There are two versions of the story of creation in Genesis which generally concur in the main points (God created everything, all was good, until the will of man chose disobedience) but possibly diverge in chronology. This may be due to translation (if you insert the word HAD into "the Lord God ___ made the animals..." it changes everything).

Or it could be that since these things occurred before the Fall they were not subject to time as we experience it but rather they were/are events in the timelessness of eternity.

Let me see if I can get this through your biased brain. And it is l*****t biased. Yes, I am a student of history and learning more and more every day. And the more I read, and a lot from good posts on OPP, the more I learn. You don't appear to learn as we go along.

I like Putin. Not like a fanatic. But because he took over Russia and I believe he loves Russia. The country. He has no evident ambitions to create the old Soviet Union. That was a hold over from Stalin and c*******ts. Like so many on the left are trying to turn America into. But lets pass that. Putin took control after the Soviet empire ceased to exist. It was his job to hold Russia together and build it up to the super power it is. Most of his actions are actions I could see doing if I were in his position. Not all. But the overall picture. And he does some good things. He actually inquired about joining NATO and the European Union. As full members for the betterment of the northern hemisphere. He was rejected. Instead, NATO expands when it should have disbanded. There was no Soviet empire to protect against. Russia did try to be a friend and a cooperative country. Think about the International Space Station. They actually ferried our astronauts back and forth since the obama era when obama grounded the Space Shuttle. They were not trying to be our enemy. But NATO would have none of it and kept expanding and trying to encircle Russia on their west. This was against agreement agreed to with NATO and America. Then along came 2014 and the obama/biden c**p in Ukraine. The democratically elected President of Ukraine decided that the deal he was working on with the European Union was not what he wanted and he went with the deal that Russia offered. There were protests, mainly from ethnic Ukrainians and not with the support of ethnic Russian Ukrainians. All legal citizens that v**ed in that president. He had to flee for his life. Then Russia saw a hostile force installed in the Presidency by the west and Putin protected Russian interests in Crimea. The Crimea was mostly Russian Ukrainians and they v**ed to join Russia. The Ukraine government was no longer what they v**e for. And right after that, the Donbass region also seceded from Ukraine, wanting no part of this "False" government installed by the west. So, with the Ukraine Army, nothing but a piece of s**t, the government put together m*****as heavily infiltrated by out and out N**is. And they h**ed Russians, and they attacked the Donbass, and since then and before Russia moved in two months ago, they caused the deaths of 14,000 Ukrainians. They attacked their own citizens, brutally. Eight years, And twice they came up with peace accords in Minsk and the m*****as immediately threw them out and attacked and bombarded again. And meanwhile. America and others now enter Ukraine and start training their military to be used for suppressing the civil war and who knows what else. Also arming them. And then talk of joining NATO. Russia would have none of that. A hostile Ukraine on their border would create and intolerable situation with Ukraine and then NATO. They drew a red line and demanded neutrality for Ukraine, No more advancing of NATO towards Russia which they viewed as a hostile act. And it is. And they wanted the right of free choice for the Donbass areas to decide their own future. Remember, the Government the Donbass and Crimea areas v**ed in, no longer exists do to western interference and a c**p. So they have a right to move on and they did. When Russia finally moved into Ukraine, itwas to rid them of the N**is and protect those that wanted out (And not to take as a personal possession and the start of a new Russian empire) (Russia wants no part of that.) There is no evidence that they do or ever did. Russia actually moved in as Ukraine was about to launch an all out attack to conquer Donbass and Crimea, places that were no longer a part of Ukraine by their own choice. Meanwhile Zelensky claims he is defending Ukraine and democracy. What democracy. He jailed opposition leaders, k**led off their broadcast TVs and radio and disbanded over 10 opposition political parties. He is a would be dictator and an oligarch in his own right. They have set up torture chambers for political opposition and captured Russians and ethnic Russian citizens or sympathizers. Like they have no rights in their own country. And with all this, the west is pushing all of the h**e Russia/Putin false information they can muster. Yes, I'm sure Russia has also put out some false information. Mostly limited to Russia. So yes, I am backing Russia with sound arguments. What are yours. Put your ass out here like I did and lets go over point by point, or STFU. Your little one liner snide remarks and other bull schitte you got from biased western sources and l*****t media, and bidens lying government are worthless. With no basis in fact and are full of s**t.

So, yes I think that far out and see the whole picture with a hell of a lot more information then you have read with your sources that are blinded by government Russian bias.

Germany has some advice for Russian President Vladimir Putin: think about the consequences of asking for energy payments in rubles.

Russia’s Putin said last week that “unfriendly” nations would be asked to pay for their natural gas in rubles — causing a spike in European gas prices.

By asking for payments in the Russian currency — rather than in dollars or euros, as is contracted — Putin is seeking to prop up the value of rubles, which sank in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The U.S. dollar is up almost 13% against the Russian ruble since Feb. 24, when Russia began its invasion of Ukraine, after spiking around 85% in early March.

However, Germany’s Finance Minister Christian Lindner said he would not be strong-armed by Russian demands.

