Now the Bible is a history of how humanity matured. How it matured in faith, knowledge, reason, and wisdom.

There will be therefore rules that applied when humanity was at a point of that maturity, when mankind grew more mature then the old laws were no longer necessary, as St Paul the apostle said, "When I was a child, I thought like a child, I acted like a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things."

Thus, by example the bible follows this precedence. So when the old testament is combined by the completeness of the new, the boy at Genesis, that needs guidance, becomes a man, that is self governing. This becomes with in human history and as asense of utopia, with the absence of mass control. For the control is established by the harmony of the nature of the human spirit.

Looking at the point of s***ery which existed because the line of Cain practiced it, which it learned from the angels. But s***ery is a tool used against the nature of the human nature. S***ery began due to the jealously of the angels which they taught to man, and the half angels or demi gods, these demi gods became demons after they died.

Therefore to justly charge for r********ns of the s***es, and if you follow the precedence and premise of your question, the responsible must be held accountable for the sin. Since the sin started with the angels, or the devil...evil angels....then prey I ask the question, how do you hold these creatures responsible and how do you make them pay for thier sins since judgment has already been done?

Thus, the only thing we can do, is hold each person responsible and accountable for thier own acts. That being said, the principle is, if one is held to account then all are held to account. Therefore, the jews, the w****s, the b****s, and everyone in-between were at one time or another, s***es.

Where one can only be truly free, when one is the s***e of God the Almighty. Who taught humanity how to be free and promotes self governance.

Through wisdom, reason and knowledge, with hope, faith and love is the only way to achieve this self governance.

As was shown in the Bible, which is the basis of the constitution, and also seen in the constitution as man continues to mature, each human being therefore has free will, therefore the restriction of a man being a man, and a woman being a woman, shall not be infringed upon....either way. Thus, in my opinion, Jesus Christ was all those years ago, the first American!

Thus His teachings apply in all things today. But it took 2000 years of suffering for these true ideas to take hold.

That is my reply. Do with it as you wish.
Now the Bible is a history of how humanity matured... (show quote)

I see nothing inconsistent with your comment. I have never seen the Bible as the literal word of God nor have I ever taken it literally. But many do. There is a movement of churches leaving the UMC and joining the WMC, which is very strict and conservative. We attend a branch of the big one in Highland Park Dallas and the preacher actually concluded that Paul was wrong in his words to Timothy about women speaking in front of the church.

Democrats sink both impeachment articles against Mayorkas on Senate floor without debate or trial
The two impeachment articles against Mayorkas alleged a "breach of trust" related to Mayorkas describing the southern U.S. border as secure as well as a "willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law."

The Democratic-led Senate k**led both impeachment charges against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Wednesday, cancelling the impeachment trial before it could get off the ground.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., offered a deal to the Senate GOP where senators would have time for floor debate and Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, and Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, would be able to force v**es on a full trial as well as the establishment of an impeachment committee. Schumer said v**es on dismissing the impeachment articles would follow. Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., said on the Senate floor that he objected to v****g to dismiss the charges without a full trial.

After his objection, Schumer motioned for a floor v**e on the constitutionality of impeachment article one against Mayorkas. Schumer argued that it does not rise to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors."

Cruz requested a v**e that the Senate move to a closed session to debate the constitutionality of impeachment article one, given that Schumer didn't outline evidence on the Senate floor to support his position. Schumer shot back, saying he gave the GOP a chance to debate the articles in public but Schmitt objected. The motion raised by Cruz failed to pass.

Schumer's motion to deem article one unconstitutional ultimately passed 51-48. He then made a motion to deem article two unconstitutional, which also passed 51-49. The Senate passed a motion to adjourn the trial.

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell said the Senate set a very "dangerous precedent" by ignoring the House's directions to have an impeachment trial.

"No evidence, no procedure. This is a day that's not a proud day in the history of the Senate," he said.

Lee called Schumer's move to cancel the trial without debate "historic," given that a verdict was never reached. He said that "nothing could be further" from the U.S. Constitution.

The two impeachment articles against Mayorkas alleged a "breach of trust" related to Mayorkas describing the southern U.S. border as secure as well as a "willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law."

