Between all those speakers, there was a lot of time to turn to one's neighbor in the audience and exchange greetings and whatnot.

Nobody has to use all caps to see their text. In all major web browsers, all you have to do is press Ctrl-+ and the text size increases. Using all caps only makes them capitalized, but doesn't increase their size, otherwise.
Anyway, back to the OP, I find it a bit funny that they have to make a "half-true" lie their "lie of the year." Looks like enough conservatives got together and fixed the results.
The articles of impeachment are as much a list of lies as the same made against "Obamacare" where they just make up a bunch of crap and expect everybody to believe it because they're too lazy to look it up. Nothing President Obama did was unconstitutional. You have to twist the laws he's "violated" into pretzels to make the accusations fit at all. They don't. But, good luck with your impeachment.
Obamacare was already passed by Congress and the Supreme Court. Too bad if Republicans cannot stand that they've only got a majority in the house and Supreme Court.
Kind of silly to argue that the other guy's shutting it down because he doesn't get everything he wants on one part the spending bill, when that same bill has not yet made it to his desk to veto or sign. But, you're so smart; tell us how it's Barack Obama's fault.

We do need sensible leadership in the supreme executive, and we've got it, but you wouldn't have had it if Sarah Palin miraculously got elected. She's scary stupid. Yeah, we read all these lies before. Can you back up any of those, besides confirming that your dumb neighbor actually said that sh*t? Inflation basically requires anything we buy with cash to go up in price over time. It's misleading to lay that at the feet of Obamacare.
All Obamacare was meant to do was allow more people to be able to get insurance without needing their employer's group plan.
