All the investigations performed by House and Senate Committee's have led to virtually nothing. The IRS has for many years been the hammer used by Presidents. If we went to the Fair Tax, the IRS would disappear overnight. The Fair Tax would also increase everyone's pay check, increase govt. revenues, raise more people out of poverty and improve business revenues. It will never happen because they(the pols) will never ever give up their "hammer."

Republicans should call for an investigation into the "IRS Affair." If the investigation reveals that Obama directed the IRS to take action against his political enemies, then he should be forced to resign.
Of course that isn't going to happen. The Republicans too are guilty of dirty tricks taken against their political foes. It's just politics as usual.
If the Nation is ever going to reverse its slide into the abyss, we'll need the citizenry to clean house in Washington. We can't rely on Congress to do it for us.

I believe all this could/should pertain to the USA as follows, "Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in the USA, to work and eat in the USA, should speak English, and should respect the laws of the land ".
I guess I'll catch a lot of flack for this but I have a thick skin and this is what I believe.

Yup, agree 100%, why should there even be the option of pushing #2 for Spanish or as in Illinois Arabic, WTF?

I just love that, Obama is so far outclassed by Putin is not even funny. How far down have we fallen to where you have Americans looking up to the Russian dictator. It is pathetic to think that the greatest nation on earth is now bowing on our knees and paying homage to the previous "evil empire". What would Ronald Reagan think?

That was my point, you stated it better than I did.

While I do not admire the politics of Putin, I do admire his guts and audacity. Our president(intentional small p)has been and will continue to be so outclassed, out thought and out maneuvered by Putin that if it wasn't so sad it would be funny to watch. I saw a quote that was ? attributed to Putin when asked about Obama, "Its like playing chess with a chicken, all he does is knock pieces over, s**t on the board and then proclaim victory." Very apt!

After some research, the biggest problem is enforcing a True Bill from a Common Law Grand Jury. Administrative Law Judges I believe have to approve a Common Law True Bill and finding an unbiased judge is like finding a clam climbing out of a toilet.

First problem I see, is who exactly would put this Grand Jury together? Second, with this Grand Jury having virtually no "legal" standing unless authorized by some State or legal jurisdiction, who would or could effect make the arrests? I'm not exactly sure who can form a Common Law Grand Jury so I'm just playing devil's advocate. There are plenty of duly elected Sheriff's in the nation who express the same sentiments that we do, so maybe there is some hope there.

I've been reading a lot about Maj. Gen. Vallely and his public stand against the current Regime. He is calling for a v**e of "No Confidence." While I h**e to dispute my senior, I believe this v**e will be meaningless and an exercise in futility. Calling for yet another march on DC will accomplish nothing. How many march's, speech's, radio talk show appearances does it take to force the issue? We have marched, talked and sporadically organized, all to no avail. Without a coherent and methodical organization of Patriots with proven leaders(Gen. Vallely comes to mind) we will accomplish nothing. I just read Patrick Henry's give me Liberty speech, which I highly suggest everybody read, and the principles and arguments presented are as valid today as when it was first given. I suggest we all become prepared and organized for the coming socio-policical conflict.

First, a thank you to Papa Bear, Hick and all others who served, the Nation owes you a respectful gratitude.
The prospect of an impeachment of Obama while very appealing to Patriots, is far from a possibility. The current Republican leadership will I doubt allow the proceedings to take place, they are to beholden to the powers behind the throne to allow it. A Republican majority in the Senate will no doubt slow the progress of the destruction of our Republic, but IMO the RNC and a majority of Congressional Republicans are simply Progressive Light. The RNC has consistently failed to support any Tea Party or true Conservative in a bid for e******n, they believe they are "to radical" and "to conservative" to be electable. They believe the only way to be elected is to offer similar versions of Democrats with only minor differences. They believe e******n of people like Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and some others is an abberation, and not the true feelings of the majority. This is why they continue to lose e******ns and will continue to lose unless we make our voices heard loudly and clearly.

To Hick and Papa Bear, I'm with you brothers. I served for 20 years and the oath still applies as far as I know. I live way up in the mountains and do so for a reason, no I'm not a Ted Kacinski, just can't stand the city life, so I'm constrained by distance from attending most rallies, but I'm there in spirit and will be there in person should the time come when we are forced to do the unthinkable.

Papa Bear, once again you're right on target. I unfortunately believe we are on the verge of the precipice in which sides will have to be picked, us against them if you will, and the end result will be ugly in the extreme. It is amazing to me that a large part of the population don't see this and just keep on keepin' on. Just look at what happened in Conn., people standing in line, STANDING IN LINE, to register weapons and magazines, are you f*****g kiddin' me. The problems with an uprising are multiple and complex, but a single event such as a person being gunned down for refusing to obey an un-Constitutional edict will be the spark that lights the fire. The People have and continue to place trust in a govt. which cannot be trusted and I am at a loss to understand it. Keep your powder dry. You may the black Suburban's pulling up anytime!