Mayorkas told Congress under oath that the southern border was secure when migrants attempting to enter the U.S. was surging. Migrant encounters have continued to set records and the Biden Administration has been releasing millions into U.S. communities. House Republicans estimate that there have been 8 million migrant encounters to date under Biden. They also estimate that about 3.5 million migrants have been released into the U.S.

Senate Republicans had argued that the chamber should not set a precedent that lying to Congress to not an impeachable offense.

Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska, noted that never before the history of the U.S. have impeachment articles been dismissed before impeachment managers have a chance to present their case.

Some senators such as John Thune, R-S.D., tried to make several arguments on the floor as to why the Senate should hold a trial, including that the "worst border crisis" in U.S. history has unfolded since 2021. The presiding office, Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., said the Senate was not in a debatable position and called for order.

"The Senate will be in order," she said.

Schumer said earlier on Wednesday that he would allow a floor debate on the impeachment articles but called on senators to dismiss the charges.

"For the sake of the Senate's integrity and to protect impeachment for those rare cases, we truly need it. Senators should dismiss today's charges," Schumer said in a speech on the Senate floor. (this is the attitude Democrats should have taken during the Trump impeachments.)

"So when we convene in trial today to accommodate the wishes of our Republican Senate colleagues, I will seek an agreement for a period of debate time that would allow Republicans to offer a v**e on trial resolutions, allow for Republicans to offer points of order and then move to dismiss," he added.

McConnell, R-Ky., said on Wednesday that "tabling articles of impeachment would be unprecedented in the history of the Senate."

After the articles were dismissed, House Republican leaders released a joint statement condemning Schumer's handling of the trial.

"By v****g unanimously to bypass their constitutional responsibility, every single Senate Democrat has issued their full endorsement of the Biden Administration’s dangerous open border policies. Secretary Mayorkas alongside President Biden has used nearly every tool at his disposal to engineer the greatest humanitarian and national security catastrophe at our borders in American history," House GOP leaders said.

"Tragically, Senate Democrats don’t believe this catastrophe merits their time or a discussion on the Senate floor. Instead, they’re signaling to millions demanding accountability that the cabinet official directly responsible for this disaster – who has ignored the law and misled Congress repeatedly – is above reproach. The American people will hold Senate Democrats accountable for this shameful display," he added.

SCOTUS Appears to Put Hundreds of Biden DOJ J*** 6 Charges in Doubt

The majority of Supreme Court justices appeared skeptical during oral arguments Tuesday of the Biden Justice Department’s use of a federal obstruction statute in prosecuting over 300 J*** 6 defendants.

The outcome of the case involving defendant Joseph Fischer could have major implications for former President Donald Trump’s e******n i**********e case brought by special counsel Jack Smith. The 45th president is charged under the same law, 18 U.S. Code 1512(c)(2), which has to do with the destruction of documents.

The legal provision in question was enacted as part of the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act, a bill passed following the Enron accounting scandal.

“The Act adopts tough new provisions to deter and punish corporate and accounting fraud and corruption, ensure justice for wrongdoers, and protect the interests of workers and shareholders,” then-President George W. Bush said in a statement at the time.

Fischer and the other defendants are arguing that Sarbanes-Oxley has nothing to do with their actions on J*** 6, 2021.

The Department of Justice charged Fischer, a Pennsylvania resident, with obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting under Section 1512(c)(2), along with lesser offenses such as assault, disorderly conduct and entering a restricted space.

The reason the DOJ is trying to fit Fischer, Trump and others into the Sarbanes-Oxley provision is that it is a felony, with potential jail time of up to 20 years.

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols dismissed the 1512(c)(2) charges against Fischer in March 2022.

Nichols concluded that the statute has to do with the destruction of documents or records in order to impede an official proceeding, as Section 1 makes clear. Since the DOJ did not accuse Fischer of taking such action, the statute did not apply.

Did the DOJ go too far with these charges?
Yes: 100% (189 V**es)
No: 0% (0 V**es)

But in April 2023, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit sided with the DOJ, reinstating the charges in a 2-1 v**e.

The circuit court found that the language of Section 2 — “otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so” — could be separated from the context of document destruction and applied to the J*** 6 defendants.