“We are completely against any kind of blackmailing. These treaties are based on euro and [U.S.] dollar and so we suggest that private sector companies to pay [Russia] in euro or dollar,” Lindner told CNBC’s Annette Weisbach Monday.

Then~~April 2022

Russia's Gazprombank turned down a ruble payment from a “trading firm Germany had seized from Moscow”, Bloomberg reported.
The payment was for some April and May gas deliveries to Germany and Austria.
On Wednesday, Russia halted gas supplies for Poland and Bulgaria…

The payment for some April and May gas deliveries to Germany and Austria was rejected even though the trading firm — Gazprom Marketing & Trading (GM&T) — offered to pay in rubles, as Russian President Vladimir Putin has demanded.

GM&T previously was controlled by the German subsidiary of Russian state-run Gazprom, but Germany took over the unit in April. Now, the rejected ruble payment suggests Moscow looks to shut out a German-controlled GM&T. <<<<~~~I suspect the ole take from me I will take from you mentality~~

The trading firm, which is among many that import gas to Germany, is still in talks with Gazprombank to push the t***saction through, sources told Bloomberg.

The standoff comes as the Kremlin uses its energy exports to retaliate against Western nations that have imposed sanctions on Russia for its war on Ukraine.~~~<~~This not at all unexpected~~>

Such as the Uyghurs? Why don't you enlighten us?

Xinjiang has a fascinating history... Part of China for hundreds of years...Integral to the Silk Road before that...

Today Xinjiang is an ethnic autonomous region... Where the Uighurs have certain rights not granted to other citizens..Exemption from the One Child Policy is a good example... They've seen a significant population growth, far higher than
that of the dominant Han population...

They are free to practice their religion and faith throughout China, but in Xinjiang they are also allowed to open ethnic schools which teach in their language and allow religious Education... These schools are only open to minorities (note: In China one's ethnicity is part of one's ID and is chosen at birth... In the case of mixed ethnicity only one is permissible... Hence many minorities of mixed heritage may choose Han ethnicity...My wife's family did this with her...Although they are all ethnic Manchurians, her paternal grandmother is Han and so she was able to register as Han)

Unfortunately, China does not allow for secession nor terrorism... And as such those Uighurs caught up in such movements are subject to penalty... Also, unlike many nations, China has different levels of incarceration... Prison is reserved for high level crimes, whereas reeducation camps are usually used for non violent crimes...

Strategy in the game of weakening your enemy or perceived enemy. He’s going to make them sweat it out a bit and will eventually agree because he needs not only what China is propping him up with but the sales around the world..

Other countries are finding out they need to reevaluate their dependency on other countries to sustain themselves..( I thinkva good thing) Russia is just doing the same thing holding them hostage with the oil.. Didn’t you expect it all along I know I did.

Genesis 1:24-27
24 Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind"; and it was so.
25 And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."

As I did the research of 17 different states that in one way or another came up with the most restrictive v**er laws and as a safety valve these red states changed there laws when it comes to there e*****rs and who gets them regardless of how each of these states v**ed. I knew then that there is no way to save our democracy.

So two days ago I decided to take a 35 minute drive with my grandson to show him the graves of all these great men that sacrificed and in a lot of cases the ultimate sacrifice to maintain our democracy. I showed him two of my high school friends that lost there lives in Vietnam. And I I reflected on my military service I started to think about 233 years and all these wars to keep our democracy safe. But it only took 5 years and one big lie by one man to tear down 233 years of living in a democracy.

But we all have to understand that a man who inherited $487 million from his father and went bankrupt 7 times has 5 kids with three different marriages was able to convince this country that he was c***ted and had zero evidence of v***r f***d and 233 years of sacrifices by so many brave men.

I watched how Trump stood there and told this nation he was c***ted, I watched him stand at a podium in Helsinki and defy our 19 Intel agency and say he believed Putin did not interfere with our e******n, I watched him stand at a podium and tell this nation that Putin really knows how to fix his border problems and that he is a genius as he committed genocide in the Ukraine, I watched how Trump supporters became Putin supporters, I watched how our nations capital was attacked and listen to Trump say March to the capital and fight like hell, I listened to Trump say this v***s is no worse than the flu and when the warm weather comes it will be over, I watched how Trump tried to tear down NATO, and crucify our own CDC, EPA and then turned his anger into the WHO.

And now I have come to the realization that Trump has won. The republicans will get control of congress and if Trump lives long enough he will be the next president and our democracy and rule of law is gone. I am not so sure we will ever be able to get it back. But you can be assured Donald Trump will probably be not a billionaire but a trillionaire.

So I told my grandson you our now in a time and place where our democracy failed and he will probably have to grow up in a autocracy controlled by a dictator.

I would never believe until Trump how fragile our democracy was. I always thought the rule of law would stand up, I never thought a president could occupy the White House and just laugh at congress for doing there constitutional right of checks and balances over the executive branch. I never thought at the DOJ that the rule of law could be ignored.

Congratulations Trump supporters democracy loses autocracy wins.
