==================================================

Thank you for making my point. Answer: You don't.

That's why men shouldn't be allowed in the women's restroom, regardless of what g****r they pretend to be.

However, there are clues as to one's g****r without a "declaration" from said individual.

Question: Why would you put women at such a risk by allowing such nonsense?

And again, to be clear, the greater concern is not so much that a t****y would walk into a women's restroom...I mean, if they're a true t****y, they're likely harmless.

The problem is that there's no way for you to know if they're a true t****y or just some maniac dressed in d**g with ill-intent in mind waiting to prey on the innocent.

Now again I ask, why would you put innocent women and girls in jeopardy simply to placate a tiny percentage of "square pegs"?

This is what happens when equal rights become special rights.

Perhaps, if you have something to say, just spit it out. You're not very good at snarky or innuendo, so just come on out with it.

Are you inferring that I am threatening violence to people that claim t*********r status?

Who is this "clod" of whom you speak and what evidence do you have of such claims of violence?

Is there something that you don't understand about what t*********r indicates?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let me make it easy for you since you have a bit of a problem with reading comprehension.

My wife and daughter are not going to be comfortable (nor will I) with going into a restroom with someone claiming to be t*********red (as most of them never go through with the sex-altering surgery).

For your information, just because you claim to be t*********red, doesn't mean that you actually are.

Hell, I'm not even claiming that genuine t*********red people are necessarily the danger. I'm saying that people masquerading as t*********red are the real danger.

Any pervert can put on a dress and claim to be t*********red. Who's going to go into the stall with them to check? YOU? Are you going to check to see if they are "packing" before they go into the restroom? ONLY the women's restroom will there be an issue of vulnerability because a biologically male born individual is going to have three things that are dangerous. Strength, testosterone and a penis.

How's the dad that takes his little 6 year old daughter to an event somewhere going to feel about letting her go into the "formerly known as women's" restroom with this kind of nonsense in play?

I guarantee you that if there isn't a single occupancy restroom available, he's walking her into the men's room. He's not taking a chance that a pervert is lurking in the women's restroom.

You Lefty i***ts should have your little asses paddled for even suggesting such lunacy.

10 years ago, you wouldn't have convinced me that I would actually have to argue for sanity with people.

Do you think that we don't have to be prepared NOW that a man, you know a person with a penis, may be in a bathroom when we enter?
Here's hoping that when women in your world start shooting other women whom they mistake as men they are not let off the hook for that murder.

=================================================================

To your point, I agree with the preparedness concept. My wife and daughter are well trained on firearms and being aware of their surroundings. Now, if only I could convince them to put the iphone away for two seconds until they're in a "safe zone". Smart phones are probably the biggest safety hazard to the public at large. Especially on the road.

My point is that this new bathroom switcheroo will increase dangerous incidents because a man can now, in broad daylight, walk into a woman's restroom without anyone noticing it as being wrong or even peculiar. That's what happens when the Left insists on forcing the overwhelming majority to acquiesce to the tiniest minority. That's what happens when "equal rights" become "special rights".

How do you jump from self-defense to shooting anyone that you remotely feel threatened by without even clearly determining the actual sex or intention of the individual? What friggin' world do you live in? Good granny, I don't know anybody like what you described.

The women in "my world" have just a tad more keen discernment capabilities than the ones in your world it would appear.

I expect the lines to the single occupancy restroom will be long and comprised of mostly women afraid of the potential danger lurking in their normal place of relief.

Fact is, women are not going to be comfortable going to a public restroom with the threat of a man possibly being in there.

Threat: The odds of a t*********r person in a women's restroom is far less than the odds that a pervert will claim "g****r-questioning" status in order to gain lawful entry.

Classic example of not just the tail wagging the dog, but the flea wagging the tail that wags the dog.

We're supposed to bend all the rules for a group that falls into the less than 1% category. Once again, the Left wants to flip common sense, normalcy and common decency upside down and on its head for maybe a handful of people.

This isn't anything but a practical safety issue. Placing people in a potential compromising and dangerous situation is irresponsible and devoid of reason.

Why wouldn't you just have a single occupancy restroom for the tiny minority of weirdos that don't fit into the natural order of things. NO, let's just flip the table over and bow to the minority once again. The lunatics are running the insane asylum.

