Thats all very good Loki, I just wish you had one of Bush's years showing the same type of statistics, then people can see who was enforcing our laws by the prosecutions and convictions of the criminals in those number of denials, and who refused to enforce those laws. Another thing that needs to be taken into consideration with those statistics is that Obama caused the biggest and longest tremendous gun sales period than any President in US history, while the gun sales under Bush probably didn't reach half of what they were under Obama, yet Bush had a lot more prosecutions and convictions than did Obama, by a tremendous comparable amount too.

You need at least the same firepower of those looking to do you harm, and more if possible. When serving in the USMC, they taught us that the side that could put the most rounds in the air at the same time, will be the winner of the fire fight, and it's not a good thing to lose a fire firght. In fact it is not good to lose any gun fight.

The most important thing to remember is that criminals don't give you a choice if you want to particate in a gun fight or not, especially in home invasions, and don't ever think you are immune to that happening to you, it happens from the poorest to the richest neighborhoods.

Who do you think has the most guns in the USA, the law abiding citizens or the criminals that it is against the law for them to own or possess? A little hint, it isn't the ones who abide by our laws, as Chicago has the most strict gun control laws in the USA, and it is the gun murder capital of the USA, while Washington DC has the 2nd strictest gun control laws in the USA, and they are 2nd only to Chicago in their gun murder rate. Does that not tell you that the most unsafe places to live are the places where they prevent their citizens from owning guns to protect themselves.

Most people don't understand that criminals are the biggest cowards in the world, and why they always have guns, even when the law says they can't, but they are also scared to death of other citizens, their victims, that also may be armed and could k**l them in self-defense, so they don't take the chances where they know there are armed citizens, as they do in places where they know the citizenry are unarmed, hence the plight of the citizenry in Chicago and Washington DC.

This holds true all across the USA, when citizens are allowed to be armed, they are much safer, than in places where they are prohibited from being armed, and you certainly can easily confirm this, since their have been so many investigations and books written that explains this and the reasons behind this constant and historical trend.

I'm sorry Bob, I can't remember who originated the report, but it wasn't the NRA, I don't read their stuff, it's always propaganda to try to get you to join. But it was all from federal government statistics, so you should be able to confirm those numbers by going to a federal government statistics site in the category of those statistics.

If you're so good at projecting what's going to happen, why were you with all those liars saying Hillary Clinton was going to win in a tremendous landslide, and that Donald Trump had absolutely no possible path to an "E*****rial College" win. It seems you missed that one, which causes me to question this one. But time will tell, and we shall see. If GOD answers your prayers, the American people will suffer trendously, but with all your hatred, that doesn't matter to you. Selfish aren't we. But if President Trump succeeds, the American people will too, but that will shine a light on the incompetence and malfeasance of Obama and the Democrats, as it already has, even though dimmed by all the lies and false accusations made by all you h**ers. But Jesus said the t***h will prevail in the end, and all shall be seen as it really is, which should scare the hell out of you and your kind.

Loki, you're wasting your time arguing with permafrost, for he is a d********g person and completely indoctrinated into the socialist and c*******t beliefs, and if there was no 2nd Amendment he and the other socialist and c*******t would have already turned the USA into a socialist and c*******t bastion with a c**p against our government.

But what he and 2nd Amendment would be usurpers don't like to admit is that there were three laws already on the books that were violated in order to sell those guns to that Texas church shooter, and had they been enforced those mass k*****gs would not have occurred, but this is nothing new when liberals get to run our government. It's almost like they refuse to enforce the gun banning laws that we already have, to give them the reason and excuse to pass more stringent and stricter gun banning laws for the law abiding American citizens, and eventually do away with our 2nd Amendment right.

It is against federal law for any felon to own, carry, or even attempt to purchase a gun, and during Bush's Presidency the DOJ arrested and prosecuted tens of thousands of felons who attempted to buy a gun, while during Obama's Presidency the arrests and prosecutions of felons attempting to purcgase a gun by the DOJ declined by 97%. Obama was trying like hell to restrict law abiding citizens from purchasing guns, but allowed all the felons to buy as many as they wanted and could afford to buy, with impunity by refusing to enforce our laws, which he did in immigration as well, anything that could hurt the USA.

You are precisely correct, and the only way your solution is viable is through parental choice of education, as to which school we are allowed to send our children to, as the religous schools seem to still be educating instead of indoctrinating, but to achieve your stated goals, our federal government must institute a national voucher system in order to make a good education available to all, both rich and poor.

Judiciary Member Calls for Mueller’s Resignation!

November 4, 2017

Below is the full text of the Gaetz’ resolution:

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that Robert Mueller should resign from his special counsel position.

