The problem with B******i is not the fact, that the situation went down. It is how the situation went down and Why the ambassador was there in the first place. Okay here's the questions I want the Obama administration to answer they are simple questions.

1) What was the ambassador doing there?
2) If the CIA had intelligence that militants or terrorists were on the rise and a possible attack is imminent, why was security not doubled or more forces dispatched.
3) When the incident was going down why were there no orders for military presence to assist in the evacuation whether from Tripoli or the Mediterranean?

No, Obama handled B******i like Carter handled the Iranian Hostage Crisis. This is the failure of leadership. I remember Gaddafi, drawing a line of death in the sand and Reagan calling his bluff. Obama did no such thing. Instead he accepted the casualties and did nothing. That's the problem.

The first thing a single person must do is pray to God for guidance and reassurance. For me, God is the power that inspires me to speak and act to support the Constitution. Know that in the days of our founding even up to this day, Congress has prayed.

Remember however prayer not said by the heart and in full emotion is an empty prayer. This type of prayer is like what St. Paul said, "Faith without works is dead.", this saying also says, "God helps those who help themselves." We need works.

Now the best way to get started is by persuading your friends and family to re-examine the Constitution and the Bible. In the past few days, a friend of mine and myself have started with Genesis and are working to Revelations by hearing the Bible read. There are many websites that you can download the Bible for free in audio version. This is how the bible was intended to be passed on anyways.

Now, you don't have to be a devout Churchgoer or a religious zealot or a Christian nut case, to hear and be inspired by the Word of God. You can be inspired by the Word of God through the failures of history. Take for example, the Israelite people, a most stubborn people. They cling to God during times of calamity and turmoil, yet in good times they turn away from God. They become Fat and Lazy so to speak. This is what I believe happened to the United States.

It is true that the Bible speaks against the rich man, however, God's Word also speaks for the rich man, when we read, "If you keep my commandments, your prosperity shall increase."

Now this is religious terminology written a book called Proverbs. It would not be a proverb if it only applied to faith. Wisdom dictates that people before us have had to handle situations of this nature before. Knowing this would it not be prudent to see the successes and mistakes they made? This is what our founding fathers did when they created the Constitution. They looked at Israel. From the freedom of s***ery by Moses, until the people cried out for a King, the people of Israel lived in the world's first democracy. This democracy worked! The people were united in faith, which encouraged the brotherhood of man to work together willingly.

Other ancient societies like Rome before the empire, and Athens and Sparta, Ephesians, and Corinth, practiced Democracy. And in every case there were reasons why Democracy failed one of the reasons was factions. However the main reason Democracy fails is because of human Greed and the Lust for power as was seen with Ceasar. We are not a lynch mob of people, we are a Republic with Democratic tendencies. Or better put a Democratic Republic.

By making the people subject to the written law, Democracy flourishes. By ignoring the written law, well just ask Israel what happens.

Now since the stubborn people of this nation are the ones we elected, we must convince the public of their crimes. We have to get the word out. Obama is the leader of the Democratic Party and the President of the United States, so wh**ever happens on his watch is his fault and God is watching. God grants every human being time to change and steer away from their wicked and evil ways to find Him. However, there is a tolerance level that will kindle the Anger of God. There is acts of wickedness that will also kindle the Anger of God.

The ransom of sin, can be solved one of two ways, but ultimately God is the final Judge. If Obama seeks forgiveness God will grant him forgiveness, but charge him with repairing the damage he caused. This is only just with a just God. However, if in his hardness of heart, he refuses and exercises stubbornness against God, the Anger of the Lord shall fall upon him and incidentally, not only will he pay but the ones he leads will also pay for this wickedness.

At this point God will look for a worthy person, to o*******w him. God will call him out and make him stand before Obama and destroy him. This is way one.

The other way is the people rise up in one voice and demand him to either change and come back to earth out of his wickedness, or resign.

Now I'm kinda going backwards with this but if you follow it from the end to the beginning you will see how it is done.

For the people's anger to be kindled against Obama, a great percentage of the people must act. Samuel Adams, and Ben Franklin, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson took their resources and influence to convince the people to stand together by logical citing the reasons for separation.

That is what we must do, we must not forget the mistakes of Obama and charge Obama, like Nixon was charged. Make Congress we are not going to bury this. Take to the streets and hold an honorable demonstration, that is peaceful.

If it is an honorable demonstration, and a peaceful one, and if the police, or national guard, are brought in under the excuse to control the crowd, then the tyranny is exposed. Lyndon Johnston had to face that in the 60s. Violence is not needed. The threat of violence however may be needed. It depends upon how stubborn our elected officials are.

Take this in consideration: there are 100 senators, and there are 435 Representatives in the Legislative Branch. There are I think 13 Justices on the supreme court and of the President's cabinet there are about 10 or 13, I can't remember the exact number, but it is below 50. Now if I take 100+435+13+50(say the max) this equals, 535 Legislature, 13 Justice, 50 Executives, or a total of 598 members of the Government. How many people are their in the population of the United States?

So it stands to reason that the Government is outnumbered by the people. Yes, we can sue the government for not doing their job it is part of the Bill of Rights in the redress of grievances. However, this right is used to gain money and not gain true change. We need change not money. For if true change is done, then the prosperity will reap more money if the money was not accepted.

