Vladimir Putin's SHORTEST SPEECH
This is one time our elected leaders should pay attention to the advice of Vladimir Putin.... How scary is that?

On August 04, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia :

"In Russia live like Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia , to work and eat in Russia , should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, and live the life of Muslim's then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. Russia does not need Muslim minorities. Minorities need Russia , and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian culture. We had better learn from the suicides of America , England , Holland and France , if we are to survive as a nation. The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia . The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Russian national interest first, observing that the Muslims Minorities Are Not Russians.

The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a five minute standing ovation.

If you keep this to yourself, you are part of the problem!

It is a sad day when a C*******t makes more sense than our President Barack Hussein Obama........ but there it is!!!!

RETW, I agree with your point, but your closing comment I have an issue with.
I agree with what Putin says, but you made one fatal flaw...the Russians are no longer c*******ts, Russia has made a full circle, and right now I consider them to be far more democratic than the US. The Duma is elected at a local level (kind of like if we repealed the 17th amendment). I have studied Russia at a political science level, and have travelled there more than a few times since 'the wall fell'. Putin has more balls than our entire three branches of Gov't combined (perhaps that is a bit bold of a statement). Bottom line: we have a lot to learn from the Russians who have 'been there done that' While we are on our way to 'going there, going to try that'.

There my own, not yours, and as such, hardly fatal.
I don't give a dam how many times you have been there. Once a c*******t, all-ways a c*******t. It is clear to me he thinks of him self as one. And might I remind you, we are a Republic.

Now be a good boy, and go nit pick some one else. :hunf:

I find myself in a bit of a quandary. I am a 64-year-old white conservative Republican. I grew up during the Cold War where Russia was considered "the evil Empire", which I believe was true. While in grade school when they conducted civil defense drills, I ducked and hid under my desk along with all my schoolmates (like that would really help). Anyway, Russia and the C*******t were definitely feared and villanized by the federal government. I am now questioning, given what I know about our government if most if not all of that propaganda was just too further someone's agenda. I h**e to think that, but in light of what I now know about our government and the way it conducts business, I wonder.

Wh**ever the case may be I now find myself envying the Russians having a true "patriotic" leader. I know we have all been trained to h**e and distrust the Russians, but it appears to me that they have a leader that is interested in maintaining their culture and not bowing down to people who would destroy their culture.

I find this very hard to swallow, but I find myself wishing that we had a leader and a Congress whose primary interest was preservation of the culture of America and protection of the American way of life.

RUSSIA has the better leadership and we Americans better wake-up and find someone that has the intestinal fortitude of the Russian leader.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAAAA!!

Oh, man, I know just how you feel!! When an officer in the Military for the last 30 years, I swore to "Not lie c***t or steal, nor tolerate those among us who do" A lying officer was finished, no one would follow him, no one would trust him.

It was one of the first big disappointments when as a 2nd LT I discovered that what we were told back home differed from what we were told in the well deck of the amphib ships off the shore of some country whose soldiers we were on the way to k**l..

That is the problem with liars, they CANNOT be trusted, even (and especially) when they are on your side, cause they tell you what you want to hear, to gain an advantage over you,,,all the while, they are plotting on you.

There were two quotes I know that I cannot attribute because I cannot remember who said them

1. A liar is a thief, and a thief a k**ler, and the circle begins.

2. A country protected by its politicians and governed by its military is defended by cowards and governed by fools,,, (a Spartan King whom I cannot recall)

We haven't been a republic since the founding of our country. A democracy? No...not that either. It is argued if we are a plutocracy, oligarchy, or something else.
The one thing that is sure is that the people do not run this country.
It is run by the Fed, European financiers, corporations, the Bilderbergs, billionaires......anyone other than "the people".....as should be evident in our situation today.
If "the people" had cared enough about their country and not taken it so for granted.....and informed themselves and V**ED.....we would not be where we are today.
Those same people believe what is happening before their eyes today, "Just can not happen here in the United States". That's about the same statement the Germans made as Hitler took over.
As for Putin, he rules with an iron hand....and fished O out of Syria.
In some ways I would agree with him....I'd like it if our country was maintained as we have known it.....the land of the free and the home of the brave.
But....that freedom is what is allowing our country to be overtaken and destroyed. Where do we go from here?
Revolution, education(particularly historical education), rebuilding, ad infinitum.....so much to do.

And Obama thinks he is going to make Americans out of illiterate, demanding, disrespectful, and non-English speaking i******s because, according to him, "it's the right thing to do." WRONG! It is the WRONG thing to do. These people could give a damn about becoming citizens. Their governments failed them so they come here to sponge off American tax-payers. Obama doesn't care, he has plenty of money, he has a job, (for now). It's all about keeping his t*****rous agenda going with Hispanic v**es for Democrats. He could care less about poor Americans without work and can't find work. He is an absolute disgrace to this once great nation.

Come on now,,, we KNOW what to do, it is just hard to do. You see now what people in the past had to do.

Case in Point: I am Cheyenne Indian,,, we were murderous in the 1800's,,, the govt would do NOTHING to help w****s who were being murdered. If you have ever thought about a scalping, when the scalp is cut off, the face and ears droop down, the person cannot see cause the skin holding the head on top of your noggin is gone and the rest sags. The Cheyenne scalped men only when dead, women and children got it alive. And when neighbors showed up to a darling little girl neighbor stumbling down the road screamin with her face bagged up on her chin,,, there was nothing that could be done but shoot her. That is what my people did,,, that was NOT a******l to us, back then. That is the way we conducted warfare, ie terror.
Well terror has another side,,, a fearsome resolve on those preyed upon.
White settlers banded together, and came after my tribe, and they wiped us out, until we lost the power to fight.

But they let us live, and that was nice of them, we wouldn't have done that.

We are faced with the same thing looming, they just haven't gained enough numbers to launch it, but they will.

We know what to do, we know how it will go, but I truly believe that the white man, wants to get along and doesn't want to be murderous, but as a vanquished tribe,,, I can only give the warning,,, the white man will tolerate a lot, but one day you will pass an invisible line, and nothing will save you from his wrath, and he will be completely vindicated in exterminating any terroristic tribe of jerks no matter where they come from, and the govt wont do a damned thing until AFTER the smoke clears,,,,,

Putin wants to preserve the values and tradition of his country. Now look at Barack Insane Obama actions, he wants to destroy them, gay marriage, pay for no work, force you to buy stuff you do not want, band coal, band oil drilling, allow thousands of illegal to come into our country and v**e. My god people when will we wake up.

I can explain it to you but, I can't understand it for you.

While I do not admire the politics of Putin, I do admire his guts and audacity. Our president(intentional small p)has been and will continue to be so outclassed, out thought and out maneuvered by Putin that if it wasn't so sad it would be funny to watch. I saw a quote that was ? attributed to Putin when asked about Obama, "Its like playing chess with a chicken, all he does is knock pieces over, s**t on the board and then proclaim victory." Very apt!
