I thank the Lord every day that Merrit Garland never became a Supreme Court Justice. The man is either more stupid than Biden or he is a slick willy fracturing the Rule Of Law that the USA is based upon. No one is above the law, except DemocRats and Garland who might be a member of the C*******t Conspiracy that is slowly taking over America. The dumbest thing he could ever do is pull a raid on MaraLago, especially when he knew Trump wouldn't be there. I hope Trump's attorneys took the names and numbers of these agents and that someday they get one of their raids at their home searching for boxes, any old boxes, computers, cell phones, wh**ever. Yes, Garland wil drown in the Swamp of his own making.

Juries have always been sympathetic to the idea of "ruining" a young person's life by putting them in prison. Laws exist restricting the age a person can buy, own, and possess guns for a reason, nobody wants underage teenagers carrying guns out in public, especially in emotionally charged situations like protests.
The harsher charge should be the person who bought a gun for a teen in the first place.
I see the teeth in gun age restrictions seriously hurt here.

The AR-15 that Kyle was carrying was a legal gun. As long as the barrel is longer than 18 inches it is registered as a "Long Gun". A 17 year old person in Wisconsin can purchase a "long gun" (not an assault rifle. An "assault rifle" is an automatic machine gun and is illegal anywhere in the country unless the owner has gone through the extreme requirements and obtained a Class 3 license). The AR in AR-15 stand for Almalite which is the company that invented the weapon. The AR-15 is nothing more than another design of a semi-automatic long gun or rifle.

In 2000 when Kerry was running for President, he had a website
www.johnkerry.com. I checked it out and looked particularly at his link to his military record. He posted the usual DD214, which he received in 1971, which indicated that he had been issued the Silver Star. Strangely he also posted a DD215 (never heard of this) issued in 2000, which indicated that his Silver Star was issued a "V" for valor. This is a total fraud because the Silver Star is only issued for valor whereas the Bronze Star can have no "V" or a "V" for valor. Unfortunately I did not copy the page and when I went back to it to make a point, it had been removed. This man is not only a t*****r he is a fraud. I am curious if any other of your readers also saw this phony Silver Star "V" on Kerry's website.