I recommend that women either use the single restroom or get a conceal carry license and be prepared for the predators.

Part of this article is somewhat correct and some parts are not.

The assertion that the American people are too stupid to think for themselves is partly true. It's evidenced by Obama and Trump supporters. These are people so myopic that they can't see the obvious contradictions with their chosen candidate.

Another example is the influence of the media. If the people are too stupid to understand that the media is biased and therefore are influenced by them, then yes, the people are too stupid. You either think for yourself or you don't. One could argue that supporting Trump is indicative of someone that thinks for themselves, but on the other hand, anyone that cannot see that Trump is probably the most incompetent candidate ever to run for POTUS should have their head examined.

Trump cries "foul" when he doesn't win. He's the little spoiled brat that stamps his feet when he doesn't get his way. Fact is, he hasn't done his homework. Neither has his campaign staff. Neither understands the process of the e*******l college system. A system that's been in place for two centuries. No one's c***ting or stealing anything. Donald either knows that, but plays on the ignorance of his constituency, or he's just that ignorant and incompetent himself. While Trump's focused on the popular v**e, Ted Cruz has been focused on the delegates. That's why Ted has been winning lately. Ted has a much better ground game.

But, fear not Trumpsters. Trump is likely to rally back and win in the Northeast because that's liberal territory. There aren't any real conservatives in the NE, so Trump will be right at home with that liberal bunch.

Poignant and precise. It is alarming how so many can be so easily duped. From B. Clinton to Bush, Obama to Trump. I don't think it's unique. I think it's simply indicative of the human condition and there are those that are well-equipped in manipulation. A contributing factor is that our educational system has failed us. Why? With freedom comes great risk. We've allowed progressivism to snake in quietly and equally cold and calculating, and it has bitten and rotted us from the inside.

Unfortunately, we'll likely have to lose it all before we turn it around. We are slowly dying of a cancer that can be cured, but will not be cured. This slow death roll has been in process for a hundred years. We're now in stage 4 and I don't see us turning it around.

I just returned from a trip to Williamsburg, Va. This was my second visit to the Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown and Mt Vernon/DC tour. I had to make this trek now because my daughter is in high school and will be off to university in a few years. It is my mission, my duty to teach her and instill in her the values and principles of our family, the founding fathers and of God. After she leaves, that's it. If she hasn't a foundation within her of sound principles, then I have failed her. The university will do their best to chip away and erode all that I've taught her and try and mold her into a good little progressive Marxist. It is my humble prayer that they do not succeed.

On our way back home from the Virginia vacation, we stopped off in Florida to visit family for a few days. I don't think they could've been any less disinterested in where we'd just vacationed or why. They are completely consumed with making money and living the "salt life". Admittedly, their lifestyle is pretty good. Beaches, boats, motorcycles, shopping, restaurants and lots of booze...they live well. Yet, they don't have a foundation of principle. They have no idea what's going on and they don't care. They're too busy "living the life".

So, do I think America will wake up? Not looking at my circle of family, friends and co-workers. No, I think this whole thing will crash and burn before we "wake up". I've been sounding the alarm for several years. Nobody's interested.

Socialism is not the redistribution of wealth. It is the redistribution of poverty.

Socialists are always complaining about "e******y". The ethos of the egalitarian cousin.

And in their system of government, they actually get e******y. They all become equally poor...while the government becomes the rich.

Somebody's going to obtain the wealth in any system. It's only a matter of who and how it's distributed.

In a free market, merit-based system, everyone has the opportunity to obtain and realize wealth of some measure. There are many factors that contribute to one's level of opportunity and outcome, but much of it depends on the individual.

In the socialist model, the outcome is predetermined...by the government...not the individual...until the money runs out...and then either bailouts or cans being kicked down the road start to take place...or eventually, the government decides that they have too many mouths to feed...and the rationing begins...or simply, people start to disappear.

This is why the EU will eventually collapse under its own weight of debt. This is why America will also collapse due to decades of progressive policies (from both parties), crushing debt and an overblown and overreaching government.

Good times!!! Eat, drink and be merry...for tomorrow we pay the tab. And when I say "we", I mean our posterity.

Well, for the most part, they're absolutely correct. That's why the Tea Party movement was created. It's also why Donald Trump is having the success he's having (partially).

