The 08 crash I called in as far back as the mid 80’s, definitely in 94 when the ex wanted to double house size, and mortgage, I whined about the coming crash. In the nineties I became aware of a tax code that will feed the next crash.

We already have constitutionally guaranteed term limits, it’s called an e******n cycle. 435 house seats, and 33-1/3 senate seats are up for e******n every two years.
