I disagree that someone can steal my personal information to steal my identity besides everyone knows who I am. They know I'm black and they know I'm female. Don't worry its harmless. For example review these Michigan Operators License Recipients I know nothing about these individuals and I can't steal their personal information to steal their identification online because everybody knows who they are.
Because all my personal information is tagged no one can steal it review the google notice attached to this quote.

Julia, you are seriously mistaken, there is nothing private about this site. Just google your screen name, all the personal information is right there for anyone to steal your identity.
To answer your question, the damage to the door seems more consistent with a person breaking the door to get out, not in. Notice the damage to the lock is more to the inner half of the door. (Just my two cents)

It's appears that at some time in the past someone broke the door in.
I can't tell who did it or when by the pictures. Therefore I have no idea if there was a law broken or when.
I say this because of my expertise I've gained from watching 100's of Law & Order, NCIS, and similar shows.
You didn't answer my question are you a lunatic/Nut?

OK - it's your info.
Please don't show up at my door step acting like an insane lunatic. When I first became a member I used personal information to introduce myself therefore I presume its o.k. Plus I've read other peoples on One Political Plaza personal information posted and thought we share a lot in common. Why would you make such a negative statement?

I am a union carpenter. I do only commercial work. That is a forced open door put back together to at least shut. As far as being up to code, there is no way that meets any commercial code I've ever encountered. Hope that helps.
Hey do you know anything about the insulation on furnaces? I complained the insulation on my furnace is dirty and not safe because every time I turn my heating and cooling system on I smell a order from the heat vent. In fact, I complained that the aluminum/Plastic insulation on the furnace extension is flammable and infested with bugs such as, roaches, spiders, termites, and water bugs. I requested that the heat vents in my apartment be cleaned and the battle creek housing commission is non-responsive. I decided to try the chain of command and file a Federal Complaint with the Office of Inspector General for Public Housing.

Thanks for your opinion, I've been having problems convincing people that my apartment was broke in and the battle creek housing commission tried to cover it up by putting the lock and door back together. In fact when I returned home I smelled fresh paint and when I checked the door I knew immediately someone had entered my apartment without my knowledge. Secondary to my personal belongings missing.

Lots of nuts here.
As for legal advise.. I have none.. Sorry.
Finding legal aid or seeing the HUD people in your area is all I can think of.
So what do you think of my photos do that look like a violation of the law occurred? Please tell me what you think of the photo's I posted.

Rather than take a chance on steering you wrong, Google free legal aid in MI. I did and got a number of pro bono websites. Housing laws vary from state to state, so I would ask one of these places offering free legal aid.
So what do you think of the photo's do they look like a breach of the law?

Are you a nut? This is in private mode therefore only the people that are members of One Political Plaza has access to my private information. Besides we know each other.
Breaking and entering involves using some type of force to go in or on private property, such as a house or office building, without the owners permission. The force used to enter the property can be minimal. For example, suppose that a group of teenagers opens a window in order to sneak into an empty warehouse, where they wish to hang out. If the teenagers do not have authorization to be in the warehouse, they would be guilty of breaking and entering.
As a general rule, breaking and entering can be an element of either burglary or trespassing. These acts are illegal and prohibited by both criminal and civil laws in most jurisdictions. Typically, burglary is considered a more serious offense, and it is a felony in most jurisdictions. Trespassing, on the other hand, is usually deemed a less serious offense, and it is considered a misdemeanor in many jurisdictions. Burglary (also called breaking and entering[1] and sometimes housebreaking)[2] is an unlawful entry into a building for the purposes of committing an offence. Usually that offence is theft, but most jurisdictions include others within the ambit of burglary. To engage in the act of burglary is to burgle (in British English) or to burglarize (in American English).[3] Read More: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burglary
Do the following photos look like evidence of breaking and entering? My public housing dwelling was broken into and the maintenance tried to cover it up and painted over the forced entry. What would you do in a situation like this. In fact, Battle Creek Housing Commission Maintenance refused to repair the door so its still like it looks in the attach photo's. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
