I purchased various items at a liquidated price because it was less expensive and the catalog I ordered from didn't mail me any of the items I purchased from their catalog instead their agency forwarded me merchandise that look like the catalog items. I requested a refund and their agency www.sammydress.com is giving me a hard time they requested that I give them the following information:
And are refusing to give me a return address, in fact a return address label was not included on or in the merchandise package.

The merchandise I ordered is too small, and not the same as the description in the sammydress.com online catalog.

I need to follow up on my formal complaint by attaching photo copies of the label attach to the package I receive with no return of service. I need www.sammydress.com to verify the labeled address as the return address so I can return the merchandise I'm in possession of.

On line ordering requires the use of a credit card. Report the incident to your credit card company and let them handle it. I order a lot on line, and have had similar dealings with some on line retailers. I just filed a complaint with my credit card company and they either settle the issue or simply do not pay the retailer, and credit my account. Just make sure that you do it within 60 days. And, by the way, I have never lost a case, going through my credit card company.

Yep, it works every time. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVERY, etc. have all stood behind all my purchases. On two occasions, the on line retailer wouldn't provide info on how to return the merchandise, so not only did the credit card company not pay them (and they credited my account), I wasn't able to return the merchandise...ended up donating it to charity.
