That's a good, tried and true system for arriving at t***h. However, the research is supposed to precede the conclusion.

Everything in this post is, sadly, true. The real tragedy is this arrangement is evident in almost all human endevour - every activity undertaken by groups (cities, nations, societies) of people seems to tend towards larger and larger groups and more and more control over their activities by "leaders". These "leaders" are usually a pretty good reflection of the group; what most people want is to be left alone and essentially irresponsible. This system is the modern golden calf.

Here is a little more dealing with public, or government schools, and how they have dumbed down generations of American youngsters--and it ain't been by accident. It's by design--and Foundation money has paid for much of it.

“There are many ways of abetting; urge and help on, or taking part in the sins of others; by commendation, counsel, consent, or concealment [silence]. And if we share with others in their sins, we must expect to share in their plagues. If we do not reprove the sins of others, we have fellowship with them. A good man will be ashamed to speak of what many wicked men are not ashamed to do. We must have not only a sight and a knowledge that sin is sin, and in some measure shameful, but see it as a breach of God's holy law. After the example of prophets and apostles, we should call on those asleep and dead in sin, to awake and arise, that Christ may give them light.” —Mathew Henry

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them” (Eph 5:11). To ignore them or avoid them is not enough — Reprove them.

In ancient Rome, messengers were sent about the roads, which was a revolutionary change in communications. If you knew of a message that was not favorable to your plans (be it war, business, or love), k*****g the messenger was a known extreme, but an effective, practiced tactic. One had to simply k**l the messenger to prevent the communication from taking place.

Today the messenger is often a researcher, investigator, or employee who is a whistleblower trying to speak out on an issue. The corporation, institution, or persons who will be affected negatively by a message, literally k**l the messenger or silences them by discrediting them. This is what is taking place today.

Socialist and community activist, Saul Alinsky taught organizers to ridicule opponents when the arguments of their opponents could not be refuted by logic, evidence or argument. He advocated denying the t***h or just plain lying. In Alinsky's world, the end always justified the means.

Alinsky's acolytes on the left have learned the lesson well. Because they dare not address the questions raised, they attack the one asking the questions, they attack the messenger when they don't have the intellect to counter the message. Alinsky's Rules for Radicals number 5 states, "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon."

This is what is happening today to Publius Huldah, a warrior of great renown who is fighting a raging battle to stop the call for another Article V Convention. Publius Huldah is a retired attorney. Her bio reads, Before getting a law degree, she got a degree in philosophy where she specialized in political philosophy and epistemology (theories of knowledge). She now writes extensively on the U.S. Constitution, using the Federalist Papers to prove its original meaning and intent. She also shows how federal judges and politicians have ignored our Constitution and replaced it with their personal opinions and beliefs. She is a prolific writer and an excellent speaker. Here is an archive of many of her articles, and here is her own website.

The proponents of this new Convention are working together from the left (Soros and his minions), and the neo-con right, to rewrite our Constitution. [Link] Mark Meckler, Nick Dranius, Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, David Barton, Tom Coburn, Michael Farris, and countless others who masquerade as conservatives, but are truly wolves in sheep's clothing, are calling for a new Convention. Publius Huldah, Michelle Horstman, the John Birch Society, Phyllis Schlafly and countless others, including myself, have written in explicit detail the dangers of opening a new Convention. All of us have been maligned.

Together we've had success in educating state legislatures of the dangers of calling for a new Convention, not to mention the fact that it cannot be controlled. The precedent was set with the very first Convention. [Link]

The big money groups, Dranius's Goldwater Institute, and Mark Meckler's Citizens for Self Governance are in the forefront of destroying Publius's reputation. They are absolutely desperate to shut her up. Why? Because she's telling the American citizens the t***h. Remember, Meckler used to be the co-leader of Tea Party Patriots, and when he was, he joined with Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard Professor, who h**es Christianity and Christ, to have a conference on an Article V Convention. It was held at Harvard. Here is the two part article, Tea Party Patriots, Harvard, and the Constitutional Convention.

This attack on Publius started because of a disagreement she had with another writer. That person decided to do some digging and told people what he supposedly found. Unfortunately, the smears being used are really very miniscule, have nothing to do with Publius, and happened over 30years ago to a person before they even became an in-law. There are folks in every family who are referred to as the "black sheep," yet because they're family, we try to help them, even when they often don't deserve it.

Several people have insinuated that this is why she doesn't use her real name. Well folks, there are countless public figures and writers who do not use their real names. Anyone know Brigitte Gabriel, Caroline Glick? There are many times I've wished I had never used my real name, because being stalked, harassed, and slandered is not my idea of fun. Meckler and Dranius are now at the forefront of trying to destroy Publius Huldah. Again, they cannot answer her statements, articles, or messages on why a Constitutional Convention is so very dangerous, why it cannot be controlled, and why the Father of our 1787 Constitution, James Madison, vigorously warned against a second Convention.

This little 5 foot tall, 85 pound, 70 year old woman is taking her own time and money to travel the country and speak to groups about the dangers of a new Convention. She spends hours writing and researching and gets paid nothing. These huge groups are so afraid of this little powerhouse of t***h, that they must attack her reputation, because they certainly cannot attack what she says about another Convention.

Please spread the word on the Article V-pushers’ tactics. While Publius would be fully satisfied to destroy their arguments with clear, proper substantive Constitutional analyses, it would not hurt to expose the fact that the Art-V’ers obviously cannot win on the merits, and so they desperately resort to FALSE and MISLEADING INNUENDO that has NOTHING to do with Publius’s Constitutional arguments or even about Publius herself.

Get on the social medias and respond to these terrible accusations, and ask these proponents of a Convention why they need to attack Publius Huldah's reputation, rather than debating her in a public forum. This is the crux of this entire assault on her person.

of a "morally virtuous citizenry". The document is not the problem, it's the morally virtuous part that's not working.

