Why do you continue on these erroneous assumptions? Out of fifty states only ten states have it where felons "may" lose their v****g right permanently, these states are not all red, now that leaves forty states that all allow felons to v**e after time has been served, some states having further restrictions than others, again it depends on the state, only two allow absentee b****t while in prison? There are more red states than blue so that shoots your theory out of the water.

Things are beginning to swing back to normal and I agree the work contract, I also agree inmates should do more in community work, especially in our infrastructure.
