Sound questions. I am not trying to be rude or insulting when I say such "sound questions" are madness to me on this issue. I do not get it. It is like asking, "Should I barbecue the chicken or my children?" Reasonable and logical debate about massive death and destruction is Loony Tunes. The war to end all wars should have. Then we had something even worse by five. And now we talk almost non-nonchalantly about war, as if it is ever an answer or option. Crazy! What sort of mind can entertain such absurdity?
I am not saying you, Pennylynn. You simply presented a few scenarios. We seem to take to talks about war like it is a video game. The ludicrous nature of contemplating war is a mental illness.

Morgan; Since you ignored this thrice.

One of the "stupidest" changes was outlawing CFC's (Freon 12,22,502, etc)
The patents were running out. There would have been competition to produce those refrigerants.
Taking CFC's off of the market, cost American consumers 100's of Billion$.
Those CFC's were cheap, efficient, and non-toxic.
It was all about making money for the insiders again.
Making all in place machinery (car refrigeration, home and industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems) "obsolete" by government decree.
As always; follow the inside money.
BTW; The asbestos removal industry is another example.
I sat in on some engineering get togethers in the beginning ; where participants were commenting on the money to be made, and to jump on it.
They were right.
BTW; A clarification. It is the OVERK**L that is the problem.
Care to respond, Morgan? br Morgan; Since you igno... (

You just spout this Crap out without any facts, or proof, we just say Oh OK Eagle you worked in refrigeration. Refrigeration patents had nothing to do with banning them, so what's your point?
This environmental concern brought about a pact to phase out the use of CFCs and restore the ozone layer, which was eventually signed by every country in the United Nations—the first UN treaty to achieve universal ratification.
The unparalleled cooperation has had a major impact.Chemical manufacturers were also able to create substitutes for CFCs with little-added costs, enabling governments to address the problem without great impacts on the economy or average lifestyle.
Now a complete rebound seems imminent. Some scientists project that by 2080 global ozone will return to 1950s levels.
Don't you ever get tired of conspiracies?

Interesting that you still cannot get it thru your head that Democrats tanked the country by collapsing the housing market thru forcing banks, and other lenders, to finance housing loans to people who could not afford them putting banks in financial peril. You still drink the poisoned kool aid "Bush did it." Amazing the level of invincible ignorance amongst you.
It's amazing you post your alternative facts, let's not forget we all lived through it, day by agonizing day. Go sell your BS to your fellow cronies who'll all agree with your so called facts. Now we have the Trumpet, greeeaaaat.
