The defamation case between E. Jean Carroll and former President Donald Trump is far from over, as Carroll's lawyer suggests the possibility of launching another lawsuit. According to a report from the New York Times, the lawyer for Carroll, Roberta A. Kaplan, is considering the idea of taking legal action against the former president once again.

The last trial ended in November 2020 when Trump's attorneys filed an appeal in order to fight against the defamation claim. Now, with the possibility of another lawsuit, the legal battle between Carroll and Trump seems far from over.

Kaplan stated that the statute of limitations for defamation in most jurisdictions is between one and three years. This means that there may still be time for Carroll to file another lawsuit against Trump. As she said, "We continue to monitor every statement that Donald Trump makes about our client."

The latest statement from Kaplan came after Trump made comments about the ongoing case in an interview on CNBC on Monday morning. The former president once again denied the accusations made by Carroll, calling them "false." He also expressed his confidence in winning the appeal.


Trump also mentioned that he had to post over $90 million on bond in order to appeal the previous defamation case. This shows the seriousness and intensity of the legal battle between Carroll and Trump.

For those unfamiliar with the case, Carroll accused Trump of raping her in a 2019 magazine article, but she could not recall many details about the event. During the civil trial, Carroll could not remember the exact date or year the incident occurred but believed it happened on a Thursday.

Additionally, she could not remember if there were any other people present at the store where the alleged rape took place. This lack of details caused some doubt among the jurors in the previous defamation case.

Regardless, Carroll's lawyer stands by their client and continues to monitor every statement made by Trump regarding the case. It is clear that the legal battle between Carroll and Trump is far from over, and the possibility of another lawsuit looms over their heads.

Only time will tell if Carroll's team will go through with another legal action against Trump, but for now, the former president seems confident in his ability to fight against the allegations made by Carroll. The ongoing defamation case has already garnered a lot of attention and it is likely that it will continue to do so in the future. We will have to wait and see how the situation unfolds.

As many of you know, I have been writing and speaking for several years on different topics and issues all concerning our wonderful country and its goodness, how it was born and why, those who founded it and its Constitution, the many thousands who have died for it, how it works, why it has worked so beautifully for so long, how it stands above all other nations in freedom of the individual, and my love for her. But I have never written with more sincerity than I do today.

Please allow me to quote a former president, Abraham Lincoln: "Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated can long endure."

It is my sincere hope that we can all, in a civil manner, reason together about a disturbing fact which has become very clear to me, that our beloved nation of a Constitutional Republic, "conceived in Liberty," is in grave danger of being subverted into something very evil. I only ask all who are reading this do so with the well being of our nation at heart rather than the well being of a particular political party.

With all my observation and concentrated studies of current events surrounding the attempted total destruction of our former constitutionally elected president, Donald John Trump who is asking us to re-elect him, it is my firm conviction there is a force made up of some heavily financed and powerful people underway in a very sinister plot to change our form of government from a Constitutional Republic to one of Socialism. I believe it evident that the destruction of President Trump is not their real goal, but only an important stepping stone being used by these people to accomplish their actual intent of a much larger goal, the destruction of our Constitution and our government as a free Republic. His destruction is necessary only because he stands in their way.

This force is made up of a large number of public figures and organizations. Let us not be deceived. What we are witnessing is a well organized and highly coordinated effort. It is clear to all who will objectively open their eyes to see, who some of them are and their true intent. I will here name but a few of the many. They may be registered to a political party, Democrat, Republican, Independent, or otherwise, but all with the same goal, to take this nation, "conceived in Liberty," and turn it into one of a people under subjugation to a Socialist government.

I realize we are not in the midst of physical military war as was President Lincoln and the American people of that time, but have no doubt, we are engaged in mortal combat, a life and death struggle, between the forces of the evil of Socialism enslaving us, and the forces of the good of a Constitutional Republic keeping us free individuals. I believe the leader at the top of this force to reduce America to Socialism is former President Barack Obama. He is, in my opinion, now quietly working behind the scenes but in due time will emerge publicly. Make no mistake, you have not seen the last of him. When he thinks the time is right, he will rear his ugly head yet again.

Other leaders included in this evil force are, but not limited to: Bernie Sanders, Chuck Schumer, Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, DNC Chair Jamie Harrison, California Governor Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, former Attorney General Eric Holder, current AG Merrick Garland, New York Governor Kathy Hochul, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez plus her "Squad" and many more you could name yourself.

These people honestly believe in the very heart of Socialism. As Ayn Rand stated, "Socialism holds that man has no right to exist for his own sake, that his life and his work do not belong to him, but belong to society, that the only justification of his existence is his service to society, and that society may dispose of him in any way it pleases for the sake of the collective good."

These public leaders are steadfastly and heavily supported by extremely powerful and formidable opponents of a Constitutional Republic form of government. " This support, to name a few, but not limited to: Move on Dot Org, George Soros, the management executives of CNN, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Huffington Post, and others.

It is evident to any who are not blinded by loyalty to a political party or faction, that these people seek to control the lives of all the American people and our means of production and distribution and property ownership. Their means to accomplish this will be by the so called redistribution of wealth, achieved through excessive taxation and binding government regulation. Almost every aspect of our lives will be regulated through government planning and managed by government officials, namely them. I believe they are working diligently to this end wh**ever the cost.

The lines have been drawn. The choices are clear. Everyone of us must choose Individual Liberty through a Constitutional Republic or s***ery to Socialism. The choice is ours and it must be made now!! We can stand in support of President Trump in his efforts to keep us a nation of free individuals, thus insuring this nation will long endure into the future, or stand with those people and entities I mentioned here and allow this force of evil to defeat us and succumb to Socialism. Socialism is nothing more than the sharing of misery. SOCIALISM IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE BEFORE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TODAY!!

We all need to remember that the Left in America is the minority. But they most assuredly are corrupt beyond words/power hungry/actually anti-American. And there is no other way to describe their goals/agenda but...evil. It is a known evil...one we as a nation have fought for decades. Hopefully there are not enough useful i***ts here in America for L*****t leaders to provoke a civil war...but they may be surprised if they do. All things considered I am good, (it's been unseasonably warm here, and I h**e cold weather so my "winter blues" got zapped by sun/60+ degree weather.) Thanks for asking. Hope you/yours are well/happy. It is amazing what happens when official policy is so egregious that God considers removing his blessings from a nation. All these decades a lot of people have taken God's blessings for granted. The Democrat-C*******t Party/American-Left would have us deny/reject our Christian heritage, (replete with the blessings of God Almighty)...and usher in the same failed-every-time-it's-tried system that has as it's core beliefs:

False Imprisonment
State Sanctioned Torture
State Sanctioned Murder
God will continue to bless individual Americans. But as long as our system has adopted ideals that promote/facilitate/magnify evil our nation has lost His care.
