Funny story but not so funny. Unbelievable!

I concur. OSHA did the same thing to me as a small home builder in the Northwest. They came back several times, finding everything rectified, only to get their microscopes out to find other minor problems. They even asked my people to help them measure things to find violations. Finally issuing a citation for significant amount of money.
I challenged the citation to the hearing officers level, got a reduction of fine, and was told they were not out of line in their investigation. They will never admit they are being overbearing and only behaving as a control agency instead of a safety organization in the best interest of the worker.
This agency has become nothing but a control agency with using Safety in the workplace as a cover.
This continued effort on their part forced me to close the business and lay off 9 employees. We always paid close attention to safety issues as I was always concerned not to get anyone hurt on the job. In 16 years we had 1 reportable accident. One is too many, but not a bad record in the Industry, only to be forced out of business by OSHA. I feel sorry for Co.'s trying to comply . It's like the law enforcement. If they want you, they will find something to charge you with. No matter how hard they have to hunt to find it.

These have to be about the sickest and most twisted people that have ever lived on earth. And the scary thing is that there are millions of them and they just keep on creating more generations of sickos.

Just think, they are impregnating this country with this message in cities all over this country. We are supposed to recognize and support all religions, including this one. Even the non-radical Muslim group would become violent once the radicals take control because they all pledge to the cueran.(sp).
The liberal educators in our education system serve the same purpose. We need to purge our education system of these radical liberalists to protect our kids and society.

Won't it be interesting, one day in the future, when we really find out all the t***h about this fiasco. I think we will all feel totally stupid for allowing such an imposter to fool not only us personally , but our way of life.

Of course Billy wants Hillary to become President so he can run the country again. She's too stupid to do it by herself and he knows it. He has been able to keep his A-moral activities down in Little Rock while she works Washington. What a choice Hillary/Billy, Joe, Lizzy, Harry, Nancy, Chuck, Dickie. I think the Dems are offering them as shills as they know they are screwed.

I think Russia could be innocent and America under Obama not so much.

Russia innocent? I don't know. But it will most likely make no difference as this will be another case of paralysis by analysis as all others have been. The difference in this case is the involvement of so many other countries interests. This is a indespicable action against innocent citizens of many nationalities. MY prayers are with the families of all the victims. As always, there is most likely a lot of blame to go around. With the unrest in the area, why would airlines not go around as had been warned, who supplied such volatile weaponry to radicals, why can't Russia just leave people alone to live their lives as they want, If they wanted to be Russian they would join themselves without encouragement, No resolve can be achieved with politicians and their propaganda agenda's getting involved. God help us with i***ts like Obama deciding what the next move will be. He has already facilitated the reduction of our military forces to the point we are not prepared for another major conflict. He hasn't got the guts anyway, just talk them to death. Hopefully, a diplomatic resolve can be reached. Given his and Cary's actions with Iran, I suggest, we're in real trouble.

The last paragraph in the article at your link is worth noting as well:

"This doesn't mean a GOP tidal wave in November. Republicans are even more unpopular than Democrats. Until the GOP can come up with a positive agenda for the country and start pushing it, v**ers will not have a compelling reason to turn out and v**e for them."

It will only take the elimination of Dirty Harry and Pelosi to cause a title wave. Don't kid yourself !

Like 95% of all other well meaning laws passed by congress, this "opening of the door" would leave our constitution open for further abuse. Ask yourself, " how many good, well meaning, laws that have been introduced even resemble the original idea when congress gets done with them?". I say very few.
Congress, and the likes of the "all knowing Representatives" can't stand to leave a good law alone. Each has to have their imprint on it to tell their constituents they supported it, good or bad. What a shame, in the interest of the citizens.
This is but one more attempt to open that door by Feinstein and Boxer. They will never leave a tragedy without another attempt to make a name for themselves.
In my opinion, the second amendment was developed just to protect us from people like this, as well as your above stated reasons.
DO NOT OPEN THAT DOOR !! It's hard enough to fight without opening that door for them to use. Legal and law abiding citizens have to stand up for our rights and the constitution. At some point these "derelicts of duty" will get unelected for their unreasonable and deceitful attempts to steal our rights.

