I'm sorry you can't take the facts. But the public schools are falling behind religious schools and charter schools and private schools in the success of their students. Facts. And for less money. In most cases this is the fault of the unions who only pretend to be for the kids. They use that terminology as a useful tool. They are in fact there for and existing for the benefits of the teachers over anything else. More pay, less hours, shorter seasons, more security and all at the expense of the students.

You're not {logically right.} First off, that has nothing to do with indoctrination. Schools are paid by the state and federal government but are MANAGED LOCALLY. Parents who gather and voice their opinions have great impacts on THEIR school boards. Therefore, if there is a problem, including teaching, there is plenty of room that can be done for change and improvements, with the involvement of parents and the general public, try and look for another scape goat, but it's certainly NOT any form of indoctrination, your simply parroting without being informed or educated on the topic.

It has been criticised for its methodology and accuracy.
According to Daniel Funke and Alexios Mantzarlis of the Poynter Institute, "Media Bias/Fact Check is a widely cited source for news stories and even studies about misinformation, despite the fact that its method is in no way scientific."[8] In 2018, the Columbia Journalism Review identified Media Bias/Fact Check as "an armchair media analysis."[9] Additionally, the Columbia Journalism Review described Media Bias/Fact Check as an amateur attempt at categorizing media bias and characterized their assessments as "subjective assessments [that] leave room for human biases, or even simple inconsistencies, to creep in".[2]

Palmer Report exclusive: “Media Bias Fact Check” is a malicious s**m site
One look at the “Media Bias Fact Check” website reveals it to be something that looks like it was created in 1995. Despite claiming in its tag line to be “The most comprehensive media bias resource,” the site turns out to simply be one guy named Dave Van Zandt who posts wh**ever he feels like. He claims to use a “strict methodology” for assigning bias ratings to various news outlets, but his “ratings” typically read like the gibberish one might find in an unmoderated comment section in the lowest corners of the internet.

Just more spit balls, it is a general consensus known now for years, the fact that you deny the t***h and fact is telling of your mind set, which would be like me saying msn doesn't lean to the left, of course it does, that's the same thing, and if they were to put out a report, let's say on this same issue, would you believe the article?

Dems believe that lie told often enough become the t***h. And they "Always accuse their victim of what they themselves are doing." -Lenin

If you don't lie, then stop accusing people you don't know, of it. Generalizations is a very wide brush be careful of your words. If you Know of someone who was proven to lie... is one thing, but to blame an entire party from the actions of a few people is another, if I did that, oh the accusations I could say about the right, after Trump, and all not good...

and your Lenin quote, which I don't even think is his, can go to repub's. just as much, it all just throwing spit balls.

I don't have to, but here ya go...https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/fox-news-bias/

Overall, we rate Fox News right biased based on editorial positions that align with the right and Questionable due to the promotion of propaganda, conspiracy theories, p***********e, the use of poor sources, and numerous false claims and failed fact checks. Straight news reporting from beat reporters is generally fact-based and accurate, which earns them a Mixed factual rating.

Just because a source is rated either right or left doesn't mean the story is not factual. Those ratings are generally done by left leaning fact checkers who come with their own bias. Those ratings generally reflect the leanings of the commentators who are opinion "slots". They are criminals because they CHOSE to be criminals and as long as snowflakes like you make excuses for bad behavior you will get more bad behavior. My dad lived through the Great Depression. Not only were they hungry all the time but they never stole or accepted relief. It's called morals.

Did I say it wasn't factual? I'm sure some facts are involved and integrated with the slant. You can't get out of your own way to make a descent response. They CHOSE, did they choose where they were brought up and lived, what type of environment they were conditioned to. Also, if you took the time to read my comments... I was all for people being responsible for their actions, but it is clearly much more complicated then that, a twisted tree takes time to replant and straighten out. but isn't that what we want in the long haul, to make people productive and independent. People can be taught and reconditioned, unless of course they're sick individuals. As far as criminals having guns, that's completely unacceptable and I would do random checks on where they live along with a thorough search and seizures.

Of course you have to get off topic to slide in a personal insult, looks like you haven't changed. How am I a snowflake? I never make excuses for bad behavior, so that's a blatant lie. Your last comment on your dad and moral only proves you're completely clueless of the conditions kids are brought up in, every day of their lives, we never try to really fix it, we just turn our backs, wait for them to turn into criminals then lock them up for probably most of their lives, going in and out. Do the math, is it worth taking control of kids for twelve years, versus supporting them in a prison under lock up being completely unproductive for themselves their family and our country. Look at the big picture and not a pimple on a cheek.

To satisfy gun fanatics, our schools are now operated like prisons, so ends the day of peaceful interactions with parents, teachers and students, this is what our gun advocates have done for us, we're all prisoners living in fear.

It's about that time of year, Missouri. Get ready to shift your clocks ahead and say goodbye to an hour of sleep. This spring's daylight saving time — the bi-annual tradition of moving ahead an hour in the spring and moving back in the fall — is almost here. And yes, it is daylight saving time, not savings.

Here's all you need to know about the time change in Iowa, and why that supposed "permanent" daylight saving time isn't happening — yet.
When is daylight saving time 2023?

This year's daylight saving time change will take place on March 12 at 2 a.m. CT. At that time, clocks will turn ahead one hour to 3 a.m. Daylight saving time will end on Nov. 5 at 2 a.m.
Wait, wasn't daylight saving time supposed to end permanently?

In short, we could have, but we didn't.

In 2022, the U.S. Senate passed the Sunshine Protection Act to get rid of daylight saving time and have the country remain in standard time permanently. However, passing the Senate was about all the bill got to do in its brief existence. It was not signed into law by the end of the 2022 session.

Missouri has tried something similar before, such as in 2015 when a Lamar Republican proposed making daylight saving time permanent via a constitutional amendment. But the bill was never v**ed on, and time changing remains the modus operandi in Missouri for now.

As of now, daylight saving time is still in play until further notice in most states. Sorry, standard time loyalists.
Which states observe daylight saving time?

Forty-eight of the 50 United States observe daylight saving time. The only states that do not are Arizona and Hawaii. Arizona hasn't observed daylight saving since 1978, and Hawaii is exempt in large part because of geography. Summer and winter don't differ much there, making daylight saving not all-that-saving in practice.
Why was daylight saving time created?

The U.S. Department of T***sportation, which oversees daylight saving time because of how interconnected time zones are to t***sportation, says that daylight saving time conserves energy. When the sun sets later, it's presumed that people will stay out longer and spend more time outside. In theory, that will lead to less energy usage from appliances.

Benjamin Franklin proposed the idea in 1784 after noticing people burning candles through the night but sleeping past dawn. However, the first national daylight saving time, set forth in a measure known as Standard Time Act, occurred in 1918 as a way to conserve coal during World War I. It took on its modern form in 1966 when President Lyndon Johnson signed the Uniform Time Act.
What are the problems with daylight saving time?

In recent years, many have argued that the cons of daylight saving time outweigh its pros. For one, some studies have shown that energy saved by conserving energy on lighting and appliances is outweighed by increased usage of air conditioning and heating.

A bigger criticism of daylight saving time, however, is what it does to sleep patterns. Changing clocks can mess with our bodies' circadian rhythm, or simply, our body clocks. The loss of an hour of sleep, disrupting the body's daily patterns, is thought to trigger symptoms of mental illnesses and lead to lethargy. These symptoms, however, are believed to fade as the body adapts to the time change.

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine in 2020 called for the United States to abolish daylight saving and switch to a permanent standard time.
