Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), a man born in Canada,(a foreign country), to an American mother and a Cuban (from that C*******tic island south of Florida) father, has declared his candidacy as a Republican running for President. I wonder how long before the same "Birthers" who went after Obama's very similar circumstances of birth, will attack Cruz for his. I wonder how long it will be before the "Birthers" shout their denials of the authenticity of Cruz's birth certificate; claiming it to be a f**e and a forgery. I wonder how far the h**e-filled "Birthers's" rhetoric will go on and on about the "c*******tic influence" that Cruz's father "must have had" on the candidate's political leanings. Oh! Wait! Cruz is a GOPTPer! Of course he's good to run for president and anyone who thinks otherwise is a darn liar!

It'll be interesting to watch how the GIPTPers will come to Cruz's defense and try to crucify anyone who would even think that Cruz might not be an American citizen. It'll be interesting to see how the GOPTPers will walk the talk, now that the shoe is on the other foot.

I’m sure I’m going to hear that the President is a genius and I’m the i***t. OK, so if I’m the i***t, at least I’m not a dangerous i***t. But if he’s a genius, he’s a dangerous genius.

I’m going to tell you the t***h, and the thing about the t***h is that it sticks in your head forever.

When it comes to fighting the spreading cancer of radical Islamic terror that is choking the whole of the Middle East and much of Africa the American President has said he sees himself as a big town mayor fighting local crime. That’s i***tic!

He sees ISIS, Al-Qaida, Boko Haram and other groups as rival gangs as in West Side Story, not butchering terrorists as in East Side Nightmare. The i***t!

When Jews were targeted for death in a kosher deli he said they were folks randomly shot. The i***t!

When twenty one Coptic Christians were beheaded on a Libyan beach for no other reasons except they were Christian, and he called them ‘citizens,’ he’s an i***t.

When he reports the beheading of an American journalist and then heads of to play golf, he’s an i***t.

The world sees Iran as a messianic regime sponsoring regional and global terror attacks and feverishly trying to get their hands on a nuclear weapon as part of their apocalyptic dream, yet the American President is ready to cut them some slack and make them a central strategic player in the region. The i***t!

The American President sends his Secretary of State around the Arab countries to explain to them what’s in the nuclear agreement with Iran, but he won’t send him to Israel, the number one target for an Iranian nuclear attack. That’s infinitely worse than being an i***t!

The US-led coalition will not partner with Assad in the fight against ISIS because Assad k**ls his own people. But the American President will partner with Iran to hit ISIS, even as Iran k**ls its own people. Go figure!

Now, having read this, I’m sure I’m going to hear that the President is a genius and I’m the i***t. OK, so if I’m the i***t, at least I’m not a dangerous i***t. But if he’s a genius, he’s a dangerous genius. Either way, you lose.

This is why after every beheading, after every filthy act of war brought by Muslim radicals, Obama goes to the golf course, smiling. Every time there is an emergency coming from radical Islam, Obama smiles and denies radical Muslims exist. He is part of the Radical Muslim Brotherhood.

The Supreme Court of this great land does NOT have the authority to even hear a case involving gay anything. The cases that they can hear are spelled out in the Constitution and nowhere does it say anything about gay rights. THAT IS STRICTLY A STATE ISSUE!

It would seem that the Supreme Court is getting away with murder simply because the people do NOT know what their limits are. They are also k*****g the meaning of words to make them fit a case. For instance, "Due Process" has a VERY limited meaning and very specific legal meaning, but the court has bent the hell out of it to mean almost anything they want just so they can take a case when they know damn good and well they have no business hearing it.

They know their limits, but Presidents like obama put those whacko jerks like Kagan in there that will bend anything around just so they can hear a case. I just wish ONE of them would come right out and say they are not allowed to hear a case.

And they try to deflect this verifiable fact by constantly lying and deflecting.



It’s Time To Face The T***h That Republicans Are T*****rs

According to the dictionary definition, a t*****r is one who betrays a person, a principle, or especially their country. It is of no consequence why someone, or a group, chooses to work in opposition to their nation, or fellow citizens’ well-being, because if their intent and result of their actions is to deliberately damage or cause harm to their country or fellow citizens, they are by definition t*****rs. It is likely that throughout America’s short history, except for the t*****rous Confederacy, no group of individuals has exhibited the characteristic betrayal of a t*****r more than conservatives in general, and Republicans in particular. What makes their actions all the more despicable is that their t*****rous actions are founded on racial animus for one man; and allegiance to foreigners and one tiny segment of the population.

