I notice you completly ignore my questions, but I'm of generous spirit and will ignore that oversight and answer yours.

I did not say an employee should not recieve a portion of the profits his efforts earned - on the contrary, I said he should be paid as a function of the value he generates.

WELL IT SEEMS THAT THE PORTION OF THE WORKERS VALUE HAS GONE DOWN

SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT IT WILL BE EASIER TO KEEP THINGS IN SOME SORT OF ORDER

You comment about the value of pay over the last few decades is clearly wrong by the simple expedient of empiracal observation. Over the last few decades we've had an explosion of casino's - we've seen the introduction of cell phones migrating to smart phones, we've seen an exploxion of restaurants, both fast food and sit down, hell, we've even seen a whole new industry - fingernail services. Do you really think all these things are consumed only by the 1%?

THAT THE AVERAGE WAGE ADJUSTED FOR INFLATION OVER THE 40 YEARS HAS RESULTED A MUCH SMALL ER GAIN
FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON THAN THE RICHER PERSON.
SOME GIVE NUMBERS LIKE 30% & MORE GAIN FOR THE RICH
& 1 OT 2% FOR THE AVERAGE WORKER.

I've said nothing like the value of the average person has no use in the system - and if you improve your reading comprehension and critical thinking sk**ls you'll discover I said the exact opposite.

IN THE FACE OF REDUCED VALUE OF WAGES PAID I OFFER THAT IT IS YOUR FEELING THAT THE VALUE OF THE WORKERS EFFORT HAS DECREASED.

I am not a business owner - never have been a business owner - the assumption that I am shows an intellectual bias that renders one nearly irrational - and as a man who has worked now for well over 50 years I understand that people need to buy for any business to operate, but those who buy with free money distort the economy more than help it.

USING THE TERM YOU AS A BUSINESS OWNER WAS MEANT AS A BUSINESS OWN IN GENERAL. SORRY THAT WASN'T PUT QUITE RIGHT.

Now for your "big" question - I would support those programs that incentivize people to improve themselves and penalize those who do not - thereby making the world better for both sets of people.
I notice you completly ignore my questions, but I'... (show quote)

PART OF WHAT I AM TRYING TO GET ACROSS IS THAT THE AVERAGE WORKER NEEDS TO HAVE MONEY TO BY THE PRODUCTS PRODUCED. EVERY ONE WINS IN THAT CASE & EVERY ONE LOSES IF THE PRODUCTS DON'T GET BOUGHT.

EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT. BUT i AM JUST TALKING ABOUT JOBS & PEOPLE DOING THEM NOW. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT WHAT IS IN PLACE NOW. WORKERS HAVE BEEN DOING SOMETHING & BECAUSE OF INFLATION ARE BEING PAID LESS IN REAL WAGES.

ONLY SOME ONE WITH NO FORESIGHT WOULD THINK THAT IS THE WAY THINGS SHOULD BE.

State Government has the ability to do these things. In fact most state governments have similar departments like , Environmental , Labor and Child Services. Its a duplication of effort and cost.

I was looking for you views on some of the items listed.

These issues are quite vital to life.

These are my thoughts on these matters but I can see that you do not seem to put much value on these issues.

People with money don't leave a tip on the table. We leave it on the check. But you don't have any credit or debit cards and have to pay cash for everything.

I pay & tip with cash as much as I can when I eat out.

That way the bank don't take its cut.

The business gets all of the money.

The hyperbole, especially exceedingly hyperbole, just won't cut it in deflecting from the fact that businesses and individuals are EXCESSIVELY INTERFERED WITH BY OUR GOVERNMENT AND THAT IS ONE BIG REASON FOR THE MASSIVE JOB LOSSES. ANOTHER REASON IS THAT NO ONE CAN PLACE ANY CONFIDENCE IN ANYTHING THIS "PRESIDENT" SAYS OR DOES. Who in his right mind will bank on investing millions of dollars in a business he KNOWS has a good chance of being destroyed by the economy that no one can rely on? Or by excessive EPA regulations put out by people who don't know a job from a grain of sand and could not possibly care less?

If the citizens in this country don't wise up pretty soon, we will all be toast. If I make toast of my own life, that is one thing. If I make toast of everyone's life, that is nation k*****g. Just once, please think for yourself.

I asked you several several things. But you choose to give we some rant about that it is bad for some rules that have been made.

I have only to conclude that you wish to live with the system in place in earlier years before many of the work rules we have were made.

How much more do you want working people to be paid, and who do you want to pay it? Do you think maybe workers should concentrate on increasing the value of what they do and government programs should be there to aid and encourage that?

Why do you feel that because some one hires some one that the employee is or should not have a share in the gains made by the business. That over time as the worker dose what is asked of him but the wage he gets is lowered or stays the same while the profits keep increasing.

If you take a good look at what has happened in the last couple of decades is, that the buying power of the average worker is less.

So you are in effect saying the average working person isn't
or hasn't been of any use to the system?

So you as a business owner wish to see that workers don't even have the money to buy the products being made?

Now for the big question What do you wish to do with all of these useless people that can't buy what you are selling & how will you sell any thing if you have no one to make or buy your product?

I believe that, in that comment, Nancy Pelosi may have told the t***h for the first time in her rotten little life. I am a strong conservative and I don't even believe a federal government that mucks in private business, private citizens, is a good thing. A federal government should oversee the NATION as a nation, NOT individuals, NOT groups, NOT mores, NOT celebrations, NOT individual healthcare, NOT insurance. NOT toilet capacity. It should tend to foreign affairs, the military, the infrastructure. And that should be the end of its authority - as it once was. The bigger the nation becomes, the more necessary it is to get the feds out of individuals' business. In micromanaging everyone's life, they are neglecting and mismanaging the nation's business which is their primary and only constitutional focus. Their mismanagement has broken the back of America's economy. What more proof do people need that big government is inherently BAD? Or is the left unable to see what is in front of their faces?

Just how far back are you looking when you come to your conclusion that some people should be left to do business any way they want?

Would you like being a s***e?

Would you like being a child working 12 to 16 hours a day in a sweat shop? And being locked in a fire trap of a building?

Just how much do you want to be on not want to be one of the others?

Just how much of our lives should be controlled by these free people to do what ever they want?

And how do we choose those that have the right to do these things?

Have the others no rights at all?

When a President submits a budget numerous times that even his own party rejects unanimously he is just playing games. Obviously he speaks to Reid often. Harry would advise him that he has no Dem v**es. We need leadership not games

It is just a wish list. He puts in what he thinks is good for the country. I am sure he will get over it.

Life will go on & we still see things different.

I for one don't look for much from the government to get by.

All I really know as long as there a people like you out there things will stay the same or get worse.

If only you would look around a see what the real problem is.

The problem is that government is bought & paid for by big money. That is not me & I feel sure that is not you.

Those that have bought the government are only interested in their own bottom line.

They will dig as deep into your pockets as they do into mine.

The man I talked to was only an Army man with the Unit that went to Vietnam.

I shouldn't believe that those men in uniform that spent time in our office were not from Vietnam.

Please tell me how did I or do I lie.

Is charging more just a liberal thing.

The cost of every thing is going up & most places I go to raise prices.

I would raise rent to a least keep up with inflation.

Other than raising the rent for new tenants I haven' raised rents on older tenants for quite a while.
