Oh there is an obvious solution to the problem...but 'We the People' refuse...or are too lazy or ignorant to act. If we all got off of our collective butts and signed the requests underway in all 50 states for a Constitutional Convention (as outlined in the US Constitution) we could (a) require term limits for all in Congress, (b) require a federal balanced budget as all of us must do, and (c) provide the president with a line item veto as several states have done (to eliminate local favorite 'pork' promoted by the swamp lobbyists. Wisconsin is one such state and it seems to have worked there as the state is able to generally operate with a balanced budget). Thirteen states have already approved a call for a Constitutional Convention of the States, and another 21 must do so (34 nine in total to make it happen) and 'We the People' might be able to retake control of the DC Swamp....See Article 5 of the US Constitution.

Often heard by the socialist midgets like Bernie is that much of northern Europe has tried and is successfully living in a socialist economic environment. Those countries usually included in this group are Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Germany...to a lesser extent. Many of those countries, especially Sweden and Finland, have been working hard to return to less government owned businesses, and more privately owned businesses to improve the quality of the lives of their people. And ask ANYONE from those countries (and Britain)what they think of their wonderful government provided health services! Rotten services, impossible wait times (often months), limited quality of services offered if offered, bureaucratic decision making on whether you can receive the service needed...or simply wait for death, etc.,etc.
