Abbott, with the help of Border Patrol should come up with an ad listing statistics--percentages of i******s being taken care of in every small Texas border town with respect to the towns' populations. Get statements from those mayors about the difficulties they deal with daily, knowing more are coming tomorrow. Show video of all of it. Compare the NUMBERS to the pitifully small percentage of population that bowser and adams have to deal with because of the extremely small number of i******s they are now responsible for but bitterly complaining about. IOW show them for the wimps they are. Add that DC and NY officials P***E themselves on their sanctuary city status. Expose the welcoming, illegal-friendly face they present to the country for the fraud that it is. Show them up for the NIMBY group they REALLY are and tell them to stop their whining and practice what they preach. Why, they should be down there with their own convoy of buses ready to bring all the i******s to their wonderful sanctuary cities. Run the ads over and over and over in both cities. Perhaps run them in other sanctuary cities, too and add that this is coming soon to your neighborhood.

All we can do is v**e for the right people. Problem is most of these elitist snobs are appointed--not elected--usually as a favor or payback for something. Both parties are guilty of it. Not sure how we can fix that.

(BTW, deb, I do not have a ranch. I was raised on a family farm and have family members who still farm there and the family has grown and more land has been added. Yes, I totally agree it is a manufactured issue promoted by liars. The original intent was for a******n to be legalized for the reasons you list, and it was intended to be rare, which fits with the 1% you quote. Unfortunately, that is not the way it turned out. Also, unfortunately, it is still legal in most states, although some will now be able to put reasonable limitations on it--such as a 15-week limit, which should be acceptable to the baby k**lers. But no, the pro-a******nists cannot accept that. They want NO limitations--or else! They mounted a huge campaign in KS, ads filled with lies, as Turtle keeper mentioned, in order to get their way. Look for that to continue from state to state.

What we need in congress are reasonable people who are willing to work together for the good of the country, instead of what we have now--two groups who work for themselves first, for their party second, and who believe that "divide and conquer" is the best way to stay in power and keep their cushy, grossly overpaid jobs for life,and are willing to do wh**ever it takes to accomplish that goal. Career politicians are the bane of this country's existence. Limit the time they can "serve" and fewer of these self-serving, power seeking, money hungry do-nothing liars will even want to run for office. They will have to go elsewhere to find a different job where they can slime their way to the top without destroying the country.