Papa Bear, that is one very good post and for the sake of brevity I did not quote it. I to believe that Obama will seek some excuse or provoke enough of a response from Patriots around the middle of 2015 to declare martial law and indefinetly postpone all e******ns thus installing himself as President for life. The Republic will be lost unless there are enough Patriots to stop him. Whether the Patriots organize enough is unknown at this point. With the SCOTUS having decided that every govt. agency(pick your own alphabet soup)can decide the scope and interpretation of their individual regulations, the future appears very bleak for "We the People."

I actually believe most Americans do see this. Many don't view it as threatening because they have never given liberty a thought. Some actually see nothing wrong with what is going on. But I do believe MOST Americans are appalled by what is going on, and any poll telling us otherwise is a r****d poll.

Tasine, I h**e to disagree, but I believe the majority of the American public are only concerned with having beans and tortilla's(no reference to ethnicity meant) on the table and a six pack in the cooler. Freedom means nothing to them until its lost, but then its to late. Those of us concerned with the rapid loss of freedom we are suffering are simply crying in the wilderness. We only talk to and/or listen to people of the same persuasion, some like me have completely given up on talking to the Libtards. You can only bang your head on the wall for so long before you realize you're just giving yourself a headache. I believe the only viable solution is to start at the local level and work up, replacing the Progressives with Constitutionalist Conservatives. I'm all for States rights and secession as an alternative.
The other thing that concerns me is actually two fold: 1. Who's pulling the strings on Obama, he's not bright enough to do it alone. and 2. What other freedoms are being lost while we are being distracted with other irrelevant things(the Duck Dynasty thing, etc.)?

Dummy Boy, you are spot on. The entire system is r****d to favor the insurance industry. As a consumer, you can request an itemized bill from any provider, they don't like doing it, but you can get one. As you stated most people don't know how to read the inflated costs of a bill or the items that you are double and tripled billed for, maybe I should start up a business of reading bills for folks. But I agree the system needs to be dismantled and rebuilt. I am not adverse to anyone making a profit, but the way it is now the profit margins are obscene. The "nobility" of practicing medicine has been gone for a long time. I spent 37 years as a critical care nurse and it used to piss me off seeing CEO's make $250K/year and never touch a patient while I was making $25/hr. to save lives. Paramedic's who are the first line guys, who save lives daily, make not a lot more than minimum wage. The system has evolved to reward those with "no skin in the game." Merry Christmas.

First and foremost, you must understand that I am totally opposed to Obamacare, since it is nothing more than a power grab by the govt. What I've seen over and over again is patients demanding certain and specific care from physicians, which generally is not necessary and the physicians being fearful of litigation go along. One patient I took care of on multiple occasions was taking over 45 different medications, the vast majority of which were "pain meds," when I confronted her MD, his response was "its easier to do what she wants than be sued." This happens more than not. MD's seldom ever "fire" patients, its not in their nature to do so. Granted there are cases every year of medical malfeasance in Medicare/Medicaid billing, but that is only a small piece of the pie.
The other part of this whole equation is the cost i.e. The hospital charges $4 for a Tylenol tablet, knowing the insurance companies will pay $0.35(negotiated payment), the hospital actually pays $0.08 per pill(Big Pharma enters the picture) , the hospital then writes off the $3.15 as a capital loss and additionally makes the profit of $0.27. A whopping total 4900% profit(loss + profit). The room&board rates reflect the same practice to a lesser degree. The average hospital markup on every box of tissues, pill, water jug etc. is 800% which is what you pay with no insurance, which if you have no insurance won't be paid by most people. The same thing occurs in a doctors office, they charge $120 per visit with a $35 re-reimbursement, thus a $85 dollar loss. The whole medical system is a collusive effort between the providers and the insurance companies (including CMS, the govt)in order to maintain profitability. You must question why large corporations control healthcare if its not profitable or why MD's form large multi physician practices. MD's practice "defensive" medicine, not cost effective practical medicine. They have lost the ability to diagnose without the use of $10000 worth of testing, all designed to prevent being sued. Obamacare will drive up the costs of healthcare to astronomical levels since the co-pays and out of pocket costs are so high and the vast majority of people using Obamacare won't pay them anyway. I've spent enough time in large metro ER's to know at least 60% of patients seen can't/won't pay their bill. Enough said.