Now we can refuse to pay taxes but if an individual does he is punished but if everyone does the law changes. So therefore, it is true that one person does not have enough power to o*******w the tyrant. But there is an old saying in Government, the "squeaky wheel gets the oil", the longer we speak out against this tyranny in peaceful protest, the quicker change will come. But the first step is to speak out and have a redress of Grievances to start the process. We need backing. We need backing of the media, of our friends, neighbors, employers, workers, we need backing.

If the government sees one man on a march to the white house, there will be no change. But Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., went to Washington with a crowd of thousands. John and Robert Kennedy listened and acted.

This is what we need. We are not raising a leader up to become a martyr, however depending upon the stubbornness of the president, that may happen. Be prepared for that. Make sure that whosoever becomes our leader in this cause, is replaceable by another who can take his place should anything happen to the chosen leader.

At this point the Government cannot stop us. They, just like us, don't know what to do in this crisis. There is a right way, a wrong way and an apathetic way of solving this crisis. Obama has done it the wrong way and we, the people need to hold him responsible.

Do not be discouraged because it will be a rocky road but exercise diligence and belief in the cause. I wish Anonymous, would jump on this band wagon and join us, because most of them know how to get the information out and can be a thorn in the side of the Government.

I hope corporations, that see the evil that president Obama is doing, come to their senses and join our cause. At this point, when we come to the point of no return, words of Benjamin Franklin will come back to haunt us, "We will either (re)start this nation, or we will be hanged as t*****rs."

Sorry Ben, we would not be considered t*****rs because we are fighting against a t*****r. But we may be hanged for trumped up illegal reasons anyway. But if you are like me, a patriot and God-fearing man, you cannot just sit by and watch this wickedness continue. You must pray and speak. Talk your head off. Use and abuse the first amendment until Obama is so tired of hearing about it he resigns.

If the situations merits acts of extremism, as in the civil rights fight, use this weapon as a last resort. Provide the least amount of casualties possible. We do not want to destroy the man, we want to remove him from office. But if the situation merits an act of violence, I recommend taking over by force a media outlet station and using off grid power and speaking until their armies haul you away. The longer you speak on this subject, the more people will listen. Hold no one hostage and harm no one. The point is not violence. Show that Arvy guy that supposedly helped Obama get into office and was his mentor, that violence solves nothing. Make sure it is a peaceful exercise of our first amendment rights we just needed the equipment to be broadcast to the people. This would not be considered an act of terrorism nor would it be considered a revolutionary act against the Government, especially when the people learn we are protected the Constitution not destroying it.

I prefer however using the internet to voice my concerns. From the luxury of my computer I can voice my concerns and hopefully it would go v***l for all to see. Just on this site alone, I am finding that people are like me and have the same concerns. We do not want our country to fall because of Obamas. We will not let this happen. That is why I continue to speak. And the beauty of the internet is if I get shunned or kicked off of one site I can go to another. Facebook and twitter have not done that to me yet but it may come. I don't care, for what is right is right and I'm am not going to let 200 years of freedom be destroyed by an i***t in the white house.

Follow the example of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. minister of Christ. Speak up. Dr. King never showed violence toward the white man. And Dr. King fought for all people, not only for the black man. He was a Child and student of Christ! He spoke up and protested peacefully. Using his example, this is what we must do.

If we are sucessful, we will show, the government and the world five things. 1. that terrorism is not the way to bring about change. Violence is never the answer. 2. that the people have the power in these United States. 3. That a government of the people, by the people, and for the people shall not perish from the earth. 4. that it is healthy for a country founded with God given principles, need the people to speak out against them to ensure justice, freedom and liberty to all. And 5. that America is not full of infidels and greedy money grubbing men, seeking to destroy nations overseas!'

So you ask me, "What am I to do?", I say pray, speak, persuade, and be diligent. This will not happen overnight but if enough of us speak, then we will be heard. Dr.King was given a deaf ear from the government for years until he stood on the capitol steps that day in 1962. And it took 20 years after his death, until true change came. Be diligent, and persevere, May the Grace and Peace of Our Lord Jesus be with you in these trying times and Comfort you during the frustration of this cause. Thank you.

I finally had an opportunity to research and view the 99% declaration and the Continental Congress 2.0 for the reboot of American Democracy.

The heart and conscience were in the right place but the procedure lacked effectiveness because of how it was administered.

If we are to reboot, so to speak our Democracy, we must do it in an orderly fashion and in a way everyone could participate. Now we do not have to organize a physical march so to speak. But how about an electronic march on Washington DC?

Now follow me on this idea. If we can get the word out for 90 days, to the public about redressing Congress and the Government on issues that are most important to the people. Then have the people v**e from their homes on these issues via the internet with a password and user name.

Then the Continental Congress would have been more effective in 2012. However there would also be problems. So to address these problems we would have to implement the rule of law, in a parliamentary procedure. We would need a committee to address the issues and prioritize the issues.

I suggest we should start with the individual, and branch out to the family, then the community, then the State, and finally the country. What I mean is the issues must start with the individual and his or her family.

We know through every ounce of science whether it be physical, medical, or social, that all problems and issues that affect a person personally and cause a burden on that family starts in the home. How we treat our brothers and sisters in the home is how we treat our neighbors outside the home. So the first issue category should address these issues.

This petition was intended to add to the protections already imposed in the first amendment with added emphasis on conscience and to bring up a fundamental principle concerning religion or lack thereof.

This principle is "Governments established by men have no business in dictating, writing or abolishing moral laws. Nor can said governments judge either way on a moral issue. They can however, judge the people on legal and ethical issues."

