Any police officer anywhere in the nation can demand you identify yourself. If you are in a car not driving and refuse to identify yourself to the police during a traffic stop you can and likely will be arrested. There is a national state of emergency declared by your illustrious Pumpkinfuhrer this allows restrictions of movement including curfews and restriction of movement the same as would happen after a big natural disaster. In your post you state correctly “ there’s nothing in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights that says Congress cannot infringe your right to freedom of movement.” Couldn’t the state or federal government simply close the interstate and state highways? Or shut down airports legally? Today the death toll from the p******c passed ten times as many Americans k**led as the 9-11 attacks, and look what that did to our civil liberties. Biometric and Face ID combined with invasive searches and secret no fly lists imposed to simply fly on an airplane. As far as suggesting an antibody or immunization requirement is the same as a “Jew or Black card” is ridiculous, immunization when and if it is developed will be available to everyone regardless of race color or creed.

Mayor Gives Infuriatingly Flimsy Excuse for Fining Christians $500 Over Drive-In Church Services

On Wednesday, Greenville, Miss., Mayor Errick Simmons finally dropped his nonsensical and tyrannical ban on drive-in church services. This ban became a national scandal after Greenville police slapped Christians with $500 fines for sitting in their cars with their windows up in the church parking lot, listening to a pastor preach over the radio. While this practice clearly could not expose parishioners to the c****av***s, the mayor considered it a violation of a stay-at-home order. Religious liberty law firms stood up for the Christians, lawsuits were filed, and the Trump administration got involved.

When Simmons finally dropped the ban, he gave the flimsiest of excuses for what was clearly a tyrannical abuse of his authority during a crisis.

Simmons had defended his order during a press conference on Monday, but he also asked Gov. Tate Reeves (R-Miss.) for definitive guidance on the issue, as if he did not know that Reeves had clearly said the government could not ban church services. The governor had encouraged churches not to hold drive-in services, but he insisted that "the government does not have the right to shut down places of worship. ... Mississippi is not China, and it never will be." Reeves never suggested drive-in church services should be banned — Simmons and the Greenville City Council took that step on their own, and they cannot pass the buck to Reeves.

In Simmons' press conference on Wednesday announcing that he had dropped the ban on drive-in services, he acted completely innocent. He just needed "guidance" on the issue.

"I am pleased to announce on a call with Governor Tate Reeves today, with mayors across the state of Mississippi, the governor has answered my call," he said. "We asked the governor for bold leadership and definitive guidance on this issue of drive-in faith-based services and parking lot services. The governor stated today, Wednesday, April 15, 2020, for the very first time, that drive-in church services where families stay in their cars with windows up are safe."

Uh huh. Yeah, you totally had no idea drive-in church services were safe. You needed "guidance" from the governor to tell you that germs do not spread through rolled-up car windows. You needed "guidance" to explain that it was an utterly tyrannical usurpation of your power to ban people from engaging in a completely sterile religious activity on the pretext that it would prevent the spread of a v***s.

The idea that Pastor Arthur Scott and Temple Baptist Church were causing a c****av***s hotspot by worshiping together over the radio while enclosed in separate cars is not just asinine — it's unthinkable. The fact that Greenville police gave parishioners $500 tickets — even when those tickets were later dropped — is chilling. The only possible spread of the v***s during that church service came when the police forced the parishioners to roll down their windows to get ticketed. In the name of protecting citizens from the c****av***s, police not only penalized a completely safe activity but also introduced the only dangerous moment in that worship service.

When police handed out $500 tickets to Christians at Temple Baptist Church, Pastor Scott recalled, "One of the police officers said the mayor wanted to make an example of our church."

"In Greenville, you can be in your car with the windows rolled down at a drive-in restaurant, but you can’t be in your car with the windows rolled up at a drive-in church service. To target churches that way is both nonsensical and unconstitutional," Ryan Taylor, director of the Center for Christian Ministries at Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the law firm representing Temple Baptist Church, said in a statement.

ADF filed a lawsuit asking a court for a restraining order against Simmons, and the religious freedom law firm First Liberty sent a demand letter to Simmons, urging him to drop the tyrannical order. Yet Simmons did not listen to either of these legal actions. He stood by the order on Monday.

Only after the Department of Justice filed a statement of interest in ADF's case did Simmons have a phone call with the governor, and the governor merely stated the obvious: drive-in services are safe.

Drive-in services are safe? Who would have thought? Was Mayor Errick Simmons seriously dumb enough not to see that? Or had it finally become too large of a national scandal to ignore it any longer?

In some sense, Simmons' decision to drop the tyrannical order is a victory. But the fact that he ever considered it, much less implemented it and defended it in the face of legal action, is terrifying. He cannot feign ignorance to explain away this act of petty tyranny or shift the buck to Governor Reeves, who never suggested mayors had the power to do this.

The tyrannical order is over, but the national scandal should continue. Americans should not forget the petty tyrants this crisis has brought to light.

Well I have to agree. But what concerns me the most is these Trump supporters want Trump on Rushmore. Can’t even count the number of times these people say Trump is the greatest president in the history of this country.

He had big press conference as each of these five generals and there exemplary careers were high lighted and how Trump said that these are the men that will keep America safe.

