Wouldn't it have been interesting if, at some point during the
p**********l campaign, if one of the candidates asked, “Oh, by the way, has anyone in Washington, D.C., ever heard of the
McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952 ?"

I did not know of this act until recently, but it has been a law for
almost 65 years. Here are the historic facts that would seem to
indicate that many, if not most, of the people we elect, to work for
us in Washington, do not have the slightest idea of what laws already exist in OUR country. (Understandable,since we do have a few imbeciles in the Congress)

After several terrorist incidents were carried out in the United
States, Donald Trump was severely criticized and sued for suggesting that the U.S. should limit or temporarily suspend the immigration of certain ethnic groups, nationalities and even people of certain religions (i.e. Muslims).

The criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being un-American, dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and r****t.
Congressmen and senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and our former president called such a prohibition on immigration unconstitutional.

As Gomer Pyle would say, “Well, surprise, surprise!”, It seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions.

Known as the [ McCarran-Walter Act ], the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 allows for the:

“suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the president, whenever the president finds that the entry of aliens or of any classof aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States. ”
“
The president may, by proclamation and for such a period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens, immigrants or non- immigrants, or impose any restrictions on the entry of aliens he may deem to be appropriate.”

Carter used it 40 years ago, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the
United States. But Carter actually did more.

He made ALL Iranian students, already in the United States, check in with the government, then he deported a bunch of them. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas and a total of 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the USA in 1979. (We were training the Iranian Navy at the time the Shaw was deposed, and many Iranian sailors defected and took jobs with US Naval Engineering companies, and our company hired four Iranian Naval officers.)

So, what do you say about all of the criticism that Donald
Trump received from the Democratic senators, representatives and the Obama Administration ???

Additionally, it is important to note that the McCarran-Walter Act
also requires that an " applicant for immigration must be of good
moral character and in agreement with the principles of our
Constitution." !!! WOW !!! (Political correctness doesn’t circumvent USA law)

Therefore, one could surmise that since the Quran forbids Muslims to swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, technically, ALL Muslims should be or could be refused immigration to OUR country.

By the way, both McCarran and Walter were democrats.

A few days after his 7th birthday,, a mother was working in the kitchen listening to her young son bahmer playing with his new electric train in the living room. She heard the train stop and bahm said, "All of you sons of b***hes who want off, get the hell off now, cause this is the last stop! And all of you sons of b***hes who are getting on, get your asses in the train, cause we're going down the tracks." The mother went nuts and told
bahm, "We don't use that kind of language in this house. Now I want you to go to your room and you are to stay there for TWO HOURS. When you come out, you may play with your train, but I want you to use nice language." Two hours later, bahmer comes out of the bedroom and resumes playing with his train. Soon the train stopped and the mother heard bahm say, "All passengers who are disembarking from the train, please remember to take all of your belongings with you. We thank you for riding with us today and hope your trip was a pleasant one. We hope you will ride with us again soon." She hears the little boy continue, "For those of you just boarding, we ask you to stow all of your hand luggage under your seat. Remember, there is no smoking on the train. We hope you will have a pleasant and relaxing journey with us today." As the mother began to smile, bahm added, "For those of you who are pissed off about the two hour delay, please see the b***h in the kitchen."
