So it will be a happy day if Hillary Clinton’s recent t***sgressions keep her from receiving the Democratic nomination for President. It will be even better if she’s marched away in handcuffs.

After her email scandal broke some weeks ago she’s been fodder for liberals and conservatives alike.

We know if she conducted official business on a personal server then there’s a strong likelihood she used that same server to handle classified documents. That would make her conduct criminal.

Which is why to get to the bottom of this one group has decided to sue Mrs. Clinton, along with her husband, as well as the Clinton Foundation.

The suit has been leveled by Freedom Watch, and it accuses Clinton of using her own personal email to sell access to other elected officials in exchange for donations to her foundation, the Clinton foundation.

The Hill writes:

It alleges that, during her tenure, Clinton withheld documents requested under FOIA regarding State Department waivers given to businesses or individuals doing business with Iran, possibly undermining U.S.-imposed sanctions.

The complaint, which lists Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation as defendants, alleges the Clintons sold access to other U.S. government officials in return for donations to their organization, which they concealed, allegedly, by using a private computer server for her emails operated from their home in Chappaqua, New York.

The leader of Freedom Watch,Larry Klayman, is accusing Clinton of violating the RICO act which deals with “abuse and misuse of organizations or businesses.”

In a written statement Klayman said:

What Hillary Clinton, her husband, and their foundation have done is nothing new. It is simply part of a criminal enterprise which dates back at least 10 years, all designed to enrich themselves personally at the expense of the American people and our nation. It’s time, however, that they finally be held legally accountable.

Since it’s come to the attention of the American public that Clinton had used her personal email for public business it’s also been revealed that over 30,000 emails she deemed “private” have been deleted.

You can only wonder what was in those emails.

As an FOIA request had been filed to verify exactly what was… http://americanprosperity.com/hillary-clintons-chances-of-2016-run-in-jeaopardy-as-shes-now-being-sued-for-this/

Hillary Clinton Caught In Another Lie

Three weeks ago, when Hillary Clinton was scrambling to come up with a credible lie to explain why she was using a personal server for email distribution - one that was not US government property and thus exempt from official FOIA requests - she said during a press conference at the United Nations that the reason was simple: it was simply a matter of "convenience" of carrying just one device.

"when I got to work as secretary of State, I opted for convenience to use my personal email account, which was allowed by the State Department, because I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two."

As it turns out she lied. Again.

Once again it is the AP that has exposed her in… http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-04-01/hillary-clinton-caught-another-lie

I found an updated article on Obama's Amnesty and the Texas Judge's ruling on oral arguments before his bench. Seems the government attorneys misled the judge (much to everyones surprise) and the judge refuses to lift his stay. Read and enjoy.....

By Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times - Tuesday, April 7, 2015
President Obama’s new deportation amnesty will remain halted, a federal judge in Texas ruled Tuesday night in an order that also delivered a judicial spanking to the president’s lawyers for misleading the court.

Judge Andrew S. Hanen, who first halted the amnesty in February, just two days before it was to take effect, said he’s even more convinced of his decision now, particularly after Mr. Obama earlier this year said he intends for his policies to supersede federal laws.

Judge Hanen pointed to Mr. Obama’s comments at a February town hall when the president warned immigration agents to adhere to his policies or else face “consequences.”

“In summary, the chief executive has ordered that the laws requiring removal of i*****l i*******ts that conflict with the 2014 DHS directive are not to be enforced, and that anyone who attempts to do so will be punished,” Judge Hanen wrote.

“This is not merely ineffective enforcement. This is total non-enforcement,” the judge continued, saying that Mr. Obama’s own descriptions of how he is carrying out his policies have hurt his case.

Mr. Obama in November announced a new amnesty for i*****l i*******t parents whose children are either U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. The amnesty could apply to as many as 5 million i*****l i*******ts.

Texas and 25 other states sued to stop Mr. Obama, and Judge Hanen sided with them, finding that they suffered an economic harm from the policy, granting them standing in court, and then finding that the president broke the law in bypassing Congress to announce his policy.

The administration has appealed Judge Hanen’s ruling, but also asked the judge to reconsider.

On Tuesday the judge not only refused to reconsider, but also said the administration misled him when it said no part of the amnesty had been implemented, and the lawyers bungled their attempt to try to repair the damage by filing an “advisory” with the judge early last month.

Since November, the administration had been granting a three-year amnesty to i*****l i*******t Dreamers under the new policy. That’s a year longer than the two-year program Mr. Obama announced for the Dreamers in 2012.

More than 100,000 applications were approved for the three-year amnesty between Nov. 21 and the February date when Judge Hanen halted the program.

“Whether by ignorance, omission, purposeful misdirection, or because they were misled by their clients, the attorneys for the government misrepresented the facts,” the judge said, adding that he was stunned the government waited for two more weeks after his ruling to inform him that the applications had already been processed.

Texas argues that had it known applications were being processed, it would have taken extra legal steps to try to halt the program earlier.