The Taliban wouldn't want them as they would be worth nothing to us. You know, the must have something to trade or get money for.

Ever noticed that these people proclaiming to know everything and criticize these brave troupers have never been on the battlefield exposing themselves to loss of limb or life.
I'd take the word of these troops who were "on site" over everyone else. There is always a reason for non-disclosure statements to be required by the administration. And it sure as hell isn't for the protection of our troops or country.

Yeah, right, no big deal that the President, who has Eric Holder, the Attorney General himself, at his beck and call but suddenly needs the biggest powerhouse criminal defense attorney in the nation to represent him. Note that's CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY.

You don't hire guys like that unless you need them. You don't need them unless you're guilty.

I suppose we, the tax payers, get to pay for his personal defense lawyer as well.

The t***h is, it's not all peaches and cream. The escalation to the $15.00/hr. has caused many problems in the Sea-Tac area. The wage hike has caused products to be priced to the point buisness has decreased.
The major issue however is the reduction of waiter and waitress tokes in the more elite restaurants. Where they were making upwards of sometimes $30 to $40/hr. prior to the law, they have seen a considerable decrease in these tips. There is already an effort to repeal this law. It has caused many hard feelings in the services, including hotel maids, bartenders etc.
We'll have to wait and see what the outcome will be.

The Gov. should not get involved in commerce issues like wages. They should spend 24 hrs a day at making decisions to increase jobs and the economy. Wages will take care of themselves when the job market is strong.
Look at fast food servers in N. Dakota and the other oil field locations. McDonalds there is paying $15.00/hr due to a strong market. Others are following suit, as I understand.
Jobs, Jobs, Jobs is all we hear come e******n time. But it is a very low priority of this administration after the e******ns.
The need for more sk**led employees in order to meet demand is the key. A competitive culture of finding and keeping sk**led workers is a challenge each manufacturer faces with a strong economy.
Unfortunately, this administration has devastated the job market, with each decision making things worse. All in the interest of protecting that position till it can be used as a political advantage. What a shame!
Manufactures are still trying to calculate the costs involved of hiring and keeping new employees under all the new health care, environment, state and Federal regulations recently imposed. Health care is an example. Changes made that could have been resolved by now and understood, has been delayed for political reasons, postponing hiring even further.(but one example).
Decisions that could and should have been given reasonable consideration and changed incrementally over time have been mandated immediately, causing job losses.
There should be nothing wrong with incremental minimum wage increases over time. Those who understand business, know the immediate impact of jumping from $7.25 to $10.10 or $15.00 as devastating to the market of product, services and employee base.
Wal-Mart has always been chastised for paying low wages. What needs to be considered is how Gov. changes have now taken the Co. covered health care away from these employees. Now, not only low wages but, they get to pay for their health care benefits as well. That's a wage decrease also.
There is no real excuse for the extravagant CEO and upper management salary packages in relation to employee wages. Co.'s see the abuses and unethical spending by the Gov. in developing these restrictive regulations and just don't give a damn. The IRS treats employee tax deductions and executive plans differently. Executive plans have so many loop holds and ways to prevent taxes that they have no problem awarding the top the cream. Another example of where the Gov, Regs are upside down.
Jobs are the answer to the unrest. Forget about the abuses of the free benefit programs. Shut off the abusing people and give them a job.
If the job market were strong, these challenged jobs would then be considered starting positions where work ethics, customer relations and elementary sk**ls can be achieved as one moves into education and advanced careers again without conflict.

We certainly need to know the real story. I wonder if Gowdy will be able to get the witnesses that were on the ground and on site. The Gov. has threatened their pensions for talking.
We will have to search to find the story as it progresses as I'd bet the main news will avoid it like the plaque.
Gowdy is the right guy. God help us and him.
