Why that's just brilliant.
And Augustus Greatorex is the king of great kings. You guys are boring me. If this is the level of discourse that our 'elites' and 'leaders' have sunken to then I no longer have to wonder who actually lead to the downfall of the country you all are lamenting.

You and Mr. Huggins are nothing more than Marie Antoinette. No wonder you elitists can't wake up the citizens.

Why, that's mighty kind of you to say. Ain't true, but very kind.

Now I have to laugh. You clearly have no understanding that it is the working people of this country who make it what it is....that is the greatness to which you so longingly wish to return.

We were right to reject your candidate and with people like you speaking for the elites, it won't be any wonder that the Republicans (won't say conservatives because I know most of them do respect workers) will be wandering in the national political wilderness for a long time.

Way to speak up for 'the big tent'. And it's spelled 'serf' you i***t.

"stiff" is a dead man.

and "working stiff" references a person stuck in a dead end job. Unimaginative and unambitious.

When he was quoting what Fox said repeatedly I think it was a large part of his attitude. If a guy is retired and his health is not great , no matter who it is they could be likely to watch a fair amount of television. What you see as an obsession I see as just a t***h. Because I mention Fox or discuss their agenda does not constitute an obsession. I have animosity because I believe they are liars and do damage to the United States. They operate in the same manner as a propaganda style the United States military has used against other countries to destabilize them. There are times when I appreciate what Fox brings up because I like to research the claims they make. They are 100% negative in their views of the government and broadcast these views 24 hours a day on TV and radio. Do you really think that is a good thing?

I don't think any news station is 100% negative in their views of government. But I wish we had no dedicated "news" stations, just an hour between six and seven, twice a day.

The swill sold as "news" by all the news stations is just mind boggling. I haven't figured out how anybody could watch more than twenty minutes a day without just turning the damn thing off. Not that I've found many good newspapers, either.

I generally get my news from local gossip. And I stay fairly well informed that way. Not only do I know what the Berean pastor had for breakfast, but also what the latest national and world news is. If I want to know more about anything, I just look it up online.

As far as outliving my dad I know that age is the factor. What I sought to convey was that his quality of life in his last few years was diminished by a pessimistic depressed attitude at least somewhat due to the dishonest propaganda he absorbed by an anti government supposed news station. He was convinced the US was going to hell in a hand basket and told me he did not want to live anymore because we had a n****r in the white house who was ruining the country. I hope that clears it up for you. As far as thriving, I've got two children ready to start college , my investments are doing well, and I'm in reasonably good health. The future is bright if you want it to be. Or you can just sit and watch a bunch of pitiful assholes on Fox news all day and " thrive" in negativity and lies.

Why do you assume his depression stemmed from his watching FOX news?

What caused him to be stuck watching TV all day? Isn't it more likely personal frustration, at personal inability, caused his depression?

No conservative I've ever met wanted to watch TV all day. I suspect the same was true of your dad.

I find your obsession with FOX news rather suspicious of a "thriving" individual. Do you really have time for such animosity? Aren't you too busy living to obsess about a TV channel? Or do you also spend large portions of your day in front of the TV?

What does "justice" mean to you?

It obviously doesn't mean accepting a verdict handed down by his peers.

The reason why you can't wake others is because you are asleep yourself. No one , not even the evil Obama could live up to and hide the ridiculous charges and insane theories made against them. Even if you totally 100% h**e the guy, you get nowhere in trying to conjure up a fantasy about this giant conspiracy that does not exist. If you cannot realize it let me explain to you that the majority of people believe the reality that the man was born in the US to an American woman ( which qualifies him as eligible to be the president) and was v**ed in by a large majority of US citizens to be president. These are the facts in the real world. Cooler heads prevail. Being blinded by h**e only serves to make things worse. You might feel better if you can accept reality and remember that some people have always b***hed and h**ed every president in history. Unfortunately you have been caught up in a fantasy world created by the president's rivals which seeks to take him down by any means necessary including slander and outright lying. Even though this response would be offensive to you by implying that you are less than lucid or are easily duped that is not my intention. I respect your age by age alone because I do not know you personally. My dad died recently after sitting in front of his TV watching Fox news for the last couple of years. He died a sad bitter old man when things could have been different. I am still here and thriving after he said everything was collapsing around us two or three years ago.

May I point out that age, not political affiliation, has more to do with you outliving your dad?

What do you mean by "thriving?"

What 96 nations? What coalition?

President George W. Bush led a coalition of 96 nations in the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan on March 19, 2003. It was still a coalition of those 96 nations in various positions of support, when he left office.

What happened to that coalition of nations? Indeed, it is perplexing.

Nope. We don't want to get involved in another war, when we haven't even concluded the two we have now. We don't have the resources anyway. If we DON"T get the co-operation of the Iraqi's, some Syrians and the rest of the Arab nations, we'd be wasting men and materials for no gain.

WE CANNOT DEFEAT ISIS BY OURSELVES. It's that simple.

Don't worry. We don't have to. Obama has masterfully brought together a coalition of six nations. Only a little smaller than the ninety-six nation coalition, he destroyed when he took office.

Uhhhh yeah, I did listen. I guess they must be advisers wearing tennis shoes, since there are no boots on the ground.

Why do you think Obama refuses to take military advice from anyone that knows which hand to salute with? You think it's arrogance, or do you think he wants to fail?

This strategy is similar to Putin's strategy in the Ukraine.

The logic is very different.

Putin doesn't want war with the USA. So his assistance is in on the ground specialists.

Obama doesn't want to look double minded, so he is only going to put specialists on the ground.

But this is a "monkey see, monkey do" moment. (No pun intended.) Observing what is being done and imitating without understanding.

I have been talking about a number of things and what you objected to in a specific instance was answered. You are trying to cross-pollinate comments: only monstrosities result.

Please go back and explain how you are able to determine what "approaches righteousness?"

Why won't you address all questions, in an orderly fashion?

Is it because you are trying to deceive? or is it a disordered mind and bad manners?

You so far "cherry-pick" what questions you will answer and which you ignore. Which if you've moved on from that topic, why didn't you clarify the move to a different topic?

My guess is you didn't move to a different topic at all. You are blustering because you never changed topics. But you have no answer for the questions in the form of direct explanations.

Obviously, you could have been a bit more critical thinking yourself.

I didn't say anything about Republicans in general, which "all" implies. Only the good ones.

I take your moniker to be a-citizen, meaning "not citizen."