This is how this petition was written. This is the first issue that should be addressed by a reboot of the Constitution by the rule of law in parliamentary procedure.

Now this redress is only one of many that I personally have against the Government and should be addressed in open forum for the pretext of civil justice and civil agreement.

The first issue is about family and the individual giving liberty and dignity to the American Citizen.

The next issue to be redressed should be on immigration. Immigration is a two fold issue. The first part is securing the border for the American Citizen where the next part is allowing the immigrant to become an American Citizen.

We must for our common security and well being. The American citizen should be granted a level of privilege just being a citizen of this great nation. This privilege shall entitle the citizen certain benefits that the foreigner is not entitled to. This makes being American desirable.

Next, we must protect that citizen. Local Law enforcement along with Federal Law enforcement must work together and where the Federal government cannot or will not enforce the law, the State should back the Feds up and enforce the law themselves. This ensures the security of the citizen.

If the citizen is unemployed, and the foreigner has a job, the foreigner should give up that job to the citizen, unless the foreigner is becoming a citizen. The country must take care of their own first! If I am called a r****t because of this statement and because I exercise nationalism, then I'm going to hit somebody! This argument is so irresponsible it makes me sick. I fought to defend the constitution for the American Citizen not for the rest of the world. Come on man! lets be reasonable and just.

Immigrants should learn our language, culture and way of life. I welcome all immigrants that are here legally. I encourage immigration. But if you come into my country and break my laws I want you to leave. That simple.

The next issue is foreign relations. Should an American Citizen be held hostage or k**led by an Islamic Terrorist, then we must be strong enough to stand against that terrorist. If I were president there would be missions against the terrorists like Israel does. I would attack the terrorists until they stop attacking Americans overseas and abroad in the same manner Israel does. Also I would assist our ally Israel in their endeavor to protect themselves against terrorists.

Being part Italian, I have the nerve enough to say to the Islamic Terrorists, "You want a Jihadi, well here you go!" I would start a bombing run and turn that desert into a sheet of glass. I would route every Terrorist hiding spot in such a manner that even the world would ask me for mercy on those rebel Muslims. And in reply to the rest of the world, I would say, "They called down the thunder, well let's let it rain!"

After they suffered enough, hopefully it would not be that long, I respect and cherish life so this type of destruction which would be horrible and I do not have the stomach for, I would then bring them to the table and see if we could iron out our differences.

I would not leave any man behind and would not release any prisoner of war. Instead I would try the prisoners of war in a war tribune and seek justice for their crimes.

Now these are just a few issues plaguing the country. I do like removing the money as property issue in the redress of the Continental Congress of 2012, however, it was not properly organized.

Also to both Canada and Mexico, as well as all countries in the North American Continent, I would offer statehood to them. By providing an opportunity to becoming a state and joining the union, I would reduce the national debt and reduce the cost of foreign aid and gain people and more taxes incidentally and by default.

I would try to fulfill Teddy Roosevelts dream of making the American Borders to include the entire continent. I've always said it is easier to defend 150 miles of border on the Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras border and border than 1100 miles of border from Texas to California.

If my "new reboot" is successful, then Every Mexican, Guatemalan, and Belizean would become citizens of the United States and be free from Mexican, Guatemalan and Belizean control. This would reunite families on both sides of the current border. However, the Mexican people, the Guatemalan people, and the Belizean people would have to v**e on it. And the states within their countries would have an opportunity of becoming a member of the United States of America.

What I also bring to the table is the fact that once and for all I would end the stranglehold the drug cartels have on our brothers and sister countries to the south. This is more aggressive then amnesty and allows americans to travel to our vacation spots south of the border by dropping the border completely and annexing Mexico into the United States. Our immigration issue would shrink and American Business would thrive. Thus, Mexican, Guatemala and Belize business would thrive as well. However, there will also be problems that need to be addressed before I render total control of Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize.

I would also disband the mexican police, and implement the officers into the United States Law enforcement. I do not want the rest of the world but I believe as Teddy Roosevelt believed, that America should include the entire continent. In time I would work on Central and South America too. But the rule will always be, if the citizens of the country want to be a state of this Union then I would grant the road to statehood to the local governments.

So the solutions I present to our modern problems of the economy, drugs, terrorists, medical and family issues can be solved with land expansion. Plus, with my confidence in the established laws of Civil Rights, I am sure that the Mexican, Guatemala and Belize cultures would be preserved. I would also entice Puerto Rico, and Cuba, to push for statehood too.

In our history, Cuba and the United States were always friends, however due to a botched Democrat job, Cuba felt abandoned and Castro went with Russia. John Kennedy always felt bad about that. Now, the sons and grandsons of the president, could fulfill his mission of peace with Cuba and reinstate Cuba with the United States and make them a state. We should also include all of the Caribbean, including St. Thomas, Jamaica, Bermuda, and all the islands under one f**g. The United States of America f**g. This would promote Americanism and reboot freedom in a way never before done.

I do not believe in the bias media, that countries on this continent are against us. No way! We are the biggest consumer of goods and services and have given so much wealth to our neighbors why not include them into our union? However this is a personal dream of mine, and I know this would solve the southern border crisis and immigration crisis from the south.

This is just the beginning however, it would take over a hundred plus years to complete however, our prosperity would increase if we do it. This is not imperial empiricism, for the people would have to be willing. I would not admit a state into the union if they did not agree by unanimous v**e. I would not take possession of their territory either. However, I would try to persuade them by all honorable means necessary.

