While the P**********l Records Act requires the papers of the President be turned over to the National Archives, is does not have penalties for failing to do so. It is neither a felony nor misdemeanor. There can be a civil action to compel performance and, if the President still refuses to comply, he may me found in contemp of court.

Ted Cruz mother was an American citizen and his father was a legal US resident. Therefore, he is a natural born American. Kamala Harris situation is more complicated. At the time of her birth, neither of her parents were US citizens, they were here on student visas. Her father never became a US citizen. Her mother left the US for Canada before later returning. I don't have information on when or if Harris mother ever became a US citizen.

Trump had stolen top secret documents and stored them in his basement. Some documents are still missing. This isn't comming up empty.

No President packs things when they leave the White House. That is done by government bureaucrats. They pack what belongs to the President. Any classified materials are returned to the appropriate department unless they have been declassified. They are trained on the proper procedures. It brings to mind 2 possibilities. One, that someone made a mistake when they packed it. The other is much scarier, that some person or persons, deliberately packed material that was still classified for the purposes of preventing Trump to run again. Other Presidents, took vastly more documents with them and have been allowed to keep them indefinitely. Obama has over 30 million pages, many labeled as classified (I don't have information as to whether or not these were all properly declassified). A former President is permitted a reasonable time to sort through his records to determine which are personal and remain with him and which are due to be returned to the National Archive. All information indicates that Trump was working with the National Archive to sort through the material. There are no criminal statutes calling for penalties for a President being late at returning any of the documents.

The right to self-defense is a natural law and I know of no one who is questioning our right to exercise it. At issue are assault style rifles where an absolute novice can buy a gun one day along with 200 plus rounds ammo and the very next day walk into one of our schools and k**l 19 children and 2 adults. And if you read the second amendment there isn't a single word about a right to self-defense...and please, don't give me some ruling by the supreme court. We both know that what the say one day makes no difference when you get a different set of judges the next.

And what is the real reason able bodied citizens are supposed keep and bear arms...because some one like Trump attempts an i**********n and over throw of a duly elected government or because someone like Biden is going to force you little babies to drive electric cars in an attempt to repair our environment? Which one of the two do you think the founders would pick as reasoning for the second amendment...1) to protect our government from those who would over throw the democratic process or 2) to give our citizens the means to over throw a duly elected government simply because a minority of this country doesn't like the principles of the opposing parties ideology?

As for mass shootings is your argument that there aren't enough of them to give reason for changing our laws? That's absolute bull s**t. How many children need to die on the alter of the AR-15 to necessitate the changing of our laws? And since you haven't been able to figure it out the answer is that 1 child isn't worth your right to play tin soldier especially since you clearly don't know what the founders indented when they penned the second amendment. Democracy (the will of the majority), as much as you have been taught to h**e it isn't what the founders referred to as tyranny but Donald Trump, trying to usurp the will of the people because he wasn't happy that he lost is what the founders thought the m*****a should stand against, not stand for, and the fact that that is lost on you just makes you and yours a bunch of sick little puppies but certainly not defenders of our constitution.

As for self-defense with a gun, my wifes best friend shot and k**led her rapist with 4 shots from a 38 special and the last three shots weren't necessary. Its complete bull s**t that you think you need an AR-15 for self-defense and you and I both know that that's not why you clowns want one. No, you think you have a right to over throw a government simply because you don't like the ideology behind it even though your ideology never once added anything to advancing this country.

So you and yours are completely full of it Blade. You've butchered the second amendment to fit your very warped understanding of the founders intended. A tyrant isn't someone you don't like Blade but someone who pisses all over the constitution because he's unhappy with the will of the people so thinks he can o*******w the duly elected government.

And the MAGA morons were right there with him and those of you who weren't in Washington were cheering the o*******w on from the various holes that you all like to live in. The second amendment is probably the most powerful amendment that we have simply because simply because it puts into the hands of a moron the power to take human life by the dozen. That's why we have to ban semi-automatic weapons Blade because as you people have shown you are far too ignorant to ever have such a gun placed in your hand.

Putting up a sign that says no guns has ever prevented a single shooting anywhere. That sign tells a shooter that they can expect no resistance for quite some time before law enforcement finally show up. I'd rather carry a gun and never need to pull it out except on the range or to clean.

