He wants women to trade in their guns for a whistle to blow if they are attacked or raped because if they shot a gun they might hit an innocent bystander.

He advises them to vomit and urinate or possibly pass gas to repel the attacker - before giving in to the attacker as a last resort to save their lives. He either does not believe women can shoot straight or he believes that the noise of a fart might simulate a gun shot.

He also wants all schools and colleges to be gun free zones. Evidently he wants all school officials to blow whistles or fart until police come to draw chalk marks around the bodies.
