The fraud has been perpetrated on you. Given that fraud has never been proven or even had any plausible evidence presented to suggest it, the current system is working extremely well as it sits. Requiring any further qualifications or restrictions would amount to v**er suppression which is contrary to e******n laws that grant every citizen the right to cast their v**e for their elected leaders. That is exactly who is v****g and NOTHING says different other than the whimpering, whining losers.
