Anderson surrendered on April 13,1861.
Despite the fact that there were shots fired at the Star of the West on Jan. 9th, historians consider the firing on Fort Sumpter to be the start of the Civil War.
The first land battle (actually a skirmish) was fought near Phillipi, VA (now WV) on June 3, 1861.

Yes, if it wasn't for Fox News we could all just go. " La, la, la, la, la," and then concentrate on the "real" news like the lost dog who returned home and the flower girl who grew up to marry the ring bearer. In reference to Glaucon: What mental picture comes to mind when you read Glaucon's posts? I can visualize a Beavis & Butthead type high schooler sitting in his mom's basement cranking out post after ignorant post going, "Heh. heh, heh" and wondering what he can post next to generally piss everyone off. I imagine he is a little panzy ass that gets pushed around and has his lunch money stolen by the big boys. Or perhaps he is so inconsequential that he is completely ignored since only he thinks he is a legend in his own mind.
