In my world, that is assault, and is punishable by jail time. The
"Punk" has committed "two" crimes, within minutes of each
other, and he probably challenged the officer, threatened him, or
other crimes. Look at the size of the "Punk"!! He is the neighborhood BULLY! "Punk" and they are trying to make the
"Punk" out to be a singer and Saint that sings in the Church Choir! I won't say it was justifiable Homocide, but on my watch, the "Punk" hits the slammer!!

It is perhaps important to remember a few things, first of all it is justifiable under international law to violently resist a military occupation or blockade as both are considered acts of war. The Gaza strip has been occupied or under blockade since 1969. Secondly military attacks can not be aimed at civilians only at military objectives but this is determined by the capability of the military force. For instance Allied forces destroyed civilian sectors of many German and Japanise city's because it was impossible for them with the technology of the time to target accurately only factory's and military targets. If the Palistinian forces could deliver ordinance on military targets accurately you can bet they would, at this time the best they can do is aim paltry rockets in the general direction and hope for the best. In the current conflict the Palistinians have k**led over 60 IDF soldiers and only 3 civilians while the IDF has k**led mostly civilians in its careful targeting with far superior weapons. This sure looks a lot like the collective punishment of a civilian population which is a war crime, as is a disproportionate response to an attack. The facts on the ground do not add up very well for The IDF when they are claiming self defense. Iron dome is self defense, blasting the tar out of UN schools and Hospitals filled with women children and aid workers within the walled densely populated ghetto they created in Gaza clearly is not.

It may not appear to you that welfare is a crisis; that the i******s aren't hurting you. You will be correct in your analyst but, a short time down the road when it come time to pay the check, there will not be enough money to pay all SS, and welfare. Entitlements consume $1 trillion of a 3 trillion budget. O-bums heal care for the poor is paid for by health insurance premium payer's, the middle class, and new taxes mandated in the AcA. It was reported last week that in one day 70i0 i******s were spotted and all of them got through.