Judge Hanen said he may still issue sanctions against the government for misleading him — though he declined to strike the government’s pleadings, which would have essentially closed the case and granted victory to Texas.

The judge said that while that may be warranted, it would do a disservice to the weighty issues at stake in the case, including fundamental issues of p**********l power.

Many that I believe you would also agree are valid. I do not like the verbal ass whippings that JHMO likes to freely dispense. I would like to see JHMO debate others dissenting opinions with FACTS and explain why he disagrees. Am I going to call him names or point ridicule in his direction? The simple answer is no. The same with you, E13, if you disagree, state why with facts. I will do the same. That is a simple mantra and makes for a much better discussion.

1) Many on this board agree with a multitude of your post but that does not mean we agree with all of them; That means that we are not your enemy. Save the rancor for your philosophical enemies and not those in which it is undeserved and unwarranted.

2)You are constantly b***h slapping people that state an opinion counter to yours. Stop that! Some believe that the 'elites' of this world are pulling the strings. If you disagree, state your reasons why you disagree! Prove them wrong with facts, not with the verbal left hook and nothing else to back up your view. You bring too much to the table to leave a bitter taste in the mouth of those that might read your post and actually agree with you.

3) Many people on this board float a trial balloon looking to solicit the opinions of others. Is that not why we are here? Who in the hell elected you as hall monitor. Everyone on the board has a perfect right to express their opinion, minus the verbal ass whipping that you so frequently like to dish out.

Several on this board act like the playground bullies and several others are so hard line that their post t***slates into indoctrination sessions. I, for one, have started filtering out the posters that bring nothing positive to the discussion and focus on the ones that actually contribute A meaningful post. Are you saying that we should just ignore the president's words? Have you read "Audacity of Hope"? Have you read "Dreams From My Father"? I would think that if you haven't read the books from which he is referring, then you are ill-equipped to mock. Mockery without knowledge makes you the fool.

I don't know if Obama's a Sunni Muslim or not. From what I've observed, he's not a man of faith at all. He was raised Muslim as a child. Both his father and step-father were Muslims, but that doesn't make him one. But, according to this original post, he's claimed to be Muslim in his books. He's also slipped and said so in interviews. But, he's also claimed to be Christian. I think it depends on wh**ever political winds he needs to follow is what his claims tend to be.

Nonetheless, Obama certainly has displayed the proclivity to being a Muslim sympathizer. You don't have to practice the faith to be aligned with it politically. No, it appears to me that Obama thinks himself too intellectually superior to be saddled with silly superstitions and invisible deities. He worships at the alter of his radical ideology. That's what drives him. He cares for nothing else but seeing that ideology realized. And, it's abundantly clear that one of his main objectives is aligning himself with people that think the way he does, which is to bring the West down "a notch or two". And the two biggest players in the West are the US and Israel.

Another guy that regularly gets mocked by the media is Glenn Beck. And again, he's mocked because he's so far out in front of the event that no one can see it unless they do due diligence on looking at the facts. He predicted the 9-11 attack in 1999. He predicted the 2008 collapse in 2007 and prior. And, most recently, he warned of the global Islamic Caliph**e in early 2011. And in every case, he was mocked by the media and the blogosphere. He was even mocked by the Right. Fast forward to 2014 and every news outlet is talking about the Islamic Caliph**e like it's common knowledge. Did any of these news outlets or bloggers apologize to Glenn for their foolish mockery? No, of course not.

So, mock all you want. It only makes you look like the fool. My advice is to get your facts straight before you shoot your mouth off.

Olden;
In reading about Obama's background and its influence on his P**********l decisions, I discovered several questions that gave me pause. Can anyone properly explain to me how two incongruent and totally unexplainable facts co-exist 1) Obama has been reported to be a homosexual and was very insistent that the Clinton (Don't ask, don't tell) policy be overturned to allow Homosexuals / Lesbians to openly serve in the US Military. This occurred during Military engagements in the middle east (Iraq and Afghanistan) with majority Muslim populations. Muslims and homosexuality go together like oil and water; in fact, the Koran instructs Muslims to destroy and k**l all homosexuals. This one Obama decision painted every US Troop serving in country as a 'suspected homosexual'. Did this policy not give our enemies an added incentive to destroy and k**l our US Military Troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan? Did this policy not serve a duel purpose of garnering domestic support from the Gay, Lesbian and T*********r community, while deliberately causing increased casualties to our troops. What kind of evil genius enacts such a policy, knowing in advance the lingering repercussions?

2)Obama was raised as a Muslim, with his reported birth father and step-father devout Muslims. Obama received scholarship funds at Occidental College due to being aa Muslim foreign student. He declared, per his campaign literature prior to 2008, to be of Christian faith. Muslims that leave the religion are considered an Apostate, and other Muslims are instructed by the Koran to k**l those guilty of such a blasphemy. Obama deals with many Muslim World Leaders worldwide and is regarded as the Lead Representative of the United States. How has he survived these many years and avoided assassination at the hand of all Allah fearing Muslims????? Present day, is Obama a Muslim or is he a Christian? Only the Shadow knows!

