I will give Harris a little credit. Nothing about her manner or politics of course. Her credit account is well over drawn in those areas.

But it is her dress, or lack of one. Men in politics and CEO's of business (Suckerberg excluded) all seem to know, the uniform of the job and position. If a woman wears pants, and many in politics often do, they ought to at least have some class while doing it. Harris seems to always be in a dark suit that is sort of well fitting and cut for a woman.

On the other hand their was the absolutely hideous outfits of Hilliary Clinton (looking like an cracked easter egg) and that stupid little vest of Elizabeth Warren was gawd awful. But the absolute worst is Lori Lightfoot dressed in an ill fitting dumpy mens suit.

So, lets give Harris a little credit. Damn little. When it comes to wearing pants, look at what else is out there.

Been wanting to criticize those other b***hes for the way they dress for a long time. Seemed like a good time to do it. Cheers

In his first 100 days in office, President Joe Biden has already proposed "The American Rescue Plan" ($1.9 trillion), "The American Jobs Plan" ($2.3 trillion), and "The American Families Plan" ($1.8 trillion). That's $6 trillion so far.

These plans... Do they mean families need to be rescued from jobs or your job needs to be rescued from you or you need to be rescued from your family? I can't quite tell...

The Biden administration has a lot of explaining to do – as the planning continues and the $6 trillion of your money gets spent.

Six trillion dollars is about $18,000 for every person in the U.S. Hope you weren't planning to do anything with that 18 grand...

I was planning on buying a used pickup truck and a new roof for the chicken coop.

But as the poet Robert Burns said...

Certainly one of the best-laid schemes of men (mice really didn't come into it, though I've got some in the chicken coop) was the U.S. Constitution.

And a notable feature of the Constitution is that it contains no plans.

The Constitution guarantees our freedom, but – on purpose – it doesn't tell us what to do with that freedom. We wouldn't be free if it did.

A leaky chicken coop and no pickup in which to haul away the old shingles aren't making me feel more free than I felt before Biden was elected. (And I have a flock of wet hens who are also pretty mad at the Biden administration.)

The Constitution contains no plans, but it does have a design. The document is painstakingly organized to create a form of government that keeps certain parts of the nation from exerting undue power over other parts of the nation.

In 1788, when the Constitution was ratified, this was a matter of balancing the interests of big states with small states, northern states with southern states, and the original eastern 13 states with the nascent western states of the future.

Thus, South Carolina wasn't allowed to plan New York's Erie Canal so that it began in Albany but went to Charleston instead of Buffalo.

Today, when states themselves are of somewhat less importance, it's a matter of balancing indignant urban self-righteousness with hinterland righteous indignation.

Thus the residents of Portland, Oregon, aren't allowed to draw up the plans for my chicken coop... Which, if they had it their way, would be solar-powered, constructed from sustainable organic materials such as recycled cardboard bong packaging, cover six acres in order to meet minimum free-range poultry-raising requirements, and contain no chickens due to vegan concerns for the ethical treatment of animals.

There's another, even more important aspect of the Constitution's design. This is to keep certain parts of the government from exerting undue power over... the government.

The executive branch is supposed to saddle the legislative branch, which is supposed to keep a tight rein on the judicial branch... which is supposed to halter the executive branch, which is supposed to tie the legislative branch to the hitching post and so on.

This "separation of powers" political horse-wrangling was an attempt to prevent the federal government from stampeding.

As I mentioned, my chicken coop is rickety and a wild Biden/Harris/Pelosi herd galloping through my barnyard could trample it.

Amendments IX and X in the Bill of Rights are clear on the subject of "hold your horses:"

IX.
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

X.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

In other words, we can make our own damn plans. We don't need the Biden administration to do it for us.

Indeed, it's dubious on what grounds the Biden administration has the authority to take $6 trillion of our money and plan to do wh**ever it wants with it.

In my opinion, this violates the 4th Amendment clause ensuring "The right of the people to be secure in their persons [and chickens], houses [and coops], papers [including pickup truck title and registration], and effects [eggs] from unreasonable searches and seizures."

Not to mention the 5th Amendment clause stating, "nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation."

Eighteen thousand dollars of my private property is being taken for public use in The American Rescue Plan, The American Jobs Plan, and The American Families Plan. I'd say just compensation for that would be... $18,000 (plus, of course, another $18,000 for my wife and $54,000 for our three kids).

But you may be thinking, "They're going to get that $6 trillion by taxing corporations, soaking the rich, and borrowing money from sucker countries like China. The $18,000 isn't coming out of my wallet." Take a look in your wallet. See that dollar bill? What does it say in small print up above George Washington's right ear?

ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE

What happens when sucker countries like China quit borrowing? Or wise up and start charging the kind of interest rates that ought to be charged for a $6 trillion loan to a bunch of worthless nags bucking and rearing and busting out of their corral? Your legal tender is going to get tenderized and wind up about as valuable as a horsemeat sandwich.

And rich corporations? Where do they get the money to pay for a hike in taxes? By hiking the prices they charge you.

And those soaked rich? Think they'll be hiring you to towel them off?

Maybe you're under the impression that $6 trillion in government spending means you're going to get $18,000. But as Abraham Lincoln pointed out in the Gettysburg Address, our government is "of the people, by the people, for the people."

You are these people... The Biden administration's plans are $6 trillion of your money, spent by you, for which you'll have to pay.

When the Biden administration comes knocking on the door looking to get that $18,000 from each and every one of us, I hope you'll join me while I take a seat on the egg crates dodging raindrops and saying, "Nobody in here but us chickens."

The remarks come as former President Donald Trump has continued to argue that the e******n was “stolen” from him, which has been met with repeated criticisms of being a conspiracy theory.

My opinion on these pipelines is that biden (his handlers) was utterly stupid in stopping the keystone pipeline. He did not stop the flow of oil. He only made it more dangerous (rail cars and trucks) and more expensive causing a hike in oil prices. Your gas prices.

As for the Russian pipeline, that is an issue between Russia and Germany and the routes it takes. They are trying to make this a 'Russia bad' issue as a reason to stop it. That bull schitte has been going on at a frenzy level since 2016. But it goes farther back then that.

Consider this. We beat the USSR in the Cold War. When it ended, we had the chance for a great reset with a great nation, Russia, by engaging them in free trade. At that time, a great trade off with Russian oil would have been a great balance in the power of the oil cartel and saved us billions. The Russian people wanted freedom and not war. With a great opening of that trade they would have gotten more freedom and we and Europe might have gotten a great peace alliance covering the north of the northern hemisphere. But instead, NATO decided to fill the void between NATO and Russia with the Warsaw pact dissolving. By filling that void, a peace gap, they brought the old adversary lines further east, and pressuring Russia. It finally came to a stop when Russia had to defend itself against this eastern expansion of NATO. Crimea. Ukraine.

So, we are at the edge of local war when none is necessary. Meanwhile China gets Russian oil and Iranian oil and plays everyone off against each other while it continually seeks to expand its power economically and militarily throughout the world, but especially spreading out from China itself and into the Pacific.

Expand pipelines from Saudi Arabian oil into Europe and also Russian pipelines so oil becomes a competitive product and price goes down. Restart Keystone because it makes sense. Open our own drilling to again become energy independent. And engage Russia as a full trading partner, as another balance against China. And a potential good friend. It starts by opening the door and not shutting it at every opportunity.

DOJ Seizes $90,000, Charges Black L***s M****r Supporter Who Allegedly ‘Stormed Capitol,’ Sold Footage to News Outlets.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) seized $90,000 from a Utah man who sold footage of Ashli Babbitt being shot during the J*** 6 Capitol breach, according to court filings filed by federal prosecutors.

John Earle Sullivan, a political activist who reportedly attended Black L***s M****r protests last year and who allegedly agitated r****rs inside the Capitol, was also charged with new weapons charges, according to the documents unsealed last week.

So far, more than 400 people have been charged in connection to the breach, which occurred as members of Congress were v****g to certify the 2020 p**********l e******n.

According to the court documents, Sullivan portrayed himself as an independent journalist who was reporting on the chaos, but he actually encouraged other participants to “burn” the building and engage in violence.

Sullivan is accused of having a conversation with others who breached the building and allegedly told them: “We gotta get this [expletive] burned,” according to court documents in his case.

“There are so many people. Let’s go. This [expletive] is ours! [Expletive] yeah,” he allegedly cheered after he and protesters entered the Capitol, the DOJ documents said. “We accomplished this [expletive]. We did this together. [Expletive] yeah! We are all a part of this history,” and “let’s burn this [expletive] down.” The documents accused him of calling on others to burn the Capitol down multiple times.

At one point, he’s also heard saying, “I am ready bro. I’ve been to too many r**ts. I’ve been in so many r**ts,” the documents said. “It would be fire if someone had revolutionary music and [expletive],” prosecutors said Sullivan told others on J*** 6.

Prosecutors furthermore alleged that Sullivan apparently broke a window inside and said, “I broke it. My bad, my apologies. Well, they already broke a window, so, you know, I didn’t know I hit it that hard. No one got that on camera.”

After leaving the Capitol later on J*** 6, Sullivan was seen, according to prosecutors, telling another individual that he “brought my megaphone to instigate [expletives]” and wanted to “make these Trump supporters [expletive] all this [expletive] up.”

