I was raised in California. When I got out of the army i went home and lasted about a month This was back in 1972 when they first took every one's 4th Amendment and when they were just starting on the Second. My wife and daughter went there for vacation. I stayed home. If you go into California with out of states plates you are going to get ticketed. My daughter was holding an unlit cigarette and was given a ticket for smoking. The cop said he could smell it. So California now has smell police. That's all the proof they need since no one in the state has read the Constitution or it's Bill of Rights. Maybe one of those cops smelled it.