Whereas from 2001–2013, Robert Mueller served as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation;

Whereas as early as 2009, the FBI discovered that Russian officials were engaging in bribery and extortion, tainting the American uranium industry in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act to strengthen their own nuclear program;

Whereas investigations into Russia’s corruption of American uranium-related businesses were supervised by then-United States Attorney Rod Rosenstein, currently serving as Deputy Attorney General, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, currently serving as Deputy Director of the FBI;

Whereas despite knowledge of this corruption, backed by documents and an eyewitness account, neither the Department of Justice nor the Federal Bureau of Investigation under the leadership of Mr. Mueller brought charges;

Whereas the Department of Justice actively threatened the liberty of a confidential informant embedded within Russia’s nuclear program who wished to inform Congress about Russian corruption of American uranium-related companies, and the FBI required this informant to sign a non-disclosure agreement, intentionally depriving Congress of information vital to national security and Congressional oversight authority;

Whereas Members of Congress have raised objections to, and concerns with, the sale of American uranium assets to Russian companies, and raised these concerns in official correspondence to then-President Obama as early as 2010;

Whereas in 2010, when the Russian Federation needed American approval of uranium sales, former President William Jefferson Clinton received hundreds of thousands of dollars in speaking fees from Kremlin-linked institutions, and requested approval from the State Department to meet with central figures in Russia’s nuclear industry, and eventually met with Russian leader Vladimir V. Putin at Mr. Putin’s private residence;

Whereas the Clinton Foundation has either directly or indirectly received undisclosed donations totaling millions of dollars from Russian-linked sources, including from officials in Russia’s nuclear program;

Whereas in 2010, Hillary Clinton, founder of the Clinton Foundation, wife of former President Clinton, and then Secretary of State, approved the sale of Uranium One to a Russian state-owned nuclear technology corporation;

Whereas any thorough and honest investigation into the corruption of American-uranium related business must include investigating the willful blindness of the FBI and its leaders;

Whereas under 28 CFR 45.2, no individual can participate in a criminal investigation if he has a personal or political relationship with any organization substantially involved in the conduct that is subject of the investigation;

Whereas under 28 CFR 45.2, no individual may participate in a criminal investigation if the individual’s participation would create an appearance of conflict of interest likely to affect public perception of the integrity of the investigation;

Whereas the Code of Federal Regulations, applied to Mr. Mueller, demonstrates that he cannot be allowed to investigate his former colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates;
and

Whereas these obvious conflicts of interest are unacceptable to the United States justice system and the American people:
Now, therefore, be it Resolved,

That House of Representatives expresses its sense that Robert Mueller is c*********d and should resign from his special counsel position immediately.

DOJ Lifts Gag Order On "Clinton/Uranium One" Informant: What’s Next?

November 8, 2017

There’s a (living) eyewitness to one of Bill and Hillary Clinton’s biggest crimes who is ready to testify and share his story publicly, but until last night he was reluctant to do so because of a powerful disincentive to go public h*****g over his head.

No, it was not fear of becoming another victim of Arkancide, nor was it money.

It was a nondisclosure agreement with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, now allegedly run by Director Christopher Wray, who was nominated by Republican President Donald Trump and confirmed by a Republican Senate, and who is supervised by Republican Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Earlier this week Washington super-lawyer Victoria Toensing, an attorney for the former FBI informant, told Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom” that her client has “specific information about contributions and bribes to various entities and people in the United States" related to the Clinton’s Uranium One deal.

She said she could not go further because her client had not been released from a nondisclosure agreement, but suggested the gag order could be lifted soon. Toensing also claimed that her client was “threatened by the Loretta Lynch Justice Department” when he pursued a civil action in which he reportedly sought to disclose some information about the case.

As our friend Michael W. Chapman at CNS News reported in his excellent coverage of the Uranium One scandal:

As the case wound down, the FBI directed the informant to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which prohibited him from speaking about the case to members of Congress. Special Counsel Robert Mueller was the FBI director during the bulk of the investigation; James Comey became director in September 2013.

According to Toensing, the Department of Justice, under the Obama administration, told the informant that if he violated the NDA, "he would lose his liberty." Toensing told CNSNews.com that she had never heard of an NDA "that had a criminal penalty for violation," and that the penalty is "usually monetary."

As of last night, the gag order – or more correctly nondisclosure agreement – has been lifted.

"As of tonight, the Department of Justice has authorized the informant to disclose to the chairmen and ranking members of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, as well as one member of each of their staffs, any information or documents he has concerning alleged corruption or bribery involving t***sactions in the uranium market," Justice spokesman Ian Prior said.

According to Fox News, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) is also focusing on the informant amid scrutiny of the 2010 approval of the controversial uranium deal that netted the Clinton Foundation over $140 million in donations from Russian interests and Bill Clinton a half-million dollar speaking fee.