During oral arguments Tuesday, Justice Neil Gorsuch pressed Biden administration Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar on what the application of the use of the statute against other protesters besides the J*** 6 defendants would be.

“Would a sit-in that disrupts a trial or access to a federal courthouse qualify?” he asked. “Would a heckler in today’s audience qualify or at the State of the Union Address?”

“Would pulling a fire alarm before a v**e qualify for 20 years in federal prison?” Gorsuch wondered.

In March, a Gold Star dad heckled President Joe Biden during his State of the Union Address. He was arrested and charged for demonstrating in the Capitol. The charges were later dropped.

Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman of New York pulled a Capitol fire alarm last September during a House v**e in an apparent attempt to stop passage of a stopgap spending bill. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge in October. The House later v**ed to censure him in December, Roll Call reported.

Another example would be the hundreds of people who disrupted Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings in the Capitol complex in 2018.

C*****l P****e arrested over 200 protesters, 177 of whom had protested in the hearing room itself, Reuters reported at the time. In other words, they were very disruptive to the proceedings.

Most of those taken into custody were charged with disorderly conduct, fined $35, then released.

Prelogar responded that the nature and length of the obstruction regarding the J*** 6 protesters and the other examples he offered would be a way to distinguish them.

“To the extent that your hypotheticals are pressing on the idea of a peaceful protest, even one that’s quite disruptive, it’s not clear to me that the government would be able to show that each of those protesters had corrupt intent,” she said.

Fox News reported that Chief Justice John Roberts also questioned Prelogar on the broad interpretation the federal prosecutors were giving Section 1512(c)(2), given a 2019 DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel opinion saying it should be interpreted narrowly.

Prelogar responded that the opinion had never been formally adopted, but she could not say what the adoption process was.

George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley told Fox that Prelogar is one of “the best appellate litigators” but said she appeared “clearly on the ropes” and “made some uncharacteristic concessions.”

Carrie Severino, a former clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas and president of the Judicial Crisis Network, also argued that the Biden DOJ’s position looked untenable.

The government “had a hard time explaining how this wasn’t going to be such a broad, open door that it could allow a lot of behavior that we clearly understand to be protected First Amendment speech — peaceful protests, etc. — to get swept in the way that they’re charging it,” she said.

Real Clear Investigations reporter Julie Kelley, who has followed the J*** 6 cases closely, observed following oral arguments that a “majority of justices expressed a great deal of skepticism” regarding the DOJ’s broad interpretation of the statute.

She is hopeful the convictions against Fischer and other defendants will be overturned, which will also mean two of the four charges Smith has brought against Trump under the statute will also go away.

Money paid by politicians to silence liars has never before been labels by law enforcement as campaign contributions just as all those who obstructed government proceedings with sit ins, pulling fire alarms and other interfering forms of protest have never been charged with obstruction of gov proceedings. Even the use of RICO laws against protestors is a novel (contrived) use of the law to rid one's self of political rivals is as well.

Why Christianity Must Be Destroyed
And Why Liberalism Must Do It

Christians accept that we are all flawed. As part of our flawed status, we realize that at some point we will have to face judgment for our offenses. Those offenses range across the full spectrum of human sins, from taking the Lord’s name in vain to murder.

Progressives labor under no such illusion. They know that they are beyond reproach; their hearts are so good. Since Progressives have no flaws, they face no judgment and have nothing to answer for. They are entitled to reject our forgiving Christian God because they have no sins. They are their own gods & that entitles them to despise Christians.

It also entitles them to their intolerance, judgmentalism and self-righteousness. They have relied on satire and ridicule and their condescension turns to outrage when it is turned around on them. Hence their hatred of Donald J. Trump, Rush Limbaugh & Joseph McCarthy.

Joseph McCarthy investigated the extent of c*******t penetration of the American government. Extreme left-wingers and outright c*******ts had been shepherded into The Franklin D. Roosevelt administration throughout his twelve-year presidency. Joseph Stalin had wanted them in the administration to influence decisions and as sources of information. It wasn’t hysteria. There were c*******ts.

