Clinton was impeached...what did it matter? The left can and will do as it pleases. This nation has too many people v****g who only want what they percieve they can get for free. They are too stupid to realize actual cost, and are content with being cattle.

Clinton wasn't impeached , articles of impeachment were brought against him and it did not pass , you don't get a do over , you had better pray for Obamacare you are going to need the drugs

birther has nothing to do with it his father was never a U.S.citizen so he is not a natural born citizen, maybe some day you liberals will learn to comprehend after you learn to read

he was born in the United States to an American citizen , he was at the time of his e******n 35 years of age , he is ans was eligible to be elected to the presidency , you are not the Supreme court , you do not get to interpret the law to suit yourself

It is humorous but yet d********g to see and hear racial politics played by the very same people who accuse others of it. Issues are issues, and those that involved America involve all Americans regardless of race or g****r. It is sad that this d******e political approach has been successful to date, and should it continue to be successful not only will conservatism end up in the dustbin of history, so will the American experiement.

Dave, I am a liberal always have been , I would really appreciate if the conservatives would get there act together to restore the balance we so desperately need for our country.
As far as racial politics go each side embraces or runs from it as the political c*****e c****es , that is to be expected , I guess my point is we need good governance instead of rhetoric

I always get a laugh out of the left and their feigned concern for the GOP. I think they used the same message when they were talking about the amnesty bill how the GOP would never win the presidency if we didn't v**e for the amnesty bill, blah blah blah. They would come across as a bit more credible by just saying that they want the amnesty bill so that they could stay in power forever. But that might scare some people off.

ok so the liberals want amnesty , that is an attainable goal, what are the conservatives going to do fix the problem of their shrinking base

You obviously don't agree with v**er ID laws, stand your ground laws, and anti-choice laws, so you figure that b****s, women, latinos, young and (supposedly) intelligent people are "alienated" which means they don't agree with them either. Isn't that making quite an assumption? Do you really think that "legal" v**ers don't agree with v**er ID laws no matter what color or g****r they are? Do you really think that all these people want to "run away" just because someone is trying to harm them or their family? The people that say they are "alienated" are usually the ones that are abusing the very laws you speak of. Too many people with no vested interest in America are making all the decisions for Americans. And Congress allows them to do it to garner v**es to stay in power. If you really believe the crap that you're shoveling, don't include yourself among the "intelligent".
You obviously don't agree with v**er ID laws, stan... (show quote)

your statements fly in the face of reality , v**er ID fixes a problem that doesn't exist, and the conservatives are alienating the various ethnic groups and the conservative base is shrinking into a old white male club and until there is a concerted effort to provide policies that include other groups the process will continue and your brand of conservatism will end up in the dustbin of history or be so marginalized as to be useless

ABC News this morning has a story online about the GOP’s top 5 priorities.

What about:

1. Stop arguing with Obama; he won, you didn’t;
2. Dump the Tea Party;
3. Admit that Reaganomics don’t work;
4. Return to your socially conservative, pro-family base;
5. Nominate someone other than a rich, old, white man?

they are four years to late, and a dollar short

All our "little pittance"s add up, as the party has found out. Why can't you libs write ONE sentence without name-calling? Do you know how tiresome you are? Besides, we can handle this site without you.

Agreed name calling is counterproductive but Inyourface has a few
points that are pertinent , the conservative message is falling mainly on the older white male , not he rest of the population and the gerrrymandering has given us a situation where the house of representatives has a situation where the majority party has received less v**es from it's constituents then the minority party, the conservatives have alienated women , Latinos, African Americans and other groups and this scenario is not sustainable

Call me stupid or wh**ever the hell you want but I agree with vet. If someone is born on American soil they are natural born. The birther controversy had to do whether Obama was born in Kenya instead of Hawaii and had nothing to do with who is father was. If it were that simple he would have never been allowed to run in the first place.

Some time ago(I have been going around with these birthers for some time now) I wrote a few weeks ago,during the 2007 democratic primary Hillary would have eviscerated him if he wasn't eligible and he was born on American soil to an American citizen
