I keep getting into it with our resident Gay Catholic. He argues that L***Q are just standing around bothering nobody, when for no good reason, they are viciously attacked by right wing Christians. He gave examples of mass shootings against gays, but I shot down his examples, as Christians had nothing to do with those incidents.

The Biden Administration's policies of trying to force religious people to go against their beliefs, is proof the L***Q crowd is not just a standing around bothering nobody.

They are using Joe Biden's Imperial power to force their beliefs on others. At least the Courts are enforcing the law for a change.

If they are standing around not bothering anybody then why do we have all these issues? And yes they are bothering people. T*********r men playing in female sports. T*********rs wanting to use wh**ever bathroom they decide they are g****r wise that day. Forcing their t***s ideals with demands that they be treated equally~~ no problem, live their life, just don’t try forcing others to change their own feelings just to placate them.Respect is earned not demanded. Who’s business is it anyway if a person is heterosexual, gay, t***s, binary etc. etc. etc. Candidly I’m so s**k of all these made up terms justifying a specific group with some new title it’s ridiculous!
People are freaking people. How they choose to live their life is nobody’s business but their own until they make it everyone else’s business! That’s on them not us!

I don’t mean to be a Grinch, however.... to those of you who are placing Christmas lights/decorations in your yards, would you please avoid anything that has Red or Blue flashing lights together!! Every time I come around the corner, I think it's the police and I have a panic attack. I have to brake hard, toss my margarita out the window, fasten my seat belt, throw my phone on the floor, turn my radio down, and push the gun under the seat. All while trying to drive. It's just too much drama, even for Christmas. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. It's GREATLY appreciated. 😬

Ever read the Supreme Court of the United States ruling in Heller???

Hint~ Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to possess firearms independent of service in a state m*****a and to use firearms for traditionally lawful purpose..

2nd Amendment News: Oregon V**es in Gun Ban!

You read that correctly. V**ers in Oregon passed sweeping gun legislation which amounts to a gun ban! B****t Measure 114 passed by a v**e of “50.7 % For” and “49.3% Against,” with 30 of 36 counties v****g against the measure. As usual, the counties filled with liberals made this unconstitutional legislation into a law of the state. There’s your democracy at work folks! Two wolves and one lamb v****g on what’s for dinner, aka mob rule.

Several Oregon sheriffs are refusing to enforce the law, and one filed suit against the measure as it is unconstitutional, and I thank them.

The measure prohibits the sale, purchase, or possession of magazines holding more than 10 rounds, establishes a registration database (for later confiscation), and requires more background checks, more fingerprinting, and more safety training. Finally, the measure deals the death blow for gun owners: an unconstitutional Permit to Purchase a firearm system, which by the way does not even exist at this time. What part of “Shall not be infringed” do you not understand?!

My permit to purchase is the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution!

The law goes into effect on December 8th when the Oregon State Police is tasked with the implementation of the permit system. Gun owners aren’t holding their breaths while the State Police get the program up and running; owners are on a firearms buying spree.

Unfortunately for Oregon gun owners, the current chaos is preventing them from buying guns. Oregon State Police normally process 850 background checks per day. The number is now approximately 4,500 a day and climbing, and as you can imagine, has created quite a backlog. Even if you purchased a gun before the December 8th deadline, the new law requires you to show the dealer your permit to possess the gun before they can t***sfer your purchase to you! Thus, you now have a de facto gun ban in the State of Oregon!

They’re coming for your guns Folks!
2nd Amendment News: Oregon V**es in Gun Ban! br b... (show quote)

Given the supreme court rulings on gun ownership etc. this will get kicked down. The Supreme Court has said the states do have the right to govern how weapons will be handled but they have to be in conformity to the Constitutions’ second amendment. Where that is violated so is the law they supposedly make on it.. Sounds like Chicago, Ill (cook county) that had no purchase of weapons too.. Taken up the SCOTUS said, nope ya can’t infringe, and threw out Chicagos ban on weapons... they also weren’t going to approve concealed carry until the same law firm that beat the state out on the gun law told them fine we’ll just take that before the Supreme Court as well. Which they did and prior to the supreme court ruling Illinois said~ will grant them but they’re going to be at least a year in duration. Attorney said nope that doesn’t work either will keep it on board with the Supreme Court so the state came back and said we can give a 90 day timeframe to work within and that’s how that got handled…

The one thing this kind of thing does is send people out buying more weapons~~ they are the best advertisers for gun sales…

They tried to legalize mushrooms in Oregon- It failed . Pot has been legal in Oregon for some time now. I think it is a good thing for cancer patients . I use a CPAP machine and take 2 heart pills a day--probably not a good thing for me . I also think legalization saves good citizens who happen to smoke weed from criminal convictions that can cause them unnecessary troubles in their lives .

Yup legal here to for a while after Wa they went recreational and right after had a huge smoke in party.. I didn’t live here then but was told you could get high just walking around the area… lolol

I am very concerned about Bidens age-- I don't think this country needs a president that might die of old age .

I don’t think any president should be going into office at 82 years old. I think there should be an age limitation as discriminatory as that sounds. Same for the house as well as Supreme Court of the United States. But then again Im a strong supporter of term limits too.