Grassley is raising questions about potential “conflicts of interest” for Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration, and especially wants to know whether the committee that approved the deal was aware of the FBI probe involving a subsidiary of the same Russian firm.

And Chairman Grassley is getting right to the heart of the real issue here – why was the nondisclosure agreement put in place?

The Washington Examiner’s Todd Shepperd reports that "The Executive Branch does not have the authority to use non-disclosure agreements to avoid Congressional scrutiny," Grassley wrote in a letter to his former Senate colleague Jeff Sessions. "If the FBI is allowed to contract itself out of Congressional oversight, it would seriously undermine our Constitutional system of checks and balances. The Justice Department needs to work with the Committee to ensure that witnesses are free to speak without fear, intimidation or retaliation from law enforcement."

Grassley's letter to the Justice Department also asks for a copy of the non-disclosure agreement the informant signed with the FBI.
In a recent hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Grassley said, "This committee has an obligation to get to the bottom of this issue" and from experience, when Chairman Grassley wants to get to the bottom of something he usually succeeds.

Could it be because senior Justice Department and FBI officials were neck deep in covering up the Clinton’s pay-for-play scheme?

As Fox News reporter Doug Jarrett observed:

It seems it was all covered up for years by the same three people who are now involved in the investigation of President Donald Trump over so-called Russian “collusion.”

But why has there been no prosecution of Clinton? Why did the FBI and the Department of Justice during the Obama administration keep the evidence secret? Was it concealed to prevent a scandal that would poison Barack Obama’s presidency? Was Hillary Clinton being protected in her quest to succeed him?

The answer may lie with the people who were in charge of the investigation and who knew of its explosive impact. Who are they?
Eric Holder was the Attorney General when the FBI began uncovering the Russian corruption scheme in 2009. Since the FBI reports to him, he surely knew what the bureau had uncovered.

What’s more, Holder was a member of the “Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States” which approved the uranium sale to the Russians in 2010. Since the v**e was unanimous, it appears Holder knowingly and deliberately countenanced a deal that was based on illegal activities and which gave Moscow control of more than 20 percent of America’s uranium assets.

It gets worse. Robert Mueller was the FBI Director during the time of the Russian uranium probe, and so was his successor James Comey who took over in 2013 as the FBI was still developing the case. Rod Rosenstein, then-U.S. Attorney, was supervising the case. There is no indication that any of these men ever told Congress of all the incriminating evidence they had discovered and the connection to Clinton. The entire matter was kept secret from the American public.

It may be no coincidence that Mueller (now special counsel) and Rosenstein (now Deputy Attorney General) are the two top people currently investigating whether the Trump campaign conspired with the Russians to influence the 2016 p**********l e******n. Mueller reports to Rosenstein, while Comey is a key witness in the case. It is not unreasonable to conclude that Mueller, Rosenstein and Comey may have covered up potential crimes involving Clinton and Russia, but are now determined to find some evidence that Trump “colluded” with Russia.

Our Twitter friend, freelance writer Daniel John Sobieski, was pretty tough on Attorney General Sessions when he (correctly we think) he demanded Sessions lift the gag order on the informant:

“The question is now whether Jeff Sessions wants to help President Trump to drain the swamp be vacating the gag order and letting evidence come forth proving the Clintons orchestrated the greatest criminal conspiracy in U.S. history at the expense of American national security or whether he is just another swamp thing committed to clogging up the drainage pipes. Justice may be blind, but it should never be gagged.”

Now that the gag order has been lifted it is time for Attorney General Sessions to choose a side in the much larger question: Why was the nondisclosure agreement put in place to begin with, who demanded the informant sign it, and what was their relationship with Bill and Hillary Clinton?

The American Left Is Now The Party Of F*****m !!! History Repeats It's-Self !!!

August 9, 2017

The American Left Is Now The Party Of F*****m. The Democrats’ 'big lie', blaming own F*****t sins on Trump and Republicans.

We hear the word “f*****t” a whole lot these days: Trump is a f*****t, if not a N**i; The Republican Party is the f*****t party.

As for the left, the Democrats, they present themselves as the anti-f*****ts, the people fighting f*****m. We can see this in the names of l*****t groups like A****a, which stands for anti-f*****m. Yet, when we look around, we see the Democratic and l*****t protesters who are disrupting the inauguration. Who are organizing violent rallies around the country, who are stopping campus speakers from speaking.

These are people who seem to be using f*****t and N**i tactics. The masked A****a thugs carrying weapons seem eerily similar to the f*****t B****shirts and the N**i Brownshirts.

So isn’t it strange that the people purporting to fight f*****m resemble the f*****ts in shutting down speech. And disrupting democratic debate through the use, or threats, of violence?

