"Obama added more ($10 T)" So you blame Obama for signing the GOP budget?

No, I do not blame Obama; he is a "has been" who never had any governance sk**ls and what we got out of his 8 years makes that quite evident.

Obama said he did not have constitutional authority to make laws.
People familiar with the U.S. Constitution know that DACA is NOT a law.
get it now?

The Constitution says that only Congress can make laws, but the Constitution also says the president has the power to direct his administration through executive orders in support of the law. These things are like company policies more than actual laws.

DACA is a directive coming from the president to instruct his administration to defer action on childhood arrivals until Congress can write a law. So yes, Obama was correct he did not have the authority to make the laws, but he DOES have the authority to

As I said before, the problem is easily fixed. Have the Dreamers apply for legal immigration and if they are the fine, upstanding folks that you claim them to be they should have no problem in being accepted. But why should they be allowed to jump to the front of the line ahead of other worthy applicants? Obama's directive was an EO, period.

Yes, but the President signs the bill into law. That's how the system works.

For something to be unconstitutional, it has to actually violate a provision of the Constitution itself. So... I'm going to ask you to back up your smack here. What provision of the U.S. Constitution was violated when Obama issued the DACA Act?

'Seem's like we've been through this before mac, when I asked you to show me the law that you say Dreamers are guilty of violating. You couldn't even find that law. You kept coming back at me swearing that they broke the law as if screaming will make it true. But screaming doesn't make it true mac. So if you're going to say DACA was unconstitutional, you need to show us the constitutional law that *makes* it unconstitutional.

Good luck ;)

They broke the i*********n l*w, don't you understand that? Maybe it was the fault of their parents, but the law was broken nevertheless. Go and read up on the law will so that don't have a never-ending exchange that becomes pointless. As far as Obama is concerned, he himself declared that he did not have constitutional authority and he was, supposedly, a constitutional scholar. It was straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

Ya think Trump is going to take us to bankruptcy?

I don't thinks so. I hope that you recall and acknowledge that Obama added more ($10 T) to the national debt than all previous presidents in our history. At least, President Trump as a plan of higher economic activity whereas Obama had none, because he could not think that far ahead. He was quite dumb.

Good God, have you had your head buried in the sand? Let's start with Bengazi, FISA, Fast & Furious, Uranium One (pay for play), and many others. Do you think that the dNC and Clinton were acting on behalf of the country?

No, of the two parties, the facts show that the Democrats are the party of corruption. Do you want to argue about that?

No, it may require armed supporters in the streets. Never underestimate the swamp to k**l it. Because it is a constitutional fix, and because so many of our politicians ignore the constitution we will have to fight for this. Keep your powder dry!!!

I agree, Obama has put us in a hell of a hole, but he is gone and we are left holding the bag. Maybe all of these elitist Democrats (Bozos, Soros, Cook, etc.) could step up and recompense the US for their man's folly?

Obama didn’t say that he lacked the right to act. In contrast, he emphasized his authority to set priorities until Congress approved the DREAM Act, a measure that would formalize the legal status of this group of immigrants.

"In the absence of any immigration action from Congress to fix our broken immigration system, what we’ve tried to do is focus our immigration enforcement resources in the right places," Obama said June 15, 2012. "This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary stopgap measure that lets us focus our resources wisely while giving a degree of relief and hope to talented, driven, patriotic young people."

Obama did urge Congress to act, saying, "There is still time for Congress to pass the DREAM Act this year, because these kids deserve to plan their lives in more than two-year increments."

It has been a theme among Republicans and conservatives that before he penned DACA, Obama had said that he was bound by law to pursue deportations. The Speaker of the House John Boehner posted a list of 22 times when Obama said "he couldn’t ignore or create his own i*********n l*w."

Indeed, Obama did tell a Univision audience Oct. 25, 2010, that "I'm president, I'm not king."

But he continued on to say, "If Congress has laws on the books that says that people who are here who are not documented have to be deported, then I can exercise some flexibility in terms of where we deploy our resources, to focus on people who are really causing problems as opposed to families who are just trying to work and support themselves."

Nuts, his act was unconstitutional and no amount of spin by you will cover up that fact. Think of another excuse and fly it by us and we will give you our reaction.

consider this Mac,

An EO can not make law... But it can define how a law is enforced. That is the rational of the DACA program. It shifted the enforcement to criminals who had violated federal laws.

Leaving the misdemeanors in a temporary status while congress would make a law or program to deal with them.

Congress has never done a thing..

What was the underlying law that allowed DACA to be created by an EO?
