Why should Texas of all states get that authority, they are about as bias as a state can be, save Florida.

When I think of all this I can't help but think of Al Gore and it puts salt in an old wound and I can't help but think WTF... how is it the right gets to play these wild cards every time and get away with it. Amendments are crucially needed.

Well, the SCOTUS didn't bite on it - - TX had no standing to bring a case...

Watch what Congressional Re-THUGS are trying to do about certifying results - - it won't change Biden's inauguration, but it adds to Right Wing aggravation, as well as stimulating their discontent and volatility.

We know Gore & Hillary should've been president, were it not for the Electoral College. And now they think Biden should NOT have won BECAUSE of the Electoral College.

Legal or illegal - - right or wrong - - they just want their way. Narcissistic children living in Fantasyland.

Supreme Court Rejects Texas Lawsuit Challenging Biden's Victory

9 to Zip (well, 7 to 2 if you count that Alito's and Thomas's preference was to hear the case, but had already announced that they would have voted it down).

As of 12/9/20

The Attorney General of Texas wants the SCOTUS to throw out the election results from Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan and indefinitely delay the Electoral College vote due next week.

In addition, 17 states have signed on to the Texas and trump effort agreeing that Texas should decide the elections of swing states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia.

ALL are Republican-controlled states: do they all have Attorneys General that need a federal pardon?

Wh**ever you say.

That's right - - tRump's silence is golden and, in itself, is his personal admission of defeat.

He is not even as intelligent as a two year old, and his behavior has been predicted all along - - so nothing new here !!!

I think you've got that confused, it's the FBI not the DOJ who is corrupt. The FBI is the ones with all the egg on their face. Of course if Biden emerges from this, it will probably all disappear. I can't imagine the Dems will let any of this come out.

So it's back to the chicken and egg analogies?

No, tRump is the one with egg on his face. He is making an absolute arse-whole of himself.

Don’t count your chickens just yet. DOJ is looking into the legions of reports by whistleblowers re discrepancies in the b****t counting and v**e dumps. Stay tunes.

Oh PAH-LEEZE - - the MSM, you know, the very ones you already dislike so much, are covering this, totally out of proportion to reality, for the sole purpose of viewership and ratings.

That's sad because it's fooling people such as yourself into thinking that there is a way for tRump to prevail.

But in spite of his multiple lawsuits, even with the assistance of his "personal" DOJ lawyers, nothing has come to anything so far, and it isn't going to, as Biden approaches a 5 million v**e advantage.

I'm sorry to tell you, but there's no need to count chickens when the eggs have already been collected.

(ps - - Barr and "HIS" members of the DOJ are just as corrupt as the president - - the DOJ has been besmirched)

Nothing to do with the wrath of the left. His legal troubles were sidelined because a siting president cannot be prosecuted. most of these cases reach a statute of limitations before another 4 years is up. Why do you think he is refusing to concede and is holding on like a DICTATOR.

Correct - - his legal troubles have nothing to do with the left, other than the left is his opposing party. He had indulged himself in enough illegal behavior before he even campaigned. But in his narcissistic, delusional life philosophy, it seems he thought that he"d assume the presidency & everything would be whitewashed. But it didn't quite work out that way. He exposed himself in ways where he may not have been scrutinized had he not run for office and been elected. The essence of his megalomania in action: thinking he could install enough protectors to allow him to outrun his prior & current shenanigans.

Donald Trump is a crook and a narcissist but he’s also a sk**led ConMan. He knows he lost the e******n and no matter what he does he can’t make up the over 5 million v**es between himself and Joe Biden. Right now he’s reaching out to his stooges, death cult members, and the assorted other suckers he has grifted. His campaign is begging for money to put on the big legal fight he says is yet to come. And you can bet his sycophants and death cult members will reach into the broken down mattresses in their single Wides and send him the money. You can also bet they won’t read the fine print that the money can be used to pay off his enormous campaign debt and allow his crime family to maintain their lavish lifestyle. So dig deep suckers, step right up! Bust the grandkids piggy banks open send in the rent money and give until it hurts. This may be the last chance you have to be fleeced by the Cheeto Faced S**tgibbon!

The trumpers I know are conceding that he lost.--This is real life as I am experiencing it. The courts are not going to help him. As I predicted 4 years ago trump would get chewed up and spit out. He is a loser now with a couple of months to retaliate . His troubles will begin after January 20 2021.Legal cases are waiting now that he will no longer be a sitting president.

His legal troubles are what he's been running from since the beginning of his presidency. He might be able to squirm his way out of federal problems, but he won't escape the states' legal scrutiny. Now, where are those tax returns ???

Hmmmmm. Her politics were that she was in opposition to discrimination at all levels. So it seems that folks who "didn't like her politics" must be in favor of discrimination...

You got that very wrong I remember as a young teenager that after my mother divorced her abusive and lazy first husband, she had a lot of difficulty getting insurance on her car due to HIS tickets and accident and needed his signature to get the insurance. He had disappeared after the divorce somewhere overseas and she was just SOL until an attorney got involved. Also, after she remarried and we had moved to Texas, she was working as a professor of nursing. She had gone to cash a check and the young man at the counter asked what her husband's profession was. She replied "I'm a college professor" and the young man kept insisting she tell what her husband did. He finally got a supervisor who O.K.'d her check based on HER profession. She was a Republican conservative, but she was clearly discriminated against based on her sex, Thank Heavens those days are over.