We must first however, work on our family unit. Then branch out to expansion. That is my idea. What are you guy's thoughts on this?

To answer your question, I must revise your question a little bit. Not only must we defend the Bill of Rights but we must defend the Constitution in its entirety. Any threat against the Constitution is a threat against our homeland and yes both are under attack.

Well, do you think Nero thought of any of this when he burned Rome, or Hitler when he k**led the Jews? Did Saddam Hussein think of any of this when he murdered thousands? Did the rebellious Jews think of this when their temple was destroyed in 70 A.D. by the Romans? Or did the Emperor of Japan think of this when he bombed Pearl Harbor? Or were each of these leaders so stubborn that they paid for their t***sgressions by an overwhelming act of righteousness?

These times are escalating the issues to a biblical standard! Did Louis the 16th think of this when the Inquisition was occurring? Did Europe think of this when they punished Germany for World War II? Does it really matter if the IRS, the Banksters, 8Fed, IMF, CFR care?

The people care and that is what is important. The philosophy that I have stated, the history in which I have stated is proof enough to charge not only the President, Vice President, Secretary of State, Defense Secretary, and the IRS and various other Executive Departments including the Department of Health and Human Services with dereliction of Duty and failure to do their job, but I have also pointed out what the result may be if they are allowed to continue with this sort of Tyranny.

Now a question was asked "what does one do about it?" and the answer is to do what you can do, when you have the opportunity to do so. Petition Congress, v**e the responsible out of office, pray for our Country, these are just three of a million things that can be done by "We the people."

Be creative if need be. But get the message out. This is what I have been saying. If enough people stand together for the cause of holding our elected officials responsible for their actions Congress will act in our favor. History has shown this.

Did Congress not act against Nixon when he overstepped his authority? Did Truman not act when he felt Roosevelt stayed in the oval office for sixteen years and after he died he instituted and backed the Amendment limiting the term of president to two consecutive terms? It may have taken ten years but didn't the public push Congress, to push the president to get us out of Vietnam, (which would have happened sooner if Robert Kennedy was not k**led)?

The unjust will always lust after power, so we the just must limit that power. The founders knew this for they set up in the Constitution not only the separation of powers but a system of checks and balances which the people are included in.

The founders feared factions that would tear the Constitution to shreds. They feared that small groups of people, would bribe our Representatives, Congressmen, Senators, and even the President into doing their bidding. Watch Mr. Smith goes to washington, how a political machine was so stubborn and arrogant, that the machine told leaders what to do? Is this true freedom? Having a political machine tell a person of power what to do?

Historically speaking the people can take abuse. It was true in the events leading to the Civil War, and events leading to the Civil Rights movement and events leading to the Cold War and the end of the Cold War. When the people speak the government must listen, or the government will lose not only their jobs but their lives. The people will not care what the IRS, for example thinks, when the people demand justice.

Hitler wrote a book on how he would take over the world. The people did not care and thought he was just blowing smoke, that tune changed, when he damn near did it.

Learn from the past. The saying goes, "Those who fail to study history are condemned to repeat it." This is what is going on today. I do not advocate violence to achieve the goals of the people. However, violence tends to be the only thing these stubborn people react to. And now it seems that Obama in lieu of B******i and the deaths of Americans all over the globe along with other injustices done to Americans, are being ignored. So my question to you is, How long will America stand for such violence?

Obamacare was an immoral act of Congress, and it threatened life, but it was nothing compared to the deaths of hundreds in the events that followed.

Are you afraid of another Vietnam? It was amazing to me that during Desert Storm, John Q Public was afraid of another Vietnam in 1991, yet today the same political party that led us to Vietnam is in office. And millions have died. Why hasn't anyone tallied up the deaths due to terror victims as compared to the deaths of those who lost their lives in World War I, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam?

And it would be shocking to John Q Public if the Media did such a study. Would the deaths of which terrorists , that is Islamic terrorists, are responsible for, totalled more than these wars and drunk drivers be exceeded? How then would Obama's actions of releasing these prisoners of war be, viewed by the Public?

We must act now to take back our country. We cannot wait. I showed the general conscience of most Americans I deal with and have surrounded me in my statements here. I have shown the lessons of both history and religious faith. I have shown the articles in which the government is guilty of. And yet we remain apathetic?

Call upon your family, friends, and neighbors to assist the cause of freedom. Are we a lynch mob country or a country of laws? Bring back the rule of Law, Mr. President by resigning. Then to the public I say, give me a candidate that is worth a darn to v**e for, instead of having, we, the people, try to decide between two tyrants.

Show me an American Son or Daughter, that acts upon their conscience and I will show you a true leader and a patriotic American. Show me a person whose character is based in humility and justice. One who believes in true freedom not freedom trumped up by lawyers and lobbyists.

Show me an American who has the fortitude to do what it takes even if it is unpopular. Show me a true American who is ethical and moral, who is fair and true, who supports freedom like our founding fathers. The liberals put emphasis on the defects of our founding father's character without showing what t***h and justice can do.

Obama has turned the office of the presidency into an imperial office. Has Emperor Palpatine entered into the United States Government? Did George Lucas in 1977, happen to write a prophecy on what might happen to the United States in his Star Wars saga? Many in the saga lost their lives dethroning the Emperor. Is Obama's goal to disband Congress?God Forbid!

