Part of your dare would come with you providing clarity on what official e******n proceeding they were trying to delay or prevent...there wasn't any such intent so your dare is empty and devoid of meaning.

So this attack on the Capitol does meet the criteria of an i**********n ? We have defined when a r**t is not merely a r**t, but an I**********N ?

It has nothing to do with the fact it is a r**t per se... it's about what the purpose of that r**t was and what it was about. It had an expressed intent to stop the official proceedings of the 6th. It is specifically against the law to even try to delay an official proceeding, and that charge is surfacing and looks like it will be used against everyone involved with trying to do so, including the politicians involved.

Flip to looking at other r**ts...they had no plan, no intent to o*******w any aspect of government, they were pissed off people blindly striking out without a plan. That is what a r**t is, angry people. The mob at the capital at the core had an intended purpose of delaying the peaceful t******r of p***r.

If you can't understand the difference it's because you choose not to, it's playing ignorant...those who don't get it don't want to.

Why haven't any of the people arrested on J*** 6 been charged with treason, s******n, or anti American activities ?

Garland, unlike trump DOJ people keep their business closer to the vest...you'll know when indictments are served

He threw down and said that everyone that broke the law will be prosecuted...anything to do with trying to stop the proceedings J** 6th is in criminal violation

Who Are the Real I**********nists?

You have been indoctrinated to the language and cult of the stupidity of trump...real americans, the real patriots, the real citizens, real news, are the only things that matter. If you agree with everything trump does it's all real, anything and anyone that doesn't are the enemy, the f**es.

The real i**********nists are the only ones, the ones that stormed the capital, injured and k**led dozens of cops

Except when freedom loving c***diots refuse to comply with a business's rules concerning masks and v*****es.

Rather than respecting a business owner's rights to call the shots, they choose to act like lawless thugs.

Actually you either have no reading comprehension sk**ls, are ignorant, or just delusional and wrong, they refused to wear masks on the way to Cancun as they had agreed to do...

So Canadian Airlines cancelled their return flight and refuses to fly them back, as does three other airlines.

People are done with ignorant pieces of crap that can't even wear a mask. Canada isn't screwing around with these frigging i***ts.

They are now being charged with elements of obstructing and conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.

Refusing to concede and participate in a peaceful t******r of p***r is an i**********n or c**p, call it wh**ever you want it is what it is.

And you my clueless friend simply do not have a clue what charges will be laid down as we get into the more serious charges and sentencing...word is, and you will never believe it, is that upwards of a thousand people will be targeted for conspiracy, i**********n, and s******n type charges.

Garland is just getting it going there Antie

That tweet never happened, the guard was delayed because trump did not want them attacking "his" supporters

The gas lighting left knows no bounds; there are no limits to their lies.

You need to fill in your ignorance with a bit of research on exactly what has been covered about when, where, and how he spent the three hours of the "mostly peaceful protest"...as the right is gaslighting, speaking of gaslighting.

You are going to endlessly rant a rave about the dozens if not hundreds of people that end up indicted for the crime of conspiring and aiding in a conspiracy to overturn the e******n, never having taken the time to try to understand how it is that the law reads on their crimes...your head being full of your misconceptions on how they were patriots and somehow fighting for democracy when they were fighting to bring democracy down.

Over 800,000 who have died, many before there even was a v*****e is sorrowful beyond measure.

I'm not sure how your head does the mental gymnastics to go from hundreds of thousands who died before there was a v*****e, to now that there is one the v*****e is what's k*****g people.

Then there is the apparent mental block on v*****es helping make C***d much less severe that is proved by the percentages of non v******ted people hospitalized with C***d

Garland has been coming under increasing criticism for not going after those in trump's administration involved in attempting to overturn the e******n.

Of course the right will scream and yell about any attempts to hold anyone accountable being nothing but overreach by the Biden administration going after trump people the left h**es. Meanwhile the left sees it as avoiding any optics of political bias, saying that not going after anyone that broke the law is worse than using the office to go after political foes.

Well, Garland made it clear that he intends to act with a blind eye towards any political agendas, and adhere to the rule of law. He vowed that anyone including those at the top who have broken laws will be prosecuted...

In conjunction with that the house has indicated that they will be pursuing the clearly stated letter of the law pertaining to interfering with the faithful execution of e******n procedures, and that there could be as many as a thousand people with sights set on them for criminal prosecution referrals. There has already been talk that over a hundred republicans could be in violation of supporting an attempted c**p.