Well here is a list of the Generals that we’re either fired or removed or forced to resign and within months he not only fired them denigrated them in an attempt to destroy there careers and reputations. Imagine in Trumps mind these are all bad guys

We had Donald Trump POTUS that avoided the draft because of a phony bone spur condition. Fired all his generals. Then had a big ceremony in the rose garden and all his cronies clapping and cheering when Donald Trump gave the national Freedom medal to Rush Limbaugh a conservative talk show host that built his career on conspiracy theories, lies, and misinformation, then add in his ability to distort the facts. But keep in mind Trump gave him the freedom medal because Rush Limbaugh also avoided the draft with using an anal cyst. I have put a picture of how Rush avoided the draft. I mean these two people in the rose garden patting each other on the back and telling the nation how great they are and all those generals suck.

America has long been suspicious of China and its claims of such a low number of c****av***s cases and deaths even though they were the epicenter of where this all started and being the most populated country on the planet.

Their data that they've provided claims that only around 82,000 cases and 3,300 deaths have resulted from the v***s in China.

However, based on some recent data gathered from an intelligence report, that number is likely astronomically higher. Based on numbers from an intelligence report, it's said that at least 21 million people have died in China from the v***s.

According to the US, the intercepted data that shows that China underreported its c****av***s infections and deaths was validated for a second time when it tallied with a data released by Beijing authorities. Beijing announced on March 19 that over 21 million cell phone accounts in China were canceled in the past three months while 840,000 landlines were closed.

China had reported little over 81,000 infections with 3,300 deaths.

An earlier intelligence report released by the US that China hid scale of the outbreak was quickly rejected by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying. Hua said the country had been “open and t***sparent” about the extent of the outbreak before accusing Washington of trying to “shift the blame.”

But US officials say the report has been authenticated and has been confirmed that the closing of the phones numbers were as result of deaths caused by c****av***s. “Cell phones are an indispensable part of life in China and its only closed when the user is dead”, the report said.

There is no way that this can be a coincidence for such a massive number of cell phone users to have their account closed in such a short period of time. The people who live in China are very dependent upon their phones for normal daily activities such as communication, but also buying train tickets, shopping, and even getting their pensions and social security.

China has concealed the extent of the c****av***s outbreak in its country, under-reporting both total cases and deaths it’s suffered from the disease, the U.S. intelligence community concluded in a classified report to the White House, according to three U.S. officials.
The officials asked not to be identified because the report is secret, and they declined to detail its contents. But the thrust, they said, is that China’s public reporting on cases and deaths is intentionally incomplete. Two of the officials said the report concludes that China’s numbers are f**e.
The report was received by the White House last week, one of the officials said.
The outbreak began in China’s Hubei province in late 2019, but the country has publicly reported only about 82,000 cases and 3,300 deaths, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. That compares to more than 189,000 cases and more than 4,000 deaths in the U.S., which has the largest publicly reported outbreak in the world.
U.S. President Donald Trump said Wednesday that China’s reported v***s data appear to be on the “light side” but that he hadn’t received an intelligence report saying the country had concealed the extent of its outbreak.
“Their numbers seem to be a little bit on the light side, and I’m being nice when I say that,” he said at a daily c****av***s briefing at the White House.
Trump added that the U.S. and China were in constant communication and that Beijing would spend $250 billion to purchase American products. “We’d like to keep it, they’d like to keep it” he said of the U.S.-China trade deal.
Communications staff at the White House and the Chinese embassy in Washington didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
‘More Forthcoming’“The reality is that we could have been better off if China had been more forthcoming,” Vice President Mike Pence said Wednesday on CNN. “What appears evident now is that long before the world learned in December that China was dealing with this, and maybe as much as a month earlier than that, that the outbreak was real in China.
While China eventually imposed a strict lockdown beyond those of less autocratic nations, there has been considerable skepticism toward China’s reported numbers, both outside and within the country. The Chinese government has repeatedly revised its methodology for counting cases, for weeks excluding people without symptoms entirely, and only on Tuesday added more than 1,500 asymptomatic cases to its total.
Stacks of thousands of urns outside funeral homes in Hubei province have driven public doubt in Beijing’s reporting.
Republican lawmakers in the U.S. have been particularly harsh about China’s role in the outbreak. Enhancing Beijing’s role in the p******c could be politically helpful to Trump, who has sought to shift blame for the U.S. outbreak away from his administration’s delays in achieving widespread testing for the v***s and mobilizing greater production of supplies such as face masks and hospital ventilators.
“The claim that the United States has more c****av***s deaths than China is false,” Senator Ben Sasse, a Nebraska Republican, said in a statement after Bloomberg News published its report. “Without commenting on any classified information, this much is painfully obvious: The Chinese C*******t Party has lied, is lying, and will continue to lie about c****av***s to protect the regime.”
Deborah Birx, the State Department immunologist advising the White House on its response to the outbreak, said Tuesday that China’s public reporting influenced assumptions elsewhere in the world about the nature of the v***s.
“The medical community made -- interpreted the Chinese data as: This was serious, but smaller than anyone expected,” she said at a news conference on Tuesday. “Because I think probably we were missing a significant amount of the data, now that what we see happened to Italy and see what happened to Spain.”

A fact that has had VERY LITTLE mention is Sickle Cell Disease which does strike many more b****s than other races, this disease is highly hereditary, not caused by poverty, living conditions, income or other factors which are often given as causes of "r****m".

Sickle Cell is a blood disease which k**ls off the red-blood cells in a body at a more rapid rate than normal because the blood cells cannot get enough oxygen to other parts of the body as fast as they should, not the full story, but how it relates to C****-**. C***d k**ls when oxygen fails to reach vital organs. C****-** causes prolonged & progressive hypoxia (starving your body of oxygen) by binding to the heme groups in hemoglobin in your red blood cells.

Victims of Sickle Cell already have a c*********d blood problem, therefore the higher rate of infection & death is probable! You will probably not hear this explanation from the MSM!