In the above quote directly from Matthew replace Jerusalem with America and you will see the Lament for America. This generation is so stubborn and wicked that Americans are not fighting for what is right but instead are afraid to stand up for what is right. We watch as the unrighteous take away each liberty we have until we must use arms against them.

There was a great lament for Jerusalem. There was a great lament for Rome. Will America be next? Listen you Americans. We need no leader, for each of us are leaders! We who believe in God and the Constitution are leaders. We have been endowed with the leadership that comes from God, Himself. Don't you understand. When we walk in the light of God, Abraham Lincoln's gettysburg address is up held, and "A government of the people by the people shall not perish from the earth."

From Age to Age, the righteous who walk in the light of God, had their own Obama's in their age. And those righteous were triumphant against those Obamas.

The righteous brought forth heroes known as Moses, Joshua, Samson, the Judges and Prophets. The righteous took upon themselves a revolutionary idea brought upon the teachings of our God, Jesus Christ. The Love of God, was so powerful, that His teachings, brought forth this great nation of freedom.

My God, the God of Israel, the God, who came to earth, and died for our Sins and taught us how to live, brought forth new ideas never before realized by man. V**e every chance you get and spread the word. If you want the blessings of the Almighty, you must work for them and show the Almighty that you are worthy for them. Bring evidence of the fault of their character into a court of law and have the court decide their guilt. Uphold that if you are an American Citizen that you have a voice, however, if you are not an American Citizen you do not have a voice. Know this also, if you are an American Citizen that you are a servant of the world. The higher in statue you are in the American Society, the greater your servitude is to the world.

This warning that I just stated has been restated in history over a million times through the ages. By following God, you will retain riches and glory, might and power. But use that might and power, those riches and glory for the betterment of mankind and not the benefit of the few.

If you look at entitlements, you will see that the citizen who is entitled to these entitlements grows lazy and expects them. You cannot build upon this. An ancient Greek Philosopher once said about politicians, "If you want a politician to work for you, you either give them everything you have or give them nothing." For the politician accepts the riches and power and grows lustful for both and greed follows.

A politician is arrogant before the people where a statesman is humble before the people. A politician will ask "how can I work for you?" seeking the benefit of the work for himself or his constituents where a statement will look for the betterment of all through all generations.

The age limit of the Presidency of the United States is 35 years old, that is you must be 35 years old or older to hold the office. The reason for this is because the founding fathers did not want an irresponsible young man, holding the office. The age limit for US Senator is 40 and the representatives 25. The founding fathers wanted the fraternity of wisdom, this is why they prayed at every session of Congress in the beginning. Are prayers still said today? Are these prayers said truly and in humility, or are they said as a requirement of tradition?

I appreciate the 'thank you' and I thank you for reading my statement. Now, I want to educate you on the secret to surviving our system so to speak. If you really examine the constitution you will find out two things. One the true power is in the people and two, no matter how arrogant of a politician you are, you must fear the people.

This system of government is intended to work on the local level. The local level is supposed to be free of external higher level politics. And for the most part they are. It is an a*********n to have "entitlements." The intended purpose of entitlements were designed around the great depression and were supposed to end 20 years thereafter. This is what John Kennedy was shooting for. But instead, after he was k**led, Johnson not only extended the Vietnam War, but he extended the entitlements, and every democratic president since has done the same.

National issues are not supposed to effect us on a local level, and local issues are not supposed to effect the entire country. What is right in San Francisco, may or may not be right in New York, Chicago, and New Orleans, let alone Los Angeles. And vice a versa. Knowing this, the framers of the Constitution wanted to allow local authority to have the power, where federal authority just played support.

So the founding fathers created the Articles of Confederation, which gave too much power to the states and local authority. It did not work, so the Continental Congress met again and o*******w the Articles of Confederation and created the Constitutional Government which gives equal power to the branches of government, the state, and the local authority and the people.

If we have Common Sense anymore, then it stands to reason that one American Citizen, has the same power as the Local Authority, as the State Authority, as the Federal Authority. One person, one citizen is equal to a State, The Executive branch, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch. Look at it this way in terms of entity.

A single American is an entity. A city, or village, or community is one entity. A county is an entity. A state is an entity. The Executive Branch is an entity, the Legislative Branch is two entities and the Judicial Branch is a Single entity. The Legislative Branch is different due to the fact that it is made up of two houses. That is the Senator is an entity and the Representatives are an entity.

Now our system works on the representative basis. If there is a need in the local level. The locals can petition the government for help. The next level whether it originates in a city or a county is the state. Then the Federal Government. This is how commerce and law enforcement is established and it is the locals that give these higher levels their power. If locals say "no" then the word is no. We saw this just recently with the tensions in Nevada, where once again the Federal Government overstepped their bounds for this was a local issue not a federal issue. And once again Harry Reid made it a federal issue.

Look at Waco, Texas and Ruby Ridge Colorado, the shootings at the schools starting with Columbine, Colorado, and reaching as far east as Sandy Hook elementary. Let me be more clear, if you live in the pioneer states, it would be justifiable to have a gun for hunting. But if you live in the inner cities the only reason to have a gun is for protection.

Now the law of the land, the second amendment, guarantees the right to bear arms to every American, this is only within reason. For the entities have a right as guaranteed by the Constitution to protect themselves. This applies to the man with the gun as much as it applies to the man without the gun.

