The suit is a joke and will go nowhere, even after Trump packed the court with right wing activists.

AMAC is righr biased with a mixed degree of reliability. Trump only won one case out of 60 in the 2019 e******ns, so I doubt that the Supreme Court, biased to the right as they are, will change anything. The NY State Supreme Court has either just sanctioned Trumps lawyers or is about to sanction them for filing frivolous law suits. It's about time, as Trump is wasting their time.

from the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

I hope it does go forward, since the politicians failed to do their duty BEFORE certification of the v**es. They unconstitutionally refused to hear arguments against certification. Not a partisan thing either, this is how Gore got them to look at Florida in 2020.

I don't know if this particular item will spark a revolution, but this dysfunctional Supreme Court is the most likely entity to strike the spark. The tender has already been put in place by taking away women's rights that have existed for 50 years. Scotus is currently a loaded gun.

Many of my Brother's-in-arms while in 'Nam were from the left-side of the political aisle and still are. They served our country very well while surviving "fire fights" then and would survive 'em still.
