In the Party of Pelosi, you won’t find many House Democrats who will go against the Borg collective and come out against impeachment, but there will be some, and the first one has already spoken out.

Representative Jeff Van Drew (D-NJ) has stated that “unless there’s something I haven’t seen,” he will be a no v**e on impeaching President Donald Trump. This comes just a day after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) announced the drafting of articles of impeachment. She did this after a t***sparently r****d impeachment inquiry process that even blind Americans could see.

Van Drew’s district, which includes Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Ocean counties, narrowly favored Trump in 2016. After Trump’s performance in office, especially with the economy, it’s believed that his district will not look favorably on a Yes v**e for impeachment.

The freshman Democrat pointed out that the Republican Senate will refuse to remove Trump from office, which would allow the president to claim vindication, and in the end it will lead to nothing but “tearing the country apart.”

The possibility of several more following Van Drew’s lead is very real. Democrats in Trump districts know this is a losing issue as public support continues to turn on the matter. This entire impeachment fiasco has been shown to be a political mess and Republicans, to their credit, have actually done a good job at exposing it. There’s simply no high crime or misdemeanor present and swing v**ers are looking at this more and more negatively.

V**ers do not like being second guessed and run over. Trump was elected in a fair and free e******n. To attempt to remove him from office for what the Democrats are claiming is going to backfire, if it hasn’t already.

Like the South Jersey lawmaker, there may be close to a dozen other Democrat defectors from the House when it’s all said and done. The others will cower to Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler, who are driving their party into the ash heap of history.

Another House Democrat keeping his distance is Representative Max Rose (D-NY), another freshman congressman whose Staten Island-centered district backed Trump in 2016 and who won his own seat by a thin margin last year.

“I’m uncomfortable until I see the articles” of impeachment, said Rose, referring to the formal charges that Pelosi’s radical House Democrats will draft in the coming days. “That’s the most important things. When you can see the articles, that’s when one can entertain whether one’s comfortable or not.”

On top of that, the odds that some Democrat senators would not No on convicting and removing Trump from office are very high should it ever get to that point.

Impeachment has been a complete failure for the Democrats. Of all the witnesses called to testify only one was an actual fact witness, Gordon Sondland, and he testified that Trump did nothing wrong.

Pelosi made it seem like she was against the process in the beginning, but knowing the old progressive warrior, it was all a political ploy to later on make it seem like the president did something that convinced her that impeachment was necessary. Many Democrats in T***p w*n districts will lose their seats in 2020 if the leadership continues with the impeachment farce. It will be the first time an American president was impeached for doing absolutely nothing wrong, and the American people will not stand for that. I predict Trump will become stronger and win 2020 in a landslide, the GOP will retain the Senate and will win back the House. The Democrats have everything to lose, and it appears they’re too stupid to realize it before it’s too late.

$60 Billion a Year Spent on I******s for What?!

The cost of i*****l i*********n is no secret, but how many Americans actually realize how much this problem is costing them? And no, we aren’t talking about lost jobs, crime, or the impact on the U.S. healthcare system either. But yes, those are also major burdens as the result of i*****l i*********n in America. One more thing, this problem as a result of i*****l i*********n reportedly cost us about $60 Billion – that is billion with a “b.”

Here are some raw numbers for you, courtesy of one story quoting a Republican Congressman from Alabama:

“In 2016, the Pew Research Center estimated that 3.9 million – or 7.3% – of kindergarten through 12th-grade students in the United States were either here illegally or were the children of at least one parent illegally present in the United States.”

This story was reporting on Rep. Bradley Byrne’s response at a recent congressional hearing regarding opponents who attacked the President’s immigration reform agenda. As a part of Trump’s “America First” platform, Byrne highlighted how i*****l i*********n in the educational sector is failing to meet the goal of doing just that, putting America first. In particular, failing to put our children first.

Then Bryne went on to pose the question, “can anyone tell me how much we spend on public education for that population of students? It’s around $60 billion.”

As the story explained, the federal government requires ESL classes (English as a Second Language), for all of those aforementioned students. Those students are classified as “Limited English Proficiency” students, and by law, these students are mandated to take those ESL classes. Byrne elaborated on that fact by asking, “What percentage of ESL programs are paid for by the federal government that requires them?”