Liberals would have you believe that a pen written law, will protect you should a man with a gun arrive at your home. Physics says different. No matter what law you write if the people don't abide by it then it is no law at all.

My whole point of this discussion is simply the Constitution is meant for locals. Not for bigger and bigger government.

Let me let you in on a secret. Control is easiest with the fewest number of human beings involved. The more bureaucracy that is involved the longer it takes for answer. Look at the boys in the Alamo waiting for an answer from Congress. Until Sam Houston did something about the crisis.

If Congress waits too long then the people will react on their own. This is why the Constitution was written the way it was. The people are to lead the government not the government lead the people. Make sense. Don't put the cart before the horse. We the people are the horse, and the government on all levels are the cart.

Didn't St. Paul say in Corinthians, "Faith without works is dead"? Isn't it true that an unjust law is no law at all? And doesn't from time to time the Catholic Church ask their members for civil disobedience which is different from breaking the law?

We must as Christians shun, evil men, may God rebuke them. We must condemn sin, and convince the sinner to sin no more. H**e the Sin and save the sinner. However, we do not have to tolerate evil when it is on our doorstep, in our homes, and on our property. For our property is ours to do with as we please. However, public property is not ours and we must respect others. However, in respecting others we must also respect ourselves. If it is right for an atheist to make a Christian take down his cross, then it is right for the Christian to make the atheist control their behavior. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. Now mind you the principle stated above used the example of a Christian and an atheist.

If the government of John Q Public is going to assume authority over the people for wh**ever reason, then the Christian complains about the atheist must be heard, just like the complaints about the Christian. For example, if the Greek God Justice can be raised upon a public building, then the Christian God, Jesus Christ can be raised upon a public building. And if either Justice or Jesus Christ is offense then both must be taken down. In reality however, and based upon this principle, neither Justice nor Jesus is offensive so why have this argument?

Upon examining this situation, more closely we find that the seculars are complaining about bigotry when the Christian complains. However, is bigotry a one way street, I think not! So to ensure Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness, some think that neither the Christian or the Secular have a right to complain.

This stance worked for approximately 20 years in the United States until the seculars pushed too far. Yes in the past the Conservatives who were made up of mostly Christians did abuse their power. However, the pendulum has swung in the opposite direction. Now the bigots are on the otherside. Yet, because these people's parents were truly victims of bigots, the children do not accept either the faith, and they are sensitive to the comments from their adversaries. This is unfair to both groups. Both the Christian and the secular lose and it causes a losing battle for both. Therefore, it is right for the Christian to speak out about this injustice, just as it is just for the secular to speak out against the same injustice. However, prudence shall dictate according to divine providence, that an argument against the foundation of a principle, when it is rooted in sin, is unjust.

Incidentally I do believe I got that last statement from Thomas Jefferson himself in the federalist papers. Now even though the term "sin" is a religious term, man can "sin" against man. Sin is an ancient word meaning offense or trespass. Sin was special for it described an offense against a god or a deity. However, an offense is an offense, a sin is a sin, and a trespass is a trespass. Therefore, the Christians and Jewish people have a common law that is "Love God with all your heart, mind and soul. And love your neighbor as yourself." This is the common theme of the Law of Moses for it is written three times in the Hebrew Law. In Exodus, Leviticus, and Deuteronomy. Also I believe it is mentioned in Numbers and many other books of the Old Testament. In the New Testament it is commonly called the "Golden Rule". Now, for Jews and Christians, this is the rule to live by, for this rule sums up their God's law both Christian and Jew. The Chosen people of God are the priestly people of man. For the Jews were entrusted in showing an example for all people. The Jews rejected God many many times and God took them back. Then God chose the Christians.

To every group there is the adversary of that group. If Christians and Jews are "Conservatives" then the "Liberals" are the adversary. However, to be truly liberal is one who believes in Change. Change is accepted by both God and Man, so what's the problem? Right? Well change to promote sin against thy neighbor is wrong Liberals and Conservatives agree on that issue however, when laws are written to only include a Conservative or a Liberal then the Government is not fair for it is supporting one group over another. This supporting of one group over another is Bigotry. This was seen in many recorded Supreme Court cases in History. Just remember if it is a sin against the dignity of man, the justice of man, or the person of man, then it is a wicked evil. If it promotes the dignity of man, justice of man, responsible freedom of man or the person of man then it is an act of righteousness. Yes even a liberal can be just, Robert and John Kennedy are considered by me to be Just leaders seeking to make America greater than it was.

But every leader, no matter how ruthless they may be,(Bobby Kennedy was considered to be a ruthless Attorney General because he enforced the law), when they advocate true justice and true heavenly peace, end up paying for it with their lives. Example of this in the previous century are John and Robert Kennedy, as well as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and John Lennon. There were many others but these four stand out for America wept for them. Conservatives and Liberals alike, even our enemies wept for these great men. But what made them so great?

Now this is what we as Christians must keep in mind, one of the greatest qualities of these great men was "They accepted the duty that was given to them without compromise." When they were presented with a problem, instead of pleasing the crowd and putting a bandaid on the problem, they sought solutions that would be permanent. Each of these men, including yes, John Lennon believed in Divine Providence. When they "had the opportunity to act, they accepted the responsibility and duty to act", this founding principle is not only a founding father principle but a basic Christian principle. Let it now be known that this principle is the duty of every Christian. An example of this is when Bobby Kennedy said to the young people of the United States in the 60s, "Stamp out injustice wherever it may be."

