I don't follow or espouse any religious doctrine. I don't know what happens when we die. I am comfortable in assuming that it is the end of consciousness. Since I believe this, I feel it is our duty to be decent people while we are here.

I would have to say that willful ignorance, homophobia, misogyny, bigotry and blind faith in their elected officials are the fuels that drive their constituents. Oh yes, let's not forget their white hot hatred for that "black man" in the White House.