Then he answered his question, “just over one percent… Who pays for the rest? States and local school systems. So, we require it and we push 99 percent of the costs on state and local school systems. That costs a lot of money for these state and local school systems. Many of them like my state of Alabama just don’t have it”

But this isn’t only about that enormous educational expense, this is also about the welfare and the quality of education for our children. $60 billion is a big number, a really big number, yet there are things more important than money. The idea that our kids are losing opportunities and programs as a result of i*****l i*********n simply isn’t acceptable.

As our story went on to report, Bryne addressed that topic as well saying “that cost is not being borne by those of us in Washington. It’s being borne by men and women and the states and local school systems around the United States of America.

But really the cost is being borne by children who are being denied the programs that they should have. Children who are citizens of the United States, whose parents are citizens of the United States, they’re being denied programs because we’re forcing their state and local school systems to take on an expense that we should be taking on because we’ve failed to enforce our own laws.”

Why do people support Trump’s immigration reform plans? Why do we need a wall? Why do we need to fix the immigration problem in America? The right answer is money. The right answer is also crime, economic health, job opportunities, and wages. And all of those are very important and legitimate reasons, but are any of those reasons more important than our children?

This is about money, as in $60 billion, but it is also about a lot more than that. Immigration reform isn’t an attack on people who aren’t American citizens. It isn’t a political ploy to win v**es. The President’s immigration plan is about putting America first, and that is part of the plan of making America great again.

To keep America great, however, as we all know means investing in our future. What we also know is that our future is our children and the President’s immigration plan is about protecting the future of America. It is about protecting our children.

Democrats Do Not Believe The American People Should Decide If Trump Remains President

Statements by Rep. Veronica Escobar (D-Texas) reinforce the perception that Democrats do not believe the American people should decide, at the polls, whether U.S. President Donald Trump remains in office for another term.

Escobar reinforced what was said by the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff.

“If we wait for the courts, if we wait for an e******n to settle this, then we will have waited too long,” Escobar said to CNN Dec. 5, quoted by Western Journal.

“I am worried in general about 2020,” Escobar said, being even more explicit about her mood ahead of next year’s e******ns.

Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) also expressed his concern about the length of the impeachment that the Democrats are pushing against President Trump, which so far has shown no evidence of improper behavior on the part of the president.

“There is,” Schiff said, as CNN reported, “grave risk to the country with waiting until we have every last fact, when we already know enough about the president’s misconduct to make a responsible judgement about whether we think that’s compatible with the office of the president.”

The fast pace imposed by opponents in the development of impeachment is unusual, and more and more voices join in reinforcing the dubious intention that drives it. Apparently it is intended to prevent the re-e******n of the American president, as can be inferred from what Escobar said.

Author and columnist Kimberley A. Strassel in the Wall Street Journal was forceful in referring to the procedure followed by Schiff.

“Mr. Schiff has himself trampled law and responsibility,” Strassel said, adding, “Fanatics can justify any action, and House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff this week demonstrated where that mindset leads.”

On Tuesday, the House Democrats announced that they would be bringing two articles of impeachment against President Trump, which will be v**ed on by the full House of Representatives and passed on to the Senate. The charges against Trump are: 1) obstructing Congress 2) abusing p**********l power.

There has been a lot of misinformation presented in the impeachment hearings and by the talking heads on TV.

I highly doubt any of them have done extensive research on what they are talking about.

That is the purpose of this article, to provide the public with some much-needed knowledge on what constitutes an impeachable offense according to the Founders, and to provide a brief history of past impeachments.

The talking heads in the media—including some conservatives—claim that the House impeachment process is a purely political decision. They like to quote former President Gerald Ford who once remarked that “the only honest answer is that an impeachable offense is wh**ever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.”

That is not entirely true. Proponents of this view cite Alexander Hamilton who wrote the following in Federalist 65:

“They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated POLITICAL, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself.”

The talking heads are taking Hamilton out of context, as Professor Alan Dershowitz explained on Fox News the other night: “Alexander Hamilton is misquoted all the time. He used the word political, but he didn’t say the process should be political. He said the crimes, treason, bribery, high crimes, misdemeanors are political in nature, but the process should be nonpartisan and nobody should be impeached and removed unless there is an overwhelming bipartisan consensus.”