Now injustice comes in many forms and remember the rule is if a man sins against another man it is unjust. Therefore, we must stop sin the cause of injustice. This is not a movement, this is a founding principle. Known to not only our founding fathers, but every leader of every group of humans since the dawn of time and the discovery of awareness. "I think therefore, I am", "I am therefore I have dignity", "I have dignity therefore my dignity must be protected"

Also man has a need to find a higher power. This need for the higher power, grants dignity and shows love to thier fellow man. This concept is true of every religion across the world and does not differ from one culture to another. This concept is the common theme that draws all people together. This is why the freedom of religion, or lack there of, is so important. This is why freedom of conscience is so important. If I am to believe in Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I dream" speech of 1962, when he commanded that we should be judged by the "content of our character." then what character content would be considered acceptable? Upon further research we find that Dr. King was Christian and Robert and John were Catholic.

In a time of great trial in the United States, two Catholics accepted a Baptist minister on judging a man, by the content of his character. Thus, Civil Rights was reborn. These founding principles of Civil Rights should be known for today we forgot what the Civil Rights were about and now today the meaning is pushed too far to the liberal side that Sin is hard to determine logically, but the conscience knows sin and will make a man with a conscience feel guilty should he act in a way contrary to this principle.

The principle of Civil Rights are born with the Christian ideology of "h**e the sin, not the sinner" which extend Civil Rights to include the Unborn Child, the Old, and the Criminals on death row. The dignity of Life is more precious to the one believing in Civil Rights, to be subjected to a Court Order of Death.

However, should the knowledge of wickedness, twist the principle, that wickedness must be as Robert put it, "stamped out". So, keeping with these principles and in conclusion, to act in a matter, to preserve the spirit of the Law and its interpretation, we must as Christians, and Conservatives, as a people, Liberal, we must stamp out injustice, while preserving this principle. This single principle, was described by Thomas Jefferson in the first few lines of the Declaration of Independence that began with "When in the course of human events...."

God bless America, and hopefully in the Grace of God's blessing, Christians, Liberals and Conservatives alike will remember the principles and defend the Constitution and bring back the rule of law. I have shown in my first post the "sin" of Obama against the Constitution in Article II and III of the United States Constitution. It is up to us as a people to force our elected officials to act against this sin of tyranny. We have a duty and a responsibility to act. Our Congressmen have a duty and a responsibility to act. Therefore it is our time to show the greatness of America, during our test, and show God and the world that America is great, and has not lost favor or grace with God, it just took time, for our light to speak as it is being blotted out by our t***sgressors.

Let's allow the prostitutes and murderers and thieves run rampant in the white house and the homes of senators, representatives, and judge's residences. Then and only then tell me I'm wrong. But no they will not do that. Well here's my warning to all of America!

If We, the people, do not act the future will be for us, exactly the way it was for c*******t Russia from 1989 to present. The ruibal in 1980 had some value until Russia was involved in Afghanistan. Leviticus chapter 20, condems homosexuality, beastiality, necerfilia, and incest, yet the seculars are to rewrite this part of history as saying its okay! Really? This is the first attack on the United States family unit.

If adultery including sodomy is alright, then the family is no more. The family that made this country so great and prosperous has been replaced by sodomists and seculars. Well if the homosexuals couldn't get it right in Sodom and Gomorrah, if they couldn't get it right in Ancient Israel, and Babylon. If they couldn't get it right in Ancient Greece and Rome where it was accepted, then why in God's name do they think they can get it right here in the USA?

However, being a Christian nation, We do have to accept the people as human beings. H**e the Sin not the Sinner. Condemn the Sin not the sinner. This is where the seculars have a problem. The seculars preach co-existence, yet when pushed into it they refuse to practice it. To put it bluntly, if you speak out against Christianity it is not discrimination or bigotry, how ever if you speak out against murderers, adulterers, homosexuals, thieves, etc, beastiality, and necrophilia, you are a bigot. How HYPOCRITICAL!

And it doesn't stop there! If it is against a certain religion, the state according to the first amendment cannot support it. However, Obamacare is against Christianity and supports secularism. Then the secularists seem to be employing the help of the Muslims. Welcome B******i. Meanwhile Obama made it easier for these groups to enter in to the United States by suing Arizona for trying to protect its self.

So recap! Obamacare, Gay Marriage, I*****l I*********n, B******i, then the pompous O'i***t, then has the nerve to act more treasonous by releasing many terrorists from US custody.

So my prediction is this: God will allow the United States of America to sin against him for a while, then just like Mesopotamia, Phoenicia, Chaldia, Egypt, Israel, Babylonia, Persia, Greece, Rome, the United States would be punished.

Finally Rome united all of the European continent Northern Africa the middle east and western Asia. So let me ask you a question what happened to the Roman Republic? The democratic Roman Republic that made Rome so great with leaders such as Pompey, Julius Ceasar, Cassius, Mark Antony? They were all k**led and through thunderous applause the people in their ignorance created the greatest empire in Ancient times the Roman Imperial Empire headed by Julius Caesar' Nephew, whom the bible names as Caesar Augustus!

It was during this time that Jesus Christ comes to set the humans straight and to make humanity understand that it was the Angels, the rebellious Angels that poisoned our race. See, there is just one race of human beings no matter what the Democrats say. It is called the human race. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Agreed just listen to his I dream speech. These rebellious angels used sex to poison the human race. As a result the Nephilim were created.

