Yes indeed, the supremes have allowed texas to arrest and/or deport i*****l m*****ts who enter texas 'illegally'.

So now the fools at fox and their daily lies and stupid opinions are virtually a waste of time, since abbot will

be able to spend millions of texas taxpayer dollars to incarcerate or depart all of his undesirables.

Texas has the right to defend themselves against the invasion of i******s, terrorists, and the worst of the worst, period. The Supreme Court comes through again. Those crossing illegally have a choice to go back if not on the terrorist watch list....go back to their origin or spend six months in jail. That's the way I understand it. If the other border states were to do the same, we wouldn't have all these problems including pot farming cartels growing marijuana in California on purchased property right on our backyard.