These Republicans’ malicious, calculated, and concerted acts of betrayal of their country and its people started the evening of Barack Obama’s first inauguration and, despite his overwhelming re-e******n victory in 2012, they have persisted unabated and in fact continue to grow. Of course the latest blatant example of betrayal is Speaker of the House John Boehner violating a 216 year-old federal law by “joining with the leader of a foreign nation against his own president.” That was the assessment in a scathing article published in the conservative magazine Forbes that rightly asserted that Boehner “seeking to damage any American President by helping a foreign leader can never be considered something that is best for the nation.” That comment, in a nutshell, elucidates exactly why Republicans are t*****rs to America; they have no regard whatsoever for “what is best for the nation” or its people. Coupled with their blatant disregard for the Constitution they swore to uphold, their opposition to what is best for the nation has become the defining characteristic of the 21st Century conservative movement and it is why they are t*****rs.

The Republican drive to subvert this nation and its people’s well-being began when they met and secretly plotted to undermine economic recovery after they just spent 8 long years creating the Great Recession for the benefit of the rich; including starting two wars of religious aggression. At no time in history has a group of political leaders purposely conspired to destroy the nation’s economic well-being as Republicans did on Inauguration night in January 2009. They ramped up their war on the economy in 2011 when they nearly destroyed the full faith and credit of the United States that the Constitution states “shall not be questioned,” much less deliberately decimated. The constitutional betrayal garnered America’s first credit downgrade in history and a ploy they came precariously close to repeating in 2013 when they shut down the government by betraying their Constitutional mandate to legislate for the “people’s general welfare;” all over their opposition to Americans having access to affordable healthcare. It was a betrayal of their fellow citizens, and their oath to uphold the Constitution that tasks them to pass legislation, not shut down the government or threaten a credit default. Over the past six years, Republicans have shown that their allegiance to the Constitution is as non-existent as their allegiance to this country or their fellow citizens.




Republicans have compiled a despicable record of betraying Americans by conspiring and plotting to rob them of their wealth and t***sferring it, by way of tax cuts, to multi-national corporations with American-sounding names; all while assisting them to avoid taxes by protecting their ill-gotten gains in foreign banks. In fact, the Republican drive to enrich another foreign entity, T***sCanada, at the expense of America’s environment, the people’s health, and economy is, as Forbes noted, “something that can never be considered in the best interest for the nation;” as if any American t*****r ever considered what was in the best interest of the nation. Republicans also betrayed the Constitution by conspiring with foreigners (Canadians) to undermine the Executive Branch and upset the balance of power to benefit a foreign corporation, other foreign nations’ energy needs, and two un-American John Birch dev**ees.

Maybe more than anything, Republicans have betrayed America by attempting to destroy the principles in the Constitution they apparently despise as much as the nation and its people. There is no greater example than a massive concerted effort to obstruct and eliminate Americans’ right to v**e in states Republicans control with valuable assistance from the conservative Supreme Court; a conservative cabal that has as little regard for, or allegiance to, the Constitution or America as Republicans in Congress and the states. In fact, in what is a telling commentary about Republican’s betrayal of the Constitution, a little over a week ago two Democrats in Congress felt the pressing need to propose a Constitutional amendment to “recognize v****g as a fundamental American right.” Americans already “had” constitutionally-guaranteed fundamental v****g rights, including two long-established amendments extending the right to v**e to women and people of color and not just white Christian males. But those Constitutional rights are vanishing due to Republican t*****rs to the Constitution and America’s representative democracy.

A list detailing the myriad ways Republicans betray the Constitution is extensive beginning with supporting religious fanatics successful efforts to control women, to supporting treasonous armed anti-government m*****as confronting and threatening federal agents, to giving corporations supremacy over citizens, to legislating discriminatory policies denying other Americans’ their constitutionally-guaranteed equal rights. Two years ago, and many time since, Republicans called for armed r*******n against the United States government if Americans re-elected Barack Obama as their President; something that anyone would regard as t*****rous including calling for for a second revolution, threatening “Second Amendment remedies” against the government, and all manner of Republican-led state legislation ininuating armed threats against federal officials enforcing federal laws.

Their t*****rous acts to destroy the economy and conspire with foreigners to undermine the Separation of Powers and office of the President are also betrayals of the Constitution they swore to uphold. The Republicans’ six year crusade to destroy the nation’s economy is not only t*****rous; it is unprecedented in American history and still ongoing. One wonders, really, if there is anything about America, its Constitution, or its people Republicans will not betray to advance the interests of the rich, foreign nations, and foreign corporations.