Any student of history knows who the Nephilim are. They are the Titans of Greek Myth, and they are the gods and goddesses of Greece, Rome, Egypt, Chaldia, and Mesopotamia. Moses, Joshua, Samson, King Saul and King David, the prophets all were commanded to wipe them out. But they didn't instead they called them another race.

Then Christ showed the Jews and Gentiles how to control them in his new religion based upon his old religion. Through forgiveness the genes of the Nephilim could be suppressed and Humanity would thrive. This was the knowledge of the founding fathers an ancient knowledge passed down from Adam and Eve through the nation of Israel to the Christians. Yet the Catholic Church fell into the same trap, that their ancestors did by exercising the Gene of the Nephilim until their Protestant brothers showed them the error of their ways.

Our protestant brothers formed in purity and innocence the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution based upon the innocence of the faith. "All Men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator Certain unalienable rights that among them are life liberty and the pursuit of happiness" are the immortal words that parallel an older warning of Samuel. We do not require or need a King!

To have a president to preside over the country of the United States is an act of Treason, plain and simple. Did you know the first generation of the Nephilim which stood 450 feet tall, and are considered by Darwin as Cro Magnon Man, k**led each other off. In Greek Mythology Cronus devoured his children. The Greek Olympian Gods then chained the titans below Hades. Then there were, "demi-Gods", the destruction of the first generation Nephilim, caused the birth of demons. For when these creatures part man, part Angel, died, their spirits/souls, did not go to heaven or hell they were trapped on the earth. These demons knew Jesus Christ, the great Judge who condemned them to the earth.

The greatest triumph of the devil is convincing the world that he does not exist, and convincing the world that God is the enemy. This brings about the destruction of man. This may be a religious, or moral or even ethical and historical issue but it does happen and is real. The once considered "myths" of ancient days may be true.

In light of this new evidence, and observing what is happening to the greatest country of Christendom, the United States, You should come to the undeniable fact that what is happening in the United States with this president, is nothing new. He is supporting the Nephilim. The act of homosexuality is an act of the Nephilim. They taught man this. Now, I have shown in my statement here the how and why. Jesus, and the prophets especially Daniel, and the apostle John, wrote that the end times would be like the days of Noah. By God, that is what they are look around you. Wars and rumors of wars keep springing up. The last Superpower is being eroded from within.

Now I speak to the Christians when I say are you going to let this happen. I challenge all of you research the ancients. How were sites like Stonehenge, and the Pyramids, and ancient Mayan structures built? Can you explain this? I have just connected Archeology, Darwin, the Bible, and Ancient Myths, and modern Science where it fits and yet are we to be so arrogant that we will not stop this a*********n.

To stop it we must first dethrone Obama and all leaders who would convince the public that the devil does not exist and follow ancient secular ways. Remove from office t*****rs like Obama which in his arrogance will cause the destruction of these United States. Thank you.

Take courage my friend, the principle of the Declaration of Independence clearly states, "We hold these t***hs to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

Notice that this statement goes well beyond just Civil Rights. Notice that this principle says that we the people have a right and a duty, to change or abolish a government that becomes destructive, but we have the responsibility and duty to reinstate a new government based upon the principles of the old government and organizing its powers so that the new government will not be abused with people drunk with power as the old government was.

Based upon this principle and if you would read the next statement of the Declaration, to revolt against the government of the United States, is wrong! Just because one department of a three department government is corrupt doesn't mean the whole government is corrupt therefore a violent revolution, (against popular opinion) would be just as irresponsible as the tyrant now in office. So, Sirs and Madams, why should I trade one tyrant 3000 miles away for 3000 tyrants 1 mile away?

In the past forty years my generation is more educated then our parents and grandparents. Hey we had the internet, my parents had TV and my grandparents had the radio, and my great-grandparents had the newspaper. Now my great-grandparents were pioneers, my grandparents survived but were never the same, two world wars and the great depression; my parents survived the 60's,70's and 80's, (too much to condense in a single statement), now if these people could throw off tyrants and contribute to the greatness of this country so can we and it all begins by not compromising with the ridiculousness of liberal and secular thought.

Weigh the issue like this, if you give the seculars everything they want they will k**l you because they want it all, however if you give the Christians what they want, they will return to you with fruits of their harvest as thanks. Christians fall with thunderous applause, and seculars fall with the shedding of blood.

Due to this reason and being responsible I recommend that we bring back the rule of law, and stand as one, with Congress and support the full investigation, impeachment and trial of the President. Senator John McCain wrote me back in 2012 and part of his letter stated, "Obama not only walked over our rights but he has galloped over our rights!" This was back in 2012. Now in my last quote I stated the reasons for impeachment I recommend that we, in the tradition of Robert Kennedy, a Democrat, exercise our greatest power, and "stamp out this injustice" by petitioning Congress, specifically the House of Representatives, who right now are scared about what we are going to do, because remember, the November e******ns are right around the corner, and demand that they do their duty and hold Obama accountable and responsible and either throw him in jail or kick him out of office or both.

Any other statement, defending or attacking Obama is a moot point unless, we hit him where it hurts. Remove him from office and you will be amazed at how his tune is going to change and all the excuses he will try to pull. Stand vigilant! Obama did not back down when he attacked Arizona, why should I back down when I charge him for treason? Which is worse a state that wants to protect themselves or a treasonous president?