People who say that this is purely a political process diminish the meanings of the four criteria given for impeachment in the constitution: treason, bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.

The Democrats have not been able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the president is guilty of any of those four criteria.

The definitions of treason and bribery are well known, but what “high crimes and misdemeanors” actually are is not common knowledge.

Dershowitz illuminated what the difference between a high and low crime was by explaining his opposition to both Trump and Bill Clinton’s impeachment: “I opposed Bill Clinton’s impeachment for the same reason that I oppose Donald Trump’s impeachment. There was no widespread consensus. There was no clear high crime. What Bill Clinton committed was a low crime, a crime to protect his personal life.”

The Democrats accuse the president of obstructing Congress. That criteria for impeachment is spelled out nowhere in the constitution. They claim that the president is illegally preventing witnesses and documents from being brought before Congress.

There is a reason for that, and that reason is the Separation of Powers clause in the Constitution. The president is simply asserting his constitutional rights as head of the Executive Branch. There is no obstruction of Congress charge in the Constitution; there is simply the separation of powers. To say Trump is “obstructing Congress” is to completely make up a brand new crime.

There is even some debate as to whether the president could take some legal action on his own to protest the impeachment since none of the charges meet the requirements for impeachment outlined in the Constitution.

For example, if the Senate reduced the number of Senators required to remove a president from 67 to 55, that would clearly be voided by the Supreme Court. The president could in theory challenge his removal from office via the Supreme Court because the articles of impeachment brought by the Democrats don’t align with the text of the Constitution.

The Senate won’t v**e to remove Trump from office, but it is an important legal point to discuss nonetheless.

Only two other presidents have been impeached: Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton. Richard Nixon would have almost assuredly been impeached, but he saw the writing on the wall and resigned from office before the House could v**e for his impeachment.

The House was set to v**e on three articles of impeachment against Nixon: 1) Obstruction of justice 2) Misuse of law enforcement and intelligence agencies for political purposes 3) Refusing to comply with the Judiciary Committee’s subpoenas.

No president has ever been completely removed from office. President Andrew Johnson fell just one v**e short of being removed from office. President Clinton was narrowly saved from removal by a 50-50 v**e on the charge of obstruction of justice. He was acquitted on a 45-55 v**e on perjury.

Now, for only the third time in American history, the President of the United States is being impeached, and the effort is being led entirely by the Democrats.

Given the historical record just presented, history should judge them harshly.

It has been known for the last few years that Democrats lawmakers do not like President Trump at all. Understandably, a president from the opposing party would not be at the top of their favorites list. However, you would think that anyone who proved they were without a doubt for this nation and its progress and survival would, at the very least, earn some measure of respect from them.

Instead, Donald Trump’s success has only seemed to alienate them all the more. House Democrats, in particular, are not a fan of him. According to them, he has done nothing right, ever, even before his time in the White House. And it absolutely outrages them that so many others so well like him, even long-time Democrat Party members.

The impeachment inquiry that has kept the nation on its toes for the past few months is definitive proof of this. The fact of the matter is: they want Trump gone and they don’t care how it happens.

And now that House Democrats have found something they think is actually impeachable and will stick, they won’t let it go. But even more than that, they don’t trust anyone but themselves to make sure their plan works, not even the American public.

In an interview with CNN on Thursday, Democratic Representative Veronica Escobar said that letting the public know about the Ukraine situation and then letting them decide on the outcome themselves would be a bad idea. According to her, the decision of whether or not to allow Trump to remain in office should not be left to the people but to Congress alone.

She said, “If you have a corrupt executive, who is willing to maintain power by corrupting our e******n, there is an urgency there.”

And she added, “We have already seen that the president has done everything possible to prevent us from getting access to all of the documents, all of the witnesses that we need to. If we wait for the courts, if we wait for an e******n to settle this, then we will have waited too long.”

She continued, “I am worried in general about 2020. I believe that we are on a precipice, a very dangerous precipice, as a country in so many ways.”

In other words, she doesn’t think the Democrats will get their way or “justice,” as they call it if the American people are allowed to decide Trump’s fate.

And she isn’t the first House Dem to suggest this idea that this impeachment must be carried out post-haste.

In fact, she may simply be running on the coattails of impeachment leader and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Representative Adam Schiff. On Tuesday, he was asked by CNN why the impeachment proceedings must be kept to such a fast pace. His answer was that there was “grave risk to the country with waiting.” Sound familiar?

