I don't agree that tenants live longer in homes without paying rent. . Those homes are not entirely owned by landlords. They pay mortgage, property taxes, property insurance, property maintenance. Money don't grow on trees. Without rent to pay all their obligations, they'll lose the property. Tenants think those are free and just dropped from heaven for the landlords. They worked hard to obtain those. I am a landlord and I know I worked hard for what I have. I know that I have obligations to pay to keep the homes that tenants live.

Tenants want free stuff. These are mostly democrat handouts. Talk to Joe Biden, he always handout free stuff, but taken from the people.
