If I had any questions about epidemics I would ask F***i before asking any of you. When you listen to someone as uneducated as Trump instead of a professional, you are part of the problem

So trump and biden may be guilty of the same type of malfeasance regarding classified documents.

If the investigations find both trump and his aides mishandled classified documents, and biden and his aides mishandled classified documents, should they both receive the same punishment regarding fines or possible prohibition from ever holding public office again.

It is unlikely that either trump or biden would be convicted and forced into some type of incarceration, and both trump and biden and their lawyers can and will use the trump defense of declassifying documents by thinking about declassifying them. Since, according to trump and his supporters, a president can declassify any document at any time.
So trump and biden may be guilty of the same type ... (show quote)

Any punishment should be based on the possible
obstruction and the level of threat to the country contained in the documents. Low level classified documents seldom contain potentially dangerous information; however, documents which endanger the country's safety or integrity need to be treated differently and so should the punishment.

Should biden be impeached for mishandling of classified documents?

It depends on what they find. If they are harmless low level documents no, but they are documents that endanger the safety of the country and it is proven that he knowingly removed them then yes.

I am saddened that many of the contributors to this forum are as polarized as the two parties. To be moderate is to unrepresnted.

Guess you missed my point..... one of the cops probably invited her in!

An i**********nist is an i**********nist and deserves to be shot. As to the police who lost their lives during or as a result of the i**********n as Thomas Jefferdon wrote..."The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." The police were patriots and unfortunately the tyrant (Trump) has yet to give his blood." His time is coming

Should Brunson prevail, will the left accept the ruling, or rise up against the US Constitution?

I don't know if this particular item will spark a revolution, but this dysfunctional Supreme Court is the most likely entity to strike the spark. The tender has already been put in place by taking away women's rights that have existed for 50 years. Scotus is currently a loaded gun.

I'll tell you who has zero cred...you and "American Thinker".

This was not a trial, it was a fact finding effort, and there was no use for the circus show the "freedom caucus" clowns want to turn the fact finding part of an investigation into. There is no need for arguments about what is being found, if charges are brought in indictments that lead to trials there will be plenty of time to roll out lame defenses against the evidence and testimonies used.

Couldn't agree no re. It's funny how the Trumpers seem to ignore that the restimonies all came from their own ranks.

And to our resident Trolls who kept pointing out McCarthy lost. He didn't lose. He just didn't win yet. And guess what. HE WON. So take your usual cheap comments and shove them.

And no, the Republicans are not in disarray. They are independent and not sheep tip toeing to the their masters demands, but able to speak their mind, and v**e for the people they represent, and America. Unlike democrats

I guess Trump will have to polish his belly button now so he can see.

Dear goldbonehead, None of those actions (no matter how despicable) threatened to tear apart the fabric of our democracy. Divisionist tactics work for neither side---unless you goal is to destroy America.

I was never worried about it, but it is somewhat disconcerting that it is not sparking the interest I thought it might.
