Well Gore and Sanders want more than masks to catch those deadly, methane emitting cow burps. They also want your money so you can buy carbon offsets from them to atone for your sin of emitting CO2. You know, that deadly poison gas you exhale after inhaling O2. And which all plants need to inhale so they can exhale CO2.
Sounds like a pretty good racket, if you can pull it off!

They want to knock down those who have been successful. You know, place a few obstacles in their paths so they can't do quite as well, in hopes that they won't gobble up too much of the good things which are seen to be available in a limited amount. They don't believe in growth of the economy by new markets such as cell phones, wide screen TV, better cars, or anything that expands the economy. The notion that you have to rob the wealthy so they won't take too much is a fallacy that the left cannot seem to get used to. It's called class envy or greed. If you examine the history of those countries you mentioned you'll find that marxism is the cause of their downfall, just the opposite of what you say.

I couldn't agree with you more. Nothing of what permi says even passes the smell test. You've addressed one of permi's complaints about income ine******y admirably. What does that mean? If you have a lazy, neer-do-well, sluggard and an ambitious hustler doing the same job, do you mean they've both gotta be paid the same? I don't think so!
Permi also seems to believe that our economy is a zero sum economy. If one person is getting wealthy it's because they're stealing it from another.
Wrong again, permi. We're not zero sum. Our capitalistic society allows anyone to create unlimited wealth. Surely permie's old enough to remember what life was like before computers. I remember it well. And all those dot.com billionaires got extremely wealthy because people voluntarily handed over their hard earned money to acquire the latest, must-have computer gizmo. And in doing so created unimaginable wealth for society as a whole. All commendable. Nothing to sneer at.
Permi's just stuck on the same ol' stupid lib talking points he gets from his lib mentors. And posting pics and memes won't make up for the deficiency in the content of what he says.

Not very smart for someone claiming the intellectual venue to only one ideology...

Oh, ok, now I get it. Although socialism has never worked before wherever it was tried, and moreover has resulted in the deaths of hundreds of millions of people, while the rulers always live high on the hog, the type of socialism proposed by Bernie and the other Dems hasn't ever been tried before. This new and improved form will lead us to utopia.
Think of it, nirvana here on earth. What could possibly go wrong?

Liberalism Old Style Milton Friedman
Liberalism, as it developed in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries and flowered in the nineteenth, puts major emphasis on the freedom of individuals to control their own destinies. Individualism is its creed; collectivism and tyranny its enemy. The state exists to protect individuals from coercion by other individuals or groups and to widen the range within which individuals can exercise their freedom; it is purely instrumental and has no significance in and of itself. Society is a collection of individuals, and the whole is no greater than the sum of its parts. The ultimate values are the values of the individuals who form the society; there are no super-individual values or ends. Nations may be convenient administrative units; nationalism is an alien creed.

In politics, liberalism expressed itself as a reaction against authoritarian regimes. Liberals favored limiting the rights of hereditary rulers, establishing democratic parliamentary institutions, extending the franchise, and guaranteeing civil rights. They favored such measures both for their own sake, as a direct expression of essential political freedoms, and as a means of facilitating the adoption of liberal economic measures.
In economic policy, liberalism expressed itself as a reaction against government intervention in economic affairs. Liberals favored free competition at home and free trade among nations. They regarded the organization of economic activity through free private enterprise operating in a competitive market as a direct expression of essential economic freedoms and as important also in facilitating the preservation of political liberty. They regarded free trade among nations as a means of eliminating conflicts that might otherwise produce war. Just as within a country, individuals following their own interests under the pressures of competition indirectly promote the interests of the whole; so, between countries, individuals following their own interests under conditions of free trade indirectly promote the interests of the world as a whole. By providing free access to goods, services, and resources on the same terms to all, free trade would knit the world into a single economic community.