And he added that reviewing or looking at “every last fact” was pointless and a waste of time.

“There is grave risk to the country with waiting until we have every last fact, when we already know enough about the president’s misconduct to make a responsible judgment about whether we think that’s compatible with the office of the president.”

No, of course, waiting for the t***h and cold-hard facts is entirely redundant. After all, Dems have known since January 2017 that Trump was guilty. Of what? Well, that was to be determined.

But at least they have finally admitted that they care nothing for the law or justice. This only proves what we have known all along. T***h, justice, facts, these are mere words they have hidden behind. It’s never been about those things. And it certainly hasn’t been about prevailing the Founding Fathers’ belief system.

Nothing and I mean nothing, is more important to them than the power they feel that Trump stole from them. And if it hasn’t been clear before, it should be now; they will continue this race for impeachment at breakneck speed because they think it’s the only way they can win. If they can just keep up the ruse up a little while longer and keep the public out of it, then just maybe they will win.

Gone are the days when the people choose our government.

But as these statements by Schiff and Escobar prove, they already know who holds the winning card. That is why they are so scared of him.

Democratic Party leadership is moving forward with the impeachment of President Donald Trump — and it’s not sitting well with v**ers.

The pressure to end the impeachment of Trump has grown so strong, moderate Democrats are turning against their party leaders.

That’s according to The Washington Post, which wrote Wednesday:

House Democratic leaders are bracing for some defections among a group of moderate Democrats in swing districts who are concerned a v**e to impeach President Trump could cost them their seats in November.

Republicans seem unwavering in their opposition to expelling Trump.

Privately, a half-dozen Democrats have reportedly come out and said they’ll v**e against impeachment — and more are expected ahead of the v**e.

Predictions about some defections come as a core group of centrists from districts T***p w*n in 2016 are having second thoughts. While many knew impeachment would never be popular in their GOP-leaning districts, some have been surprised that support hasn’t increased despite negative testimony about Trump from a series of blockbuster hearings last month.

Several moderates have privately pined for other options, including a censure v**e they know they’re unlikely to get. Others have even considered what one moderate called ‘splitting the baby’: backing one article of impeachment but not the other to try to show independence from the party.

If six Democrats are currently v****g against impeachment, Republicans would only need to win over 10 more liberal lawmakers to defeat the inquiry before it reaches the Senate.

Meanwhile, the House Judiciary Committee argued through a marathon session Thursday ahead of v****g to send impeachment charges against Trump to the full House, the latest big step as the politically split Congress debates whether to remove Trump from office.

The top Republican, Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, called the proceedings a “farce” and said they should be halted until his side was provided a chance for its own hearing. The request was denied.

First up was an amendment from GOP Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, who tried to delete the first charge against Trump. “This amendment strikes article 1 because article 1 ignores the t***h,” he declared.

Debate on that first Republican amendment lasted for nearly three hours before the panel rejected it, 23-17, on a party-line v**e.

Thursday’s hearing picked up where Wednesday’s late-night session left off.

Into the night, Democrats and Republicans delivered sharp, poignant and, at times, personal arguments for and against impeachment. Both sides appealed to Americans’ sense of history — Democrats describing a strong sense of duty and Republicans decrying the “hot garbage’’ impeachment and what it means for the future of the country.

Cicilline asked Republicans standing with Trump to “wake up” and honor their oath of office. Republican Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana responded with his own request to “put your country over party.”

The House is expected to v**e on the articles next week, in the days before Christmas. That would send them to the Senate for a 2020 trial.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday that he would be “totally surprised″ if there were the necessary 67 v**es in the chamber to convict Trump, and signaled options for a swift trial. He said no decision had been made about whether to call witnesses.

The Democrats had good reason to know from the outset of the investigation that their information was phony.

But it was used by the FBI as justification to spy on Trump’s campaign.

This is a huge deal.

A sitting president used the FBI to spy on a political rival.

And there is no shred of evidence to support Obama’s decision.

This may be the reason why the Democrats spent two years talking nonstop about Russian collusion for no reason.

The Democratic leadership knew that Russian collusion wasn’t true. Obama had the FBI spying on Trump.