Our country is a nation based on law, not emotion! Upon breaking our laws, why should any immigrate be afforded any form of respect? Talking points of not, facts are facts. You can use wh**ever squiggly logic that you choose to support your post, but the simple fact remains, these immigrants broke our law. Our US Constitution is the prevailing law that governs our country. In that document, Congress is delegated the responsibility of regulating legal immigration quotas; not the Administrative Branch, not the State Department, not the UN. I have a real problem when any Federal Branch or Department elects to bypass Constitutional law, and you should as well.

Many hurl insults at the other side and use terms such as GOPTP, i***ts, asswipes, r****ts, etc. Are these tactics not a distraction from the true issues that we face as a country? Are all of us being played like a fiddle by those with the most to gain from a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT? The elite bankers, the all powerful political icons, major corporate CEO's. I look at the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the members of the Council on Foreign Relations, the NeoCons, & the illuminati......Are we just cannon fodder, on both sides, for these groups? They love the fact that we aim the sights of our weapons on each other. Both sides create cover for the actions of these groups by 1) being distracted from the real issues 2) obtaining our 'news' from the elite owned media, as the media programs us by identifying the good guys vs the bad guys 3) attacking the poster rather than the poster's message .

We can stand together as countrymen, despite having different opinions, or we can fall for this deliberate programing by those that want to divide and conquer. I have come to realize that I can not control anyone by me; I have much difficulty in achieving that task.

Coming Clean: The President and ‘Dirty’ Keystone XL Oil

Apparently not content with the four Pinocchios he recently earned from the Washington Post for statements on the Keystone XL pipeline, President Obama last week put in a bid for five with remarks aimed at the project’s environmental impact.

At an appearance in South Carolina, the president termed “extraordinarily dirty” the methods used to develop Canadian oil sands:

“The reason that a lot of environmentalists are concerned about it is the way that you get the oil out in Canada is an extraordinarily dirty way of extracting oil, and obviously there are always risks in piping a lot of oil through Nebraska farmland and other parts of the country.”

First, after more than six years of review by his administration, the president really should take the time to read the U.S. State Department’s environmental review of Keystone XL – the latest of five that all have cleared the pipeline on environmental grounds. As well, energy consulting firm IHS found that Keystone XL and the oil sands it would deliver would have “no material impact” on U.S. greenhouse gas emissions.

One other point before we tackle the “dirty oil” claim. President Obama is still talking as though he doesn’t realize that up to 100,000 barrels of oil per day delivered by Keystone XL would come from the U.S. Bakken region in the Upper Midwest, mischaracterizing the pipeline as benefiting only Canada. This is simply not so.

Now the president’s “dirty oil” smear. Take a look at this graphic from the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers:

crudes

As you can see, in terms of full-cycle – wells to wheels – greenhouse gas emissions Canadian oil sands is comparable to other heavy crudes (which are the crudes that would be displaced by Canadian imports) and a number of California crudes. This also is reflected in data compiled by the California Air Resources Board.

According to the Environment Canada 2014 report, between 1990 and 2012, greenhouse gas emissions associated with every produced barrel of oil sands crude were reduced 28 percent. Same report: Oil sands account for 8.7 percent of Canada’s emissions and about 0.13 percent of global emissions.

Like his other errant claims on Keystone XL, the president misses the mark on this one as well. Now, let’s see if the Post’s FactChecker takes notice. He’s gonna need more Pinocchios.

NOTE: This article verifies exactly what I have stating in my previous post on the Keystone Pipeline infrastructure and its benefit to the US. I am not gloating; just wish that the political class would remove themselves from the auction block and quit being for sale to the highest bidder (environmental groups).

PaulPisces: Allow me to enlighten you. Truett Cathy, the founder of Chick-Fil-A was as good man as God has put on this earth. He left his imprint on thousands of people and has given to many charities that are not public knowledge. Truett lived his Christian beliefs and put those ideals into practice. Dan, the oldest son, assumed the role of CEO, when Truett decided to slow down in his late 70's. Dan is cut from the same piece of cloth. I doubt if you have ever had a conversation with Dan, or really know anything about him, other than what you have read in the media. This leads me to ask if you are really the best one to pass judgement on him. Dan is NOT h********c, but places a higher value in following his Christian beliefs, such as continuing the Chick-Fil-A practice of not opening their doors on Sunday and continuing support for many charities. The media sensationalized his statements about marriage being between a man and a woman and really blew his statements out of proportion. They cast Dan and his public statement in the worst possible light.

You, me and every other person in this country is entitled

You statement about Dan funding the compromising of others civil rights is totally off base and misleading. Dan, nor Chick-Fil-A has funded anything on anyone's civil rights. You must understand that the homosexual, lesbian, t*********r community do not just want permission to engage in their activity; they want our approval. The State of Georgia has not recognized, nor allowed same sex marriage, as of today's date. Many same sex marriage activist have targeted those that are vocal in withholding their support or approval.