During World War II, it had become clear that there were many N**i sympathizers in the United States. There was concern that the same mistakes not happen again with the new Satan, c*******m. McCarthy became a point man for the new efforts. The American Left, realizing that the c*******ts were fellow ideologues in the movement to replace the worship of God with the worship of government, defended them and started the anti-McCarthy hysteria, just like what is going on today, with Donald J Trump.

In retrospect, it was kind of odd anyway. On the one hand, American progressives would say there’s nothing wrong with being a c*******t then rail at being called one or if one of their own was. William F. Buckley, Jr. once remarked that he never heard McCarthy say anything that matched in viciousness the things that liberals said about him. I have never heard of Trump saying anything that matched in viciousness the things his opponents say about him.

Rush Limbaugh was another example. The Left always thought that satire was its sole province. They relished subjecting religion and conservatives to their satire that was often mean & sacrilegious. Rush turned it around on them & they howled in furious indignation. They accused him of the h**e that they harbored, something the Left has always done. How dare anyone use their methods against them? Rush was never mean nor vicious but the liberals certainly were and as Buckley had said about McCarthy, Limbaugh never said anything that matched in viciousness the things that were said about him.

Bill Raspberry was a great liberal (in every sense of the word) columnist. He’d been saying the same things about Rush as other liberals when someone challenged him as to whether he ever had listened to him. He admitted that he hadn’t, and to his credit, he did. In a subsequent column he said that Rush didn’t satirize women and minorities; that he was an entertainer and that he satirized liberals. Then as now, liberals can give it but they can’t take it.

And now we have the case of Donald J. Trump. Whereas Ronald Reagan also espoused conservatism, he nevertheless believed in making nice with liberals. They did not care. They were constantly hostile to him & did everything they could to block his moves. The take home lesson is that you don’t make nice with liberals. Liberals do not reciprocate. Their agenda to direct society remains and anything is permissible to achieve that goal.

Donald J. Trump must have gotten that message somewhere along the line. He never even tried to get along with them. They are outraged. Hell hath no fury like a liberal scorned and they’ve reacted. They tried to impeach him twice, once meaninglessly and was a complete waste of time.

They have now unleashed a barrage of legal actions against him without precedent & unjustified. What they don’t realize is that it can be turned around and used against their own, such as Joe Biden. These new precedents, if left unchecked, will likely result in permanent damage to the office of the presidency that will resonate to the detriment of the country & possibly lead to its destruction. It is that serious.

Understand, that the thought that we will eventually face judgment is a brake on our worst impulses. We know that we will be called to answer for our sins. By thinking there is no God, liberals get off that hook in their minds. Wh**ever system they foist on the public, they can just walk away and think there are no repercussions.

And that is what leads to their excesses. C*******m, F*****m & German National Socialism are ultimate progressivisms and all were & are atheistic. As Mussolini said, “All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state,” and that included churches. Gulags, K*****g Fields, Auschwitz and the Cultural Revolution all targeted religion and churches. It is no accident that church attendance is much lower among progressives.

They can conceive of no power in the universe that is beyond their comprehension. They have no God but themselves; they are their own judges, juries and executioners and they have executed; 21 million under National Socialists Workers’ Germany, 20-40 million in the USSR, 65-75 million in China, 1.5 million in Cambodia. They were all atheistic, either officially or functionally.

And so it continues. Liberals have been the driving force in moving America to secularism, a very dangerous journey.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn was the most prominent Soviet dissident. He’d published several books with the horrors of Soviet Socialism as a background but when he published The Gulag Archipelago in December 1973, he was stripped of his Soviet citizenship and forced into exile. It the emergence and horrors of the Soviet political prison system. He first went to Germany but came to the United States, Vermont, in 1978. Under Josip Stalin, he would likely have been executed but the Soviet government of the 1970s didn’t chance it. They knew it would cause an international uproar.

After the Soviet Union collapsed, Solzhenitsyn returned to Russia in May 1994, and said that he could not recommend American society because we had lost our spirituality. John Paul II said much the same thing. So do I.

Christianity has been our salve. Secular liberalism, whether f*****m, socialism or c*******m, needs the populace to replace Christianity with the worship of government. They need to destroy it. They are succeeding.
Why Christianity Must Be Destroyed br And Why Libe... (show quote)

Secular liberalism, l*****t democrats, are the TRUE threat to the USA.