The Constitution is very concise and clear as to the job Republicans in Congress are expected to perform and it is primarily “to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.” It is not to betray America by working with foreign leaders to undermine the Executive branch, not to assist foreign nations and corporations in their pursuit of profit, and not to dismantle the Constitution for theocrats and corporations. Republicans are turncoats with no interest whatsoever in what is “best for the nation” or its people. They have done nothing whatsoever over the past six years that was not an act of treachery against the American people, the Constitution, or the nation they show nothing but contempt for and it is because the people elected an African American man as their President and in doing so exposed Republicans as t*****rs and enemies of state.

Students at Acalanes High School were given a handout with L**T terminology – including words like pan-sexual, demi-boy and gray g****r.

Teenagers at a California high school were publicly shamed for disagreeing with speakers allowed to push an L**T agenda during an English class, according to several upset parents.

The Q***r Straight Alliance at Acalanes High School, in Lafayette, lectured students in several ninth-grade English classes on Jan. 29 about L**T issues, according to Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, which is representing the parents.

During the class, the students, ages 14 and 15, were instructed to stand in a circle. Then, they were grilled about their personal beliefs and their parents’ beliefs on homosexuality, PJI alleges.

“The QSA had students step forward to demonstrate whether they believed that being gay was a choice and whether their parents would be accepting if they came out as gay,” PJI attorney Matthew McReynolds said. “Students who did not step forward were ridiculed and humiliated.”

PJI is a law firm that specializes in religious liberty cases. They are representing several families who had children in the freshman classes -- some of whom also are angry because there was no parental notification of the L**T lecture.

“Singling out students for ridicule based on their moral or political beliefs is a Marxist tactic that should have no place in the United States of America,” Dacus said.

During the lecture, the Q***r Student Alliance provided students with the names of the gay and lesbian teachers at the high school. They also had students line up to demonstrate where they fell on the “g****r spectrum.”

“It was an exercise in g****r fluidity,” the parent of one child told me. “They told the students that one day they could come to school feeling like a boy and the next day they could come to school feeling like a girl.”

Students were given a handout with L**T terminology – including words like pan-sexual, demi-boy and gray g****r.

Demi-boy/girl is defined as someone who only partially identifies as a man or woman. Gray g****r defines someone who feels as though they sort of fit inside the g****r binary, but that their g****r is more hazy and undefined.

“Acalanes High School and the district have defied common sense, ignored the law and broken parents’ trust,” McReynolds said in a prepared statement. “These administrators are acting like schoolyard bullies. If they think intimidation is going to work on us or these parents, they are greatly mistaken.”

“It was a public outing,” one parent told me. “My child is being raised in a family with conservative values. We are a Christian family. What bothers me the most is the school is being dishonest and secretive about what’s happening. My son’s value system and our belief system is not being respected on a many levels.”

And from a very practical point – she wants to know why the Q***r Student Alliance was allowed to take over an English class.

“There’s no other club at the high school that gets face time in front of freshman English classes for an entire period,” the parent said.

So why is Acalanes High School outing students who may not agree with every facet of the L**T agenda?

Superintendent John Nickerson tells me it’s all about tolerance.

“The classroom instruction in question was part of a tolerance workshop led by peer educators under the supervision of teachers,” Nickerson wrote to me in an email.

That’s all well and good – but were the teenagers academically qualified to teach a class on issues like “g****r fluidity”? Why weren’t the teachers teaching the class? And what about the allegations that students were bullied by the Q***r Student Alliance?

“We are aware of the concerns and allegations raised by two parents and the Pacific Justice Institute,” he wrote. “We are investigating the situation, learning activities and classroom environment.”

This happens to be the same high school that invited a “pleasure activist” from Planned Parenthood to teach sex education to the freshman class. Students were encouraged to ask each other questions like “Is it okay if I take my pants off?”

The parent I spoke to bristled at the notion the L**T class was about tolerance.

“They are tolerant of everyone except people who have Christian values,” she told me.

PJI sent a letter to the school district demanding an explanation of what happened. They believe the classroom lecture violated the privacy rights of the students.

“It should be self-evident that, as a fundamental privacy right, students cannot be ‘outed’ during class time by being made to declare their beliefs and feelings about sensitive sexual matters, any more than a student could be required to announce their sexual orientation,” PJI wrote in their letter to the school district.

Has it really come to this, America – forcing students to declare their allegiance to the L**T agenda? Maybe they should just stick to teaching English in English class.
