Also, why not have a law to let 12 - 17 year olds work a certain number of hours a day legally? Just might keep them out of trouble and also be teaching them the value of money at the same time.

Why not just have graduated minimum wages? A teenager could be at one level and a 18 yr old at another minimum wage level. Would/could mean just about the same as it does right now.
Graduated work levels could/should earn more according to one's ability. Maybe if the word "minimum" was completely omitted in any reference to working/employment by others, might be less confusing to people.

I wish so much slang and initials were not used so much. Those that try to impress others in such manners only gets by passed at times. Not trying to speak decent or correctly only makes some people appear silly. Having to use cuss/swear words just shows that that person does not have any knowledge of any decent words. Incomplete sentences only shows more lack of knowledge of actaully how to complete a sentence.
Sometimes we do not have to be a genius or absolutely correct in every usage of some words/sentences. But, at least one should TRY.

Everyone has been awake for some time now. All we need is for everyone - EVERYONE - to v**e to remove the entire Congress and the President. We need to start fresh with new people. We are now putting our lives at stake if no action is taken. Without v****g, we stay right where we are now.

And some still wonder today about "What was used before our toilet paper we use today?"

Sears has been in business for a long time!

My father helped to build one of my grandmothers outhouses next to the old house. I think (not sure) that I might have been about ten years or something then. My father worked at a steel mill in PA (which happened to be on strike right then); so, he came down south (AL) to my grandmothers house and helped them for awhile. My cousins and I (before it was completed) would climb in the two large holes just for fun.
I don't remember my grandmother using a hatchet but I do remeber seeing her ring that chicken neck until it couldn't move. Felt sorry for that chicken but sure was good eaten.
My people couldn't afford a $250/$300,000 for anykind of machines back then. Just had to use wh**ever they could.
When younger, I would wonder how they could afford such large machinery.
But also when I was somewhat ten or so, my grandfather had passed away and my grandmother purchased some odd items from the old "Watkins" wagon that would come by at times. Naturally all the grandkids couldn't wait to see what was coming.
Now, all the kids want are fancy TV games and don't mention about them playing outside. They don't really understand about that.
I was raised up North in PA but we would come South to AL for vacations. After I spent my summer vacation (after graduating) with my grandmother in the country, I never wanted to return to the city again. The country is in my soul and I love every tree produced.
Now, when my son is mowing the campground (on his John Deere), he is always listening to his radio and is in another world.

I wish it had been that easy for my folk. My people did have some tractors but not that modern. Some still were using the horses. Times were harder but life was better.
There was more love to go around to everyone.
I still remember using outhouses.
My grandmother actually did ring that chickens neck.
My aunt gathered the milk from the cows and kept the milk ice cold in the stream below the old house.
I learned to drive in that old truck that did not have any doors on it.
But, one of the worst things to remember was that old barn for the cows and horses. Let us just say that it was not as clean as the barns are today.

Larry - I wish I did have somesort of plan for somekind of action. I am a 71 yr. old disabled woman and would dearly love to be able to do something for everyone out there. I pray that someone can come up with something. V****g everyone out and starting over with everyone up there would be absolutely great. I, myself, cannot drive and have not had any means of t***sportation for six years now. I am only able to go to the doctors and then get some groceries once a month. I hope that some miracle does happen for everyone and America can re-establish good means for everyone. No, I do not have any particular plan of action. I think that is the problem for others as well. We all need help but do not know where to obtain it. Everyone says that we need to wakeup. Everyone has ideas of what could/can be done. But, time goes on, and is all that is done - the passing of time. I wish I could help but do not know how either. Your plan is good - it just needs to happen.

They should be required to eat wh**ever we make up on a menu for them. Also, if their weight is over 160/175 #, their insurance benefits must be completely taken away from them forever.
If the government folk would quit all of their drugs and alcohol, maybe they would regain some of their sanity. At the present, most of them belong on Walt Disney's cartoons.
Oh, wait a minute, I did not mean to insult Walt Disney!

What good would a drug test do if drugs are going to be legal to everyone (which is tupid)? They probably want to make the drugs legal so that they can get drugged up everyday themselves. Maybe if they are stupid enough, just maybe they might push themselves off a cliff without knowing it!
A blood test? They probably do not have any decent blood in them.
How about some DNA tests published about them before each e******n?

Situations of this nature makes others (that are trying to do decent and good) extremely disappointed in our lazy government works. They (the government) complain about finances but yet create them themselves.
I am a Christian but sometimes I feel like we need some witches and warlock help. But, then again, I also think that is is what our government is made up of.
America needs help but NO HELP can be obtained by our governement.

People came to America for a lot of different reasons from many different customs and cultures in the hopes of more freedom.
But today, everything is so mixed and messed up, we are gradually forgetting what freedom is. It is being taken away from us one step at a time.

The constitution is just fine if everyone (including all government officials and I mean ALL) would abide by it not trying to change things to benefit themselves in any particular manner. Some of the government people make up things and then say that it is just for the rest of the public and they, themselves (lawyers and government personel) are omitted from having to obey these laws. Everyone is equal and should be treated as so.

Yes, this probably is true. After having so many various people in the campground for over a period of thirty years, I can/have seen such and too much that it makes me sick to my stomach at times with what they can get by with.
But, I actually reported one to medicare years ago. Medicare's reply, "Oh, it's OK - we already paid it and don't need to remedy it. It's too late to do anything now."
So, even when reported by someone, our government still does not care enough to correct anything (just another lazy factor to put up with).