Sullivan recorded a video of the confrontation between r****rs and police near the House chamber that included the shooting of Air Force veteran Babbitt and, according to court filings, bragged to a witness that “my footage is worth like a million of dollars, millions of dollars.”

Sullivan sold that footage to several news outlets for a total of $90,000, according to a seizure warrant. The news outlets were redacted from the warrant.

After the breach in January, Sullivan appeared on several corporate media outlets including CNN and MSNBC.

During his CNN appearance in January, Sullivan said that he was “not on the Trump side” or the “MAGA side” and alleged he was just there to document the incident.

Sullivan in July 2020 was arrested in Utah for alleged r**ting, making a threat of violence, and criminal mischief because he engaged in a r**t that resulted in the shooting of a motorist amid nationwide Black L***s M****r demonstrations last year. He was named as an organizer in a police affidavit.

“As a protest organizer, John Sullivan is heard talking about seeing the shooting, looking at the gun, and seeing smoke coming from it. John did not condemn the attempted murder nor attempt to stop it nor aide in its investigation by police,” the police affidavit said, according to the Utah-based Deseret News.

Later, on Dec. 28, Sullivan also wrote on Twitter that he supported an “armed revolution,” saying that it “is the only way to bring about change effectively.” His account was later suspended.

Using the nickname “Jayden X” online, Sullivan tweeted just days before the Capitol breach that the system should be burned to the ground while adding A****a, anti-capitalist, anti-Trump, and Black L***s M****r hashtags.

And on Jan. 2, just days before the breach, Sullivan’s account wrote: “[Expletive] The System – Time To Burn It All Down. #b*m #a****a #burn #[expletive]thesystem #abolishcapitalism #abolishthepolice #acab #[expletive]trump.”

Sullivan’s lawyer had no comment on the case when he was contacted on Sunday.

Yes. Very intimately. My Father. 365 days a year. Yes, sundays and holidays and even Christmas. Average weekday over 8 hours as long as he was able. Saturdays about 8 hours and sundays for 2 or 3 hours. And as he was dying of cancer he worked up to nine days before he died to try and keep his Non Union employees working as long as he could. Because he cared, more for them then his own health and discomfort. He started out with nothing and there were times when my mother could barely afford a potato for potato soup. And paid for Catholic schools for three kids through college. My mother washed and ironed and did the things of a housewife that women of today wouldn't even think of doing. Without knowing their net worth or ever seeing a tax return, they worked themselves up to living in a mansion and never hired a maid. Mom cleaned it all her self. Millionaires. Probably. Probably several mil. That is what it is like when you make your own choices and work for it all of your life. High school educations. Yes, they did build that themselves. So screw you and your B. You choose to drop out of high school or to skip college – and you are apt to have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with purposeful education and/or employment.

You have your children out of wedlock and life is apt to take one course; you have them within a marriage and life is apt to take another course.

Most often in life, our destination is determined by the course we take.

My doctor, for example, makes far more than I do. There is significant income ine******y between us. Our lives have had an ine******y of outcome, but, our lives also have had an ine******y of effort. While my doctor went to college and then dev**ed his young adulthood to medical school and residency, I chose another avenue.

He made a choice, I made a choice, and our choices led us to different outcomes. His outcome pays a lot better than mine. Does that mean he c***ted and Joe Biden needs to take away his wealth? No, it means we are both free men in a free society where free choices lead to different outcomes.

It is not ine******y Joe Biden intends to take away, it is freedom. The freedom to succeed and the freedom to fail. There is no true option for success if there is no true option for failure. The pursuit of happiness means a whole lot less when you face the punitive hand of government if your pursuit brings you more happiness than the other guy. Even if the other guy sat on his arse and did nothing. Even if the other guy made a lifetime’s worth of asinine and shortsighted decisions.

President Biden and the Democrats preach e******y of outcome as a right, while completely ignoring ine******y of effort. The simple Law of the Harvest – as ye sow, so shall ye reap – is sometimes applied as, “The harder you work, the more you get.” Biden would turn that upside down. Those who achieve are to be punished as enemies of society and those who fail are to be rewarded as wards of society.

Entitlement will replace effort as the key to upward mobility in American society if President Biden Barack gets his way. He seeks a lowest common denominator society in which the government besieges the successful and productive to foster e******y through mediocrity. He and his party speak of two Americas, and their grip on power is based on using the v**es of one to sap the productivity of the other. America is not divided by the differences in our outcomes, it is divided by the differences in our efforts. It is a false philosophy to say one man’s success comes about unavoidably as the result of another man’s victimization.

What Biden offered was not a solution, but separatism. He fomented division and strife, pitted one set of Americans against another for his own political benefit. That’s what socialists offer. Marxist class warfare wrapped up with a bow.