U.S. to Award Iran $11.9 Billion Through End of Nuke Talks

http://freebeacon.com/national-security/u-s-to-award-iran-11-9-billion-through-end-of-nuke-talks/

The Obama administration on Wednesday paid $490 million in cash assets to Iran and will have released a total of $11.9 billion to the Islamic Republic by the time nuclear talks are scheduled to end in June, according to figures provided by the State Department.

A total and absolute failure to "Protect and defend the Constitution". What Europe wished for the United States
in 1789 has been accomplished.

Today’s $490 million release, the third such payment of this amount since Dec. 10, was agreed to by the Obama administration under the parameters of another extension in negotiations over Tehran’s contested nuclear program that was inked in November.

Iran will receive a total of $4.9 billion in unfrozen cash assets via 10 separate payments by the United States through June 22, when talks with Iran are scheduled to end with a final agreement aimed at curbing the country’s nuclear work, according to a State Department official.

Iran received $4.2 billion in similar payments under the 2013 interim agreement with the United States and was then given another $2.8 billion by the Obama administration last year in a bid to keep Iran committed to the talks through November, when negotiators parted ways without reaching an agreement.

Iran will have received a total of $11.9 billion in cash assets by the end of June if current releases continue on pace as scheduled.

The release of this money has drawn outrage from some Republican lawmakers who filed legislation last year to prevent the release of cash due to a lack of restrictions on how Iran can spend the money.

These cash payments by the United States have been made with no strings attached, prompting concerns that Iran could use the funds to finance its worldwide terror operations, which include the financial backing of Hamas, Hezbollah, and other rogue entities.

Senators—including Mark Kirk (R., Ill.), Kelly Ayotte (R., N.H.), and John Cornyn (R., Texas)—sought last year to put a hold on the cash infusions until the White House could certify that Iran was not using the money to support terrorism.

Kirk, who is preparing to offer legislation that would tighten sanctions on Iran, said that the ongoing payments could help Iran fuel its terror empire well into the near future.

“Between November 2014 and July 2015, the interim deal’s direct forms of sanctions relief will allow Iran access to roughly $4.9 billion in frozen money,” Kirk told the Washington Free Beacon “That’s equal to what it’d cost Iran to fund Hezbollah for as much as 50 years.”

The Pentagon estimates Iran has spent $100 to $200 million per year funding Hezbollah.

Entities likely to receive support from Iran include the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and the regime of President Bashar al-Assad of Syria, the legislation suggests.

When final negotiations between the United States and Iran failed in November, negotiators decided once more to extend the talks through June of this year. The terms of that extension granted Iran the 10 payments of $490 million, a State Department official said.

“With respect to sanctions relief, the United States will enable the repatriation of $4.9 billion of Iranian revenue held abroad during the extension,” the official said.

The first two payments were made in December, followed by Wednesday’s payment.

The next release is scheduled for Feb. 11, with two more scheduled for March. The rest of the frozen cash assets will be given back to Iran on April 15, May 6, May 27, and June 22, respectively.

Mark Dubowitz, the executive director of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD), said the ongoing release of these assets has provided Iran with a critical “financial lifeline.”

“The Obama administration provided Iran with a financial lifeline through both direct sanctions relief and the de-escalation of sanctions pressure that helped the regime stabilize its economy after a severe sanctions-induced economic crisis in 2012 and 2013,” Dubowitz said. “It is not a surprise that this has increased Iranian negotiating leverage and hardened the supreme leader’s nuclear int***sigence.”

In addition to decrying the lack of restrictions in place to ensure that Iran does not use the released funds to sponsor terrorism, critics of the sanctions relief protest that Iran is benefitting while the United States receives little in return.

Iran has continued to enrich uranium under the interim deal, adding what one critic, Rep. Brad Sherman (D., Calif.) referred to as “about one bomb’s worth” to its reserves.

Iran also has continued to make advances on the plutonium track, which provides it with a second path to a nuclear bomb.

President Hassan Rouhani of Iran announced last week that the country has begun constructing two new light water nuclear reactors, a move that the U.S. State Department said is permissible under the terms of the interim agreement.

The presumption that the public was incapable of planning for its retirement and the government would step in and do it for us because Congress was more competent, is laughable, now the "watchamacallit FICA retirement tax" is $100 $Trillion in debt of unfunded liabilities, not to mention the $600 trillion unfunded liabilities of Medicare. I certainly do not want to be entitled to that!

As far as my 401K, of course, it is not an "entitlement," because is comes from the private sector and my free choice to participate in operating it.

It's not simply "big oil, military and corporations" that are usurping our money, these guys are small potatoes compared to the world economy we subsidize. All nations do not manufacture equally, considering time = money.

But the Progressives view the masses as equal across the globe, where one hour of labor as equivalent to another's hour of labor, no matter who it is. We know this is wrong. Americans produce much more every day; we work harder, longer and smarter. That's why we have a higher standard of living and should make more money. But mysteriously, that money is being honed down.

This is where the Federal Reserve Banks come in, printing endless reams of funny-money and disbursing it around the world, devaluing our dollar to a dime, while propping up every banana republic on earth that should have collapsed half a century ago. We are ens***ed to subsidizing this despotism by these Progressive Democrats and old CFR boys operating the Fed's printing presses.

Ever since "Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution," America has financed the rise of Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Mao and the Iranian Ayatollahs, prolonging these monstrous governments that eat their own citizens. Why? In the end, we will all be razed to the lowest common denominator, making a peso an hour, if the Federal Reserve has its way.

We agree that in the long run, nobody has profited off this; human progress has been held back thousands of years. Yes, the wars are awful, and we little Americans are being used. How can we fix this?