We need to look at f*****m more closely and ask: Is f*****m really a phenomenon of the left or of the right? Let’s begin with the remarkable statement by Adolf Hitler in a 1927 speech. “We are socialists,” he said. “We are the enemies of today’s capitalist system of exploitation and we are determined to destroy the system under all conditions.” Does that sound like Donald Trump? Actually, it sounds a lot more like Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders.

Hitler changed the name of the German Workers Party to the National Socialist German Workers Party. He wanted to emphasize that the N**is were socialists, and that N**i economic policy involved complete state control of the private sector. Indeed, the very name N**i is a compression of the two terms “national” and “socialist.”

All the leading figures of early f*****m, not merely in Germany, but also in Italy, France and England – were men of the left. Most of them moved seamlessly from Marxism and socialism, to f*****m and N**ism during the 1920s and 1930s.

Here are some examples. Jean Allemane, famous for his role in the Dreyfus case, one of the great figures of French socialism, became a f*****t. So did the socialist organizer Georges Valois. Marcel Deat, the founder of the Parti Socialiste de France, eventually quit and started a pro-f*****t party in 1936. Jaques Dor**t, a French c*******t, moved his Parti Populaire Francais into the f*****t camp. Belgian socialist writer Henri de Man t***sitioned into becoming a f*****t theoretician. In England, Oswald Mosley, a socialist and Labor Party Member of Parliament, broke with the laborites because he found them insufficiently radical. He later founded the British Union of F*****ts and became the country’s leading N**i sympathizer.

In Germany, there was a similar traffic from socialism to f*****m. To give a single example, the socialist playwright Gerhart Hauptmann embraced Hitler’s National Socialism and produced plays during the Third Reich. After the war, he called himself a c*******t and staged his productions in Soviet-dominated East Berlin.

In Italy, philosopher Giovanni Gentile moved from Marxism to become f*****m’s leading intellectual. Many Italian labor organizers made the same journey: Ottavio Dinale, Tullio, Masotti, Carlo Silvestri and Umberto Pasella. The socialist writer Agostino Lanzillo joined Mussolini’s parliament as a member of the f*****t party.

Nicola Bombacci, one of the founders of the Italian Community Party, became Mussolini’s top adviser in 1943.
Gentile’s disciple Ugo Spirito, who also served Mussolini, moved from Marxism to f*****m and then back to Marxism. Like Hauptmann, Spirito became a c*******t sympathizer after World War II and called for a new “synthesis” between c*******m and f*****m.

All of this is incomprehensible if f*****m is considered somehow “right wing.” None of these men saw it that way. They didn’t “convert” from left to right. Rather, they viewed themselves as moving seamlessly from one form of socialism to another. From a purely class-based socialism to a broader form of socialism that took into account class as well as national loyalties.

We can see this in the example of Mussolini, who established the world’s first f*****t regime in Rome, a decade before Hitler came to power. Mussolini was the leading Marxist in Italy, the recognized leader of Italian socialism. After his successful March on Rome, Lenin sent his congratulations, praising Mussolini as a fellow revolutionary on the left. Mussolini’s career shows how f*****m grew out of Marxism. Marx had predicted that the increased impoverishment of workers would cause a socialist revolution to erupt in the most advanced industrial countries: Germany and Great Britain.

That didn’t happen. This created the famous “crisis of Marxism” in the late 19th and early 20th century. Out of that crisis came two new forms of socialism: Leninist Bolshevism and Mussolini’s F*****m.

“The foundation of f*****m,” Mussolini writes in his “Autobiography,” “is the conception of the state. F*****m conceives the State as an absolute. In comparison to which all individuals or groups are relative, only to be conceived of in their relation to the State. For us F*****ts, the State … represents the immanent spirit of the nation.” Replace the word “f*****m” with “progressivism,” and we could be hearing these words recited at a Democratic National Convention.

Mussolini broke with Marx on a single point. Marx insisted that workers are loyal only to their class. “The working man,” Marxists liked to say, “has no country.” Mussolini knew that people are no less attached to their nation than to their occupation. Consequently, Mussolini, like Hitler, embraced socialism of a special kind, namely national socialism.

Like the Marxists, the f*****ts and the N**is also embraced violence as a revolutionary concept. N**i violence involved disrupting campus events, threatening and beating up dissenters. And enforcing a conformity of thought and practice in line with the regnant ideology. Notice the close similarity between this f*****t bullying and the conduct of the American left today.

In ideology and in tactics, the American left today is the party of f*****m. The only difference is that it denies its true pedigree. Their big lie is to blame their own sins on Trump and the Republicans. In a sick twist, the real f*****ts in America pretend to be anti-f*****ts. And accuse the true anti-f*****ts of being f*****ts.