The reason that the Democrats have been self destructively attacking Trump may be because they are afraid of what will happen when the origins of the Russian collusion come out.

One top Republican thinks this is exactly what is happening.

According to the Washington Examiner:

Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe said Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s forthcoming report on FBI intelligence-gathering activities is “likely to be damning” in how it reflects upon the Obama administration, and by extension former Vice President Joe Biden, who is a leading candidate for the 2020 Democratic p**********l nomination.

“Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff are racing to get this done,” the Texas congressman said on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures, referring to the House speaker and House Intelligence Committee chairman, respectively. “That’s why we have five impeachment hearings this week with eight different witnesses. They’re racing the clock. They want to get this done before information that comes out that damages the Obama-Biden administration and their efforts to frame Donald Trump come out in the IG report or from John Durham’s criminal investigation into those very same issues.”

The long-awaited report is eagerly anticipated by President Trump’s GOP allies, who claim Horowitz’s findings will show top Justice Department and FBI officials misled the FISA Court by using an unverified dossier compiled by British ex-spy Christopher Steele to obtain warrants to electronically monitor onetime Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. Horowitz’s findings could be useful for U.S. Attorney John Durham, who is conducting a criminal inquiry into the origins of the Russia investigation.

It’s funny how the Democrats are okay with Obama using the FBI to spy on Trump for no good reason yet they think that Trump should be impeached for asking Ukraine to investigate the Bidens when Joe Biden admitted that he used taxpayer funds to get the prosecutor who was investigating his son fired.

Report: F**e university targeting i*****l i*******ts was created by Obama administration – not Trump

Progressives who decried a f**e university Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) used to target and subsequently arrest i*****l i*******t students as a Trump administration move apparently didn’t realize that the university was founded in 2015, before Donald Trump was even elected, according to Fox News.

Hundreds of students paid thousands of dollars a year to enroll in Farmington University, knowing it wasn’t a real higher learning institution. Instead, they were seeking a way to get student visas that would allow them to stay in the country legally.

Because Farmington was a fraud, the students were actually not in the country legally, and at least 250 were arrested by ICE for their actions.

Eight recruiters who participated in the fraud were also arrested and are now serving jail terms.
L*****ts outraged

L*****ts were outraged by the news. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Alyssa Milano shared their disgust on Twitter, with Warren calling the f**e university “appalling” and Milano tweeting, “OH MY GOD” with a link to the story.

For her part, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) decried critics who called her “radical” for opposing increased funding for border security measures.

Earlier this year, Congress rushed to approve BILLIONS more $ for ICE + CBP.

I saw members v****g YES w/o even a summary of the bill. Nobody cared then how we’d pay for it.

Now ICE is setting up f**e universities to trap students.

Yet we were called radical for opposing it.

No one on the left seemed to notice that Obama’s administration was actually responsible for starting the program.
Obama’s “paper chase”

Farmington University began as part of the “Paper Chase” program — intended to catch recruiters who participated in fraud schemes around immigration. It later expanded to include arresting the fraudulent students and detaining and/or deporting them.

A full 80% of the f**e students who were arrested left the country voluntarily after their arrests. The other 20% received an order for removal, contested that removal, or filed for relief from the order.

It’s the latest example of liberals blaming Trump for something Obama actually did — like Obama’s family separation policy that ended up with children “in cages.” But no one on the left seemed to have a problem with it until they thought Trump was responsible.

I don’t know what’s more delicious: the irony or the hypocrisy.

Attorney General Bill Barr knows their dirty secret and the Democrats are doing just about anything to keep it under wraps.

During his testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee freaked out after Barr uttered the word “spying.”

Democrat Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse aggressively told Barr he didn’t like using that word and it was inaccurate.

Barr responded to Sen. Whitehouse’s statement by mockingly using it 3 more times.

“I’m not going to abjure the use of the word ‘spying,’” he said. “My first job was in CIA. I don’t think the word ‘spying’ has any pejorative connotation at all,” Sen. Whitehouse stated.

“I think spying is a good English word that, in fact, doesn’t have synonyms because it is the broadest word incorporating really all forms of covert intelligence collection, so I’m not going to back off the word ‘spying,’” Barr said.

“Frankly, we went back and looked at press usage and up until all the faux outrage a couple of weeks ago, it’s commonly used in the press to refer to authorized activities,” he continued.