“Liberalism” has taken on a very different meaning in the twentieth century and particularly in the United States. This difference is least in the concrete political forms favored: both the nineteenth-century liberal and the twentieth-century liberal favor or profess to favor parliamentary forms, nearly universal adult franchise, and the protection of civil rights. But even in politics there are some not unimportant differences: in any issue involving a choice between centralization or decentralization of political responsibility, the nineteenth-century liberal will resolve any doubt in favor of strengthening the importance of local governments at the expense of the central government; for, to him, the main desideratum is to strengthen the defenses against arbitrary government and to protect individual freedom as much as possible; the twentieth-century liberal will resolve the same doubt in favor of increasing the power of the central government at the expense of local government; for, to him, the main desideratum is to strengthen the power of the government to do “good for” the people...

Ok genius! Why don't YOU "break down these topics' and enlighten the rest of us hayseed rubes who happen to like Trump and the direction he's taking this country in.
Maybe you can persuade us that we're all really a bunch of know-nothing country bumpkins, and that we'd all be better off supporting your candidate, or whoever will be running against Trump in the general e******n.
The floor is all yours. We're waiting.

The most glaring thing about attacks on Trump is that his detractors ALWAYS focus on stuff that is irrelevant to Trump v**ers. Like any other rational v**ers we focus on what I call kitchen table issues: stuff like jobs, amount of take home pay, unemployment, border security, national security, and on and on.
Wonder why you never-Trumpers avoid these topics. Hmmmm🤔🤔🤔

NDAs or Non Disclosure Agreements are very commonplace especially among wealthy men who for find themselves the targets of shakedown artists like Stormy. There is nothing to apologize for in entering into an NDA. It’s strictly business. Nuisance payoffs to nuisance shakedown pests.
As for apologizing for documented affairs I believe his apology covered his past misdeeds, when he said that was in the past and he promised not to repeat his behavior in the future.
And Trump always keeps his promises as his supporters have learned.
BTW, how’s your erstwhile hero, Stormy Daniels’ attorney, Michael Avenatti doing? I haven’t seen much of him on the campaign trail. Any word on how his campaign is doing? 🤔 I know ya had big plans for him! 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

Wrong again Kevyn. When Trump was confronted with undeniable evidence of his wrongdoing (Billy bush tapes, provable extra-martial affairs) he did what any Christian would do. He apologized, said they weren't evidence of who was today (decades later) and promised he'd be a better man in the future and not let v**ers down.
The difference between Trump's past adultery and non-repentent Sodomite mayor Pete is that the Sodomite still actively practices sodomy, isn't repentant, and has an agenda to totally normalize it and further degrade our Judeo-Christian heritage. He's even proposed legalizing meth and heroin!! He's a dangerous chameleon who always tailors his remarks to his specific audience which will catch up with him in any general e******n. Even San Francisco's black L**T community shouted him down just 2 days ago for BSing them about his issues with b****s. If he can't get the black, gay community in gay SF to support him fully, whaddya think the sodomite's chances are in a general e******n against juggernaut Trump?

Trump, on the other hand, piled up an impressive win on the Republican side, crushing former Massachusetts governor Bill Weld by an 86-to-9 margin. According to Kyle Kondik of Sabato’s Crystal Ball, that is a larger share of the v**e than Bill Clinton, George W. Has anyone noticed that lib criticisms of Trump concentrate on personal characteristics? I mean we elect our leaders to lead us in matters that concern us. Things like jobs, take home pay, the unemployment rate, taxes, national security, border security. Things I'll call kitchen table issues.
Why do libs insist on avoiding talking about any of these issues and focus solely on stuff that the average, right-thinking v**er doesn't give a hoot about.

Accusing 62.8 million Trump v**ers in 2016, of being cult members is a stretch. I myself simply v**ed against Hillary, as a known quantity, but not really supporting him because I knew nothing about him.
But with his track record, I've become a wildly enthusiastic Trump supporter. And I'm sure there are tens of millions more people like me.
