Speaking as one who has held a security clearance, and been responsible for the security of classified documents under my control, as the acting supervisor of a division level communication center in the USMC: I have reason to know that the MERE T***SMISSION of classified material over an UNSECURED (MEANING UNENCRYPTED), circuit, was a felony punishable by 10 years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine for each instance! If prosecuted to the full extant of that law, for the two thousand classified documents on her home server, that could add up to 20,000 years imprisonment and $20,000,000 in fines. Now should we move on to the matter that she unlawfully retained these documents after she left the State Department, and in an unsecured location.
THAT WOULD BE A GOOD START!
The claim that e-mails, many originated by herself, were not classified at "the time" is pure male bovine excrement. As the secretary of state hillary had plenty of news conferences, interwiews and statements issued, times when she had to know what INFORMATION was classified and could not be released. INFORMATION is not classified because of the color of the paper upon which it is printed, it is classified because of the INFORMATION that that it contains. As SOS hillary had an obligation to recognize classified information (not just documents) and to maintain the security of classified INFORMATION, not just the documents themselves. If she could not recognize classified INFORMATION when she saw it she most certainly was not qualified to hold any position which required a security clearance.
THE FACT THAT hillary IS USING IGNORANCE AS A QUALIFICATION FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY IS HILLARYIOUS. The failure of hillary groupies to recognize this is not.
By your twisted definition of natural born citizens, none of our founding fathers could have qualified because they were all born as subjects of the British Crown! Are you saying that the presidency of Washington, Jefferson, Adams and many others were illigitimate?
The American people are now paying the price for a generation that has shown far more interest the super bowl than the stewardship of the nation.

The e-mail distraction is only the warm up, the FBI is also investigating the hundreds of millions of dollars collected by the clinton foundation,(as well as speaking fees) from foreign interests, during her time as secretary of state.