And, I am inclined to be in agreement with most of the Libertarian platform. There are a few sticking points that I disagree, but mostly I agree with Libertarians. I am especially aligned with them on fiscal policy, partially on foreign policy, the role of government, constitutional principles, etc. Freedom, being the overarching goal.

That being said, they've never been able to get out front, raise the capital and put forth a viable candidate that can compete with the establishment parties. That's why Ron and Rand Paul ran on the Republican ticket.

The Republican party used to be the conservative and constitutional principled party. However, the establishment progressive faction of the party has taken over most of it. There are but a handful of guys in Washington that are principled constitutional conservatives (not just in name, but in action). And one of those guys is TED CRUZ.

Therefore, it is my contention that if you claim to be a conservative or a conservative leaning Libertarian, then TED CRUZ is the overwhelming obvious choice.

Donald Trump is only in the race to destroy the Republican party and help Hillary win in November as he has NO intention of actually being the president. I have a much deeper theory on Donald Trump's intentions and situation that prompted him to run, but I'll spare you that one.

Kasich is also still in it to block Ted Cruz from winning the Rep nomination outright. Kasich recently accepted $700,000 from George Soros to help fund his campaign. Kasich appears to be campaigning to be Donald Trump's vice prez. He has no chance of winning anything and every chance of playing the spoiler to Ted Cruz.

Everyone knows that billionaire George Soros is the antithesis to all things good for America. George is behind Hillary to get her elected and Kasich is his "Judas" helping him get it done. And it appears that he is well on his way to getting what he wants.

As the two-time elected Republican Governor of New Mexico, he was able during his 8 year tenure to bring the state from a large deficit caused by the previous Governor to a surplus status
by the time he left office, due to term limits. The State has since reverted to insolvency under Dem Administrations.

Gov. Johnson, like Donald Trump, is a successful, but self-made millionaire, having founded his construction business while still in college. Johnson also ran in the Repub P**********l primary in former e******ns, but was shut out of the debates by the establishment Republicans and did not gain the nomination. Johnson then switched to the Libertarian Party.

Today, the United States is suffering from a crisis brought on by the RepubliCrat party. We are now looked down upon by much of the world, due to the policies of the RepubliCrats, currently led by Pres. Obama. Only a strong leader with firm libertarian/conservative policies can rescue the United States from the morass of the last 8-plus years. Gov. Gary Johnson is just that person. If you cannot stomach the leading contenders of the Dem Party (Clinton) and the Rep Party (Trump), Johnson is your candidate of choice.

Please take the time to look up Johnson and examine his record. Please watch the Libertarian Debate on Fox News Channel and see how "P**********l" Gov. Johnson looks and speaks. He is a libertarian/conservative along the lines of Ronald Reagan and will be a great President for the country and the world.

While I have very Libertarian leanings, I think you and the media are leaving one huge factor out of the equation.

And that factor is...TED CRUZ. He's still in this thing and gaining on Trump. He's likely to win Utah and Idaho and he may even win Arizona with 40% of the e*****rate being undecided.

Why would you try and introduce a 3rd party candidate at this juncture when you have a strong constitutional conservative in the race? Why wouldn't you just put all of your support behind Ted Cruz?

A Poem - by Willie Nelson

My nookie days are over,
My pilot light is out.
What used to be my p***e and joy,
Is now my water spout.

Time was when, on its own accord,
From my trousers it would spring.
But now I've got a full time job,
To find the friggin thing.

It used to be embarrassing,
The way it would behave.
For every single morning,
It would stand and watch me shave.

Now as old age approaches,
It sure gives me the blues.

And watch me tie my shoes!

Do you i***ts ever stop for a split-second to think about what you're saying? What Trump is actually saying?

If he wins, then the "Never Trump" faction will form a third party. If Trump loses, then he will form a third party.

Get used to it. Hillary will be President because she holds the Trump Card.

This little article is hardly sufficient evidence of it, but there's plenty out there if anyone cares to look. I won't waste much of my time doing the homework for you.

Besides, Trumpsters will deny any and everything, so why bother, right?

Nonetheless, I believe this theory to be absolutely true. It's what we constitutionalists call, "a self-evident t***h"...much like gravity.

Deny all you want, you'll still plunge to the earth if you step off the ledge, whether you believe it or not.