If you want to socially cripple your children for life, home school them. I also think all home schooled children should be required to pass yearly exams. There are basic tenants of reading, and math and science that all children should pass.

Even if children are sent to public schools, it is necessary for parents to fill the gaps in their education. Teach the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, the Constitution. Explain the different branches of our government and the duties of each. I'm amazed at how little high school graduates know about any of it.

The doctor's license can be pulled because the law requires child abuse (rape would be classified as abuse harming the child physically and emotionally). The Ohio law would have permitted the a******n, so there was no need to cross state lines to get one. The whole thing was to protect the rapist because he was involved with the mother and is illegally in the country. These facts have been widely reported on multiple news sources. I have heard the mother is suspected of being here illegally, but have not heard confirmation of that.

The investigation of the questionable text messages was in the works before the hearing testimony

Coincidence that the J5 & J6 text messages are no longer available?

Would the agents and agent turned Trump man tell the t***h if it was not in Trump’s best interest to do so?

Loyalty

I don't trust the government to tell the t***h without proof. It is amazing these emails, texts, memos, etc. always seem to be missing, lost, accidentally erased/deleted. This seems to be standard government procedure by both the left and right. There seems to be distinct sides in Washington. There's the bureaucrats versus the politicians (both Democrat and Republican). Then there's us citizens who gets it from both sides.

Calling the lead agent who is known to be a liar would be similar to asking your kid "did you do that" when you actually saw him do it.
What's the point of calling Trump's secret service detail when everyone knows they will lie just like he does?

I have not heard anything credible about the agents being liars. The only thing I have heard is he was on Trump's secret Service detail, therefore he is automatically a liar. If you have actual proof that the Secret Service detail is comprised of liars, please document that. Until there is evidence to the contrary, I will take the agents at their word and attempt to confirm that they are being t***hful. The J6 c*******e has had the names of the agents and could have subpoenaed them to verify the veracity of Ms Hutchinson's testimony.

Or are they cowards that say things off the record?

They said they were ready to testify under oath. The committee accepted Ms Hutchinson's second/third hand testimony (this is called hearsay evidence and is NOT allowed in normal hearings or trials). The committee has the names of those who were actually involved and could have requested/subpoenaed them to appear and give testimony. The agents stated their desire to testify and yet the J6 witchhunt would not call them.

These democrats get more stupid every day. As a class. I feel sorry for some of the more sane mid road democrats in having their party hijacked by l*****ts extremists.

But SCOTUS should never be an elected body. The presidents and Senate does a reasonable job so far. A lot better then the so many wackoos who v**e democrat to ever let that happen. And we as a country should never bow to the l*****ts extremists in the UN in ever letting them rule over our domestic policies.

SCOTUS should be nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate. It doesn't totally remove politics from the court, but it does minimize it and insulates the court from the whims of the populace. We should also eliminate the e******n of Senators. By Senators being elected by the people, they owe more loyalty to the parties than to their individual state. By returning to Senators nominated by the governor and confirmed by the legislature, they will owe their allegiance to their state rather than a political party.

Separation of church and state is NOT in the Constitution. The Constitution prohibits the formation of an official religion. It also allows the free practice of religion. As far as the a******n issue is concerned, the Republican position aligns with the long established position of the Catholic Church. Republicans generally support the death penalty, where as the Democrats are generally against the death penalty, which is more in line with the teachings of the Catholic Church in that regard. Neither party perfectly aligns with the Church teachings. That is where it comes down to our conscience as to which is more important to us. Personally, I make the distinction based on guilt and innocence. An a******n k**ls an innocent. The death penalty is given to the guilty (hopefully no error was made). Even with the guilty, the death penalty should be extremely rare. If a person cannot follow the teachings of the Church, they are free to leave for another religion/denomination that they feel more comfortable with.

The vast majority of cases were rejected for procedural reasons before evidence was ever presented. I'm not saying the e******n was s****n, but there were things that occurred that looked questionable and/or suspicious. Rules were changed during the e******n. Again, this does not prove anything nefarious. Almost every break in the e******n went against Trump and in favor of Biden. It seems that no one wants to see what happened, almost as if they are afraid that it would prove Trump correct. All I, and many others, want to know is what and why it happened. Let's use the analysis of the e******n to improve the procedures.
